Room amenities old. Wet room bath tub (out) no shower toilet quite strange installed. Housekeepers give themselves large trouble. Quite efficient. Service and kitchen very good. Varied and diverse. read more

We are very disappointed from Tunisia and from the hotel, we will definitely not more have a vacation there. The difference between the german ramadahotels and Tunisia couches weltem. This hotel has in our opinion the 4 star definitely not deserved read more

We were 14 days in this hotel (al). On arrival we were of the lobby once really impressed-the hotel was very appealing and clean. But already on the way in our rooms we got the first steamer to our excitement. Souterrain room (which would have been no matter), but that was just not acceptable. The carpet in the corridors warped and stained, the rooms dark, musty smelling and dirty. Our holiday mood was once flew. On insistence but we on the next day all different rooms get, also, you can see things from, perfectly acceptable were. Still, so carelessly designed ... room like in this hotel we have in Tunisia not yet had. What the cleanliness is concerned, we are of course before eyes, that we are in an arab country have been, since the clocks tick, what the concerns, perhaps nevertheless somewhat different.     The rooms were big enough, the furniture was ok, if one considers, that everything getting quite old is. With the bathroom one should also overlook like for instance dirty grout, blunt baths, smudgy tiles. It makes all in all a rather runtergewirtschafteten impression.     So, the variety of dishes was rich and actually quite good, but everything was a bit bland taste. Spice we had always. Were mostly the dishes mostly cold or lukewarm, rare but hot, what we didn't like. The choice of salads was also good, the cakes, pies and desserts were brilliant-this i would smooth 6 stars! Delicious were the eierpfannkuchen and egg omelets at the breakfast buffet. The coffee was inedible, an absolute no-go. The ambiance in the restaurant more like a cafeteria in a large concern, functional, but uncomfortable. Partly. The chairs already very fragile. The staff is mostly friendly and also anxious, the guests always something to drink had. Here, we also have always gladly tip. The bar staff however could have been a little more friendly view looking,. You looked mostly only grim faces, unless... And again the tips to wear.

    The distance to the beach takes only a couple -minute walk. The beach even, if it's not just returned with algas and garbage is scattered, is actually very nice. But we were only there once. Under a beach bar we had something else imagined. Except in the shop in the hotel there was no further shopping possibilities. We have a package (all-inclusive) from 02-10-2012 until 14-10-2012 on tjäreborg booked. We have however only a fraction of our holiday in this hotel use, because it in all areas a catastrophe was, the beach was simply fabulous.     The only positive and perhaps the 4 star rating is the size of the rooms. Everything else is simply bad. The furniture was old and damaged. The bed as described dirty.     The hotel is located each approximately 11 kilometers of sousse and monastir. As seen not any very bad location. Unfortunately if you are looking for in the immediate area to for example a supermarket vegebens. But since one on such in this hotel rely on (no mini bar) and you only bottled water (without carbonic acid and rather to your teeth thought) get, what should one at night drinking whenever you was thirsty. All in all no shopping possibilities or possibility of entertainment in the immediate area available. The beach is about 250 meters away from the hotel and is (other than by the tour operator described) of a busy street. Not unacceptable but not really elegant solution. Unfortunately, at the moment (for whatever reasons ) the airport from monastir any german airline service. It is a about one hour until anderthalbstündige transferfahrt from the airport enfida instructed. Trip possibilities generally from every tour operator (at a charge understands) offered, these were interested in from above reasons but not.

The hotel is very lavishly decorated. Outside of the hotel there is hardly any possibilities what something to do. The next shops is located in Monastir about 20 kilometers away from the hotel. The staff for each service tip have. The beach is very beautiful. read more

    The hotel is located really said in the nothing! Thus at the latest at night, you remember the there was nothing of shops, bars, cafés or similar nearby there is. One is always on a taxi angewissen. The beach you could reach by the road crossed, and the was alright, except for the beach bar from the hotel leaves much to be desired, extremly loud music, very annoying at the beach so meaning no relaxation, optically it was no eye catcher and the drinks were also not the hit. The beach bar man was but very nice. From the airport enfida one drives about 1 hour to the hotel.
