Have me altogether felt very comfortable. From the fitness room I was very disappointed, because he so spartanic furnished (no weights possible). We were all around satisfied and nothing to complain about. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was from the variety with brunch comparable.
The sauna is maybe slightly small but since we only used it was ok. With foreign persons it would probably be so closely together somewhat unpleasantly has become. read more

I did not like that the front desk desk would not use the German pO for VAT freed German were.
They acted as if this item had not been used in many years. The form is in German but do to basic ignorance they decided not to use it. This is one of the major selling tools when it comes to Americans staying at hotels. I am sorry to say as nice and as enjoyable a time that I had I will not stay there again until this situation is fixed. read more

Since I already more than 10 years in their hotel come, mostly only for 1a 2 nights I can see, that tried everything to a very good were insipidly to hold, although in my opinion the hotel always good to be booked seems. The hotel has a very good location: near the ring, near the future airport schönefeld airport, nevertheless quiet in green surroundings. Berlin with the S-Bahn easy to reach. Unfortunately you have to the station by car circa 10 minutes drive, but a free car park in the garage available.
The rooms are big enough for 2 people with 2 suitcases. The food is very good, the drink prices for a four-star hotel not covered. The breakfast buffet is extensive.

Basically a wonderful hotel, only real negative was the constant balcony and not consistent separation of non-smokers and smokers.
So I could on my room the whole evening no window open since my neighbor as pipes chainsmoker for constant Odors made.
My comment at the front desk only with a who mostly understood smile answered. read more
