The entire staff at the reception, especially in the kitchen - great varied and very good elaborate order of courses with daily highlights-, very attentive and thorough cleaning maids and also the service staff in the sauna -and wellness area, really nice service, a completely comfort - and pampering package in a great location - beautiful would have the vacation not be able! Are equipped with 3-year-old junior and also for him have a great games room, playground in front of the house for a successful holiday contributed. read more

The is is a top hotel in the middle of the Seiser Alm, thus directly in the ski area. The car if you park at the sister hotel, and a shuttle directly to the hotel. Worked perfect. In the morning, put on your skis on and los is in a very family-friendly skiing area. After skiing you can very nice pool with whirlpool outside and the wellness area use. Children are very welcome, even gives a private children's games room and for the food also considered the wishes of the kids received. A speaking of food the breakfast buffet is ... very plentiful with lots of fresh/homemade treats, and the multi-course dinner is the very best for a hotel this category. The quality, the finesse, the diversity, the optics, the portion size and the service are really great and on 5 star level. A big compliment to all in the kitchen and in the service. There are also all of the staff very friendly and helpful. One tried to make everything. The rooms (know 3 different) are all clean and offer everything, that you need. Room 50 has a nice modern bathroom with jacuzzi and wellness shower, is but unfortunately a bit dark, since at the back and only a small door for the light. Us however not largely disturbed, since we little in the room were. The guests were through the bank away very pleasant. At christmas time about 70% italian and 30% germans. Thanks for the great vacation - we would definitely come again! read more

Great dining! Unfortunately rather small rooms, nice view from the balcony! Very clean, change of towels every day. We were with a dog on the way, owner have a dog, which everywhere free excellent shopping options... Good start possibilities for hiking excursions. read more

We look forward every year again our vacation in the hotel to spend. Also 2012 a very nice, relaxing stay. Room, choice of food and practicalness were as always very good. Special praise goes to the chef of the again and again delights from the hat. Particular praise goes to the service. Always friendly and pleasant. The hotel Santner we have stayed 6 times than elected, of which 3 times privately and 3 times as bus-travel group the company gessert -travel from finsterbergen/crs. gth! Great hotel with beautiful and very well maintained rooms! Front desk, speisesaalon, as well as bar are very spacious. The staff around Magda and Attila, very friendly and speedy. The kitchen with your chef has very varied and tasty food created! The breakfast buffet, as always more than enough and veführerisch! The whole hotel's atmosphere would be worth 4 stars! read more

    Service is the best, as the already rated. The communication was very good. After the order was immediately with nice words, friendly smile the desired served. The rooms were always very clean and the beds artfully arranged! Questions and wishes at the front desk were taken care of immediately!

    The ' is' is in about 2000 meters altitude very cheap for walks, mountain ascensions quasi from the breakfast table way. One needs neither trains and bus, to the schlern, rosszähnen, spitzbühl, plattkofelhütte or pflatsch to arrive. After a beautiful wandererlebnis is you quickly' at home'! Also for nichtalpinisten the hotel is fantastic location. The view is 360-degree panorama!

It is very nice located hotel, great for hiking and skiing. Very quiet, no exhaust gases. Shops are around 20 minutes away on foot or before 10 o'clock reachable by car. The but you need hardly, since everything is. The value for money is excellent. The rooms and furnishing are very large qualiltat and very pleasant. The restaurant is absolutely super, the quality and variety the food typical of the country and ideal. Every evening a large salad/ gemüsebüfett, one time per week starters buffet, 1 time desserts buffet, 1 times gala evening. For breakfast, there is a large breakfast ... buffet. The whole family was very satisfied. The service in the restaurant, the chef, the cleaning staff and the ladies at the reception were very personal, accommodating and very pleasant. The sauna and the steam bath are great, the pool is ok. The hotel has a problem: if you in the future return, it can hardly improve, you will find something. What previously was better. read more

Very beautiful hotel with really good kitchen and very nice cook, who has done a lot of trouble tasty, varied dishes and also next to the card still alternative has to offer. They were glad in the morning on the delicious food in the evening! Can only be recommended! read more

    Is located directly at the ski slope. In the morning a few Steps away from the ski cellar and you can pulled out. Evenings warm up in the jacuzzi, the-he said 10 meters further west-right on the ski slope would be. Car is good in the garage of the hotel Rosa. Several times a day shuttle bus down to the COMP kurtatsch or the hotel Rosa.

Were times here on vacation and anytime again feast the all great is. Since we already often great holiday the Maldives have made we can comparison car and noticed that it was the most beautiful. we really wanted to here nothing at all write (forgiveness Magda!), not the too much Advertising no more rooms for us is free. But we trust the great service and hope anytime again come to must. especially good we like the pool, overall the outdoor pool and the beautiful warm water, the rooms, the view, the nice team and, and, and. what also to mention ... was the good food and the flexibility of kitchen (if the menu something else is just a little other be chosen). we were looking forward already to next Times and kind regards to all the team! I have stayed at this hotel 3 weeks in Januar every year between 2005 and 2012. It is getting better and better. I have been here on training camp. The staff is very helpful and the food is excellent. It is a quiet hotel, although fully booked most of the time. Sufficient room for skis and there is a threadmill avaible as well as the basic equipment in the gym. read more

    The current chef makes excellent food. Even the fish is generally good beeing this far from the ocean. Varied salat bar with the freshed vegetables every day. During 3 weeks you never find the same dish twice. After salad, there is pasta, risotto etc, then soup, maindish (choose between 2) and then dessert + cheese/fruit.

    The staff speeches italian and german, some speeches basic english. The room are clean and equipped with refrigerators. In general well kept and quite spacious.

    15 m swimming pool. Sometimes crowded between 1730-1900, but otherwise more than enough space. A small gym that suits the basis requirements. Internet avaible, sometimes very slow during the afternoon, but otherwise sufficient.

    The hotel is situated in the middle of the alpine slope. 5 minutes walk to access 45 km of cross country slopes, freshly preparated every morning. 10 minutes to walk to the center of Seiser Alm where you can buy the basic grocery items and postcards.
