In April 2010 after we had to speak to the manager and us again for May 2010 by email and reported separately in a clean room, this was time requested it worse than we had during our 1. Visit. Firstly, there was no record of our reservation you, which we showed us three unacceptable room (number 1 right above the cooker hood, it was also smell, number two had a bedroom with no windows, it felt like in the coffin, number three had no electricity). After 1 hour we got back and forth room number 1551, which is a balcony ... with a view of the sea had but otherwise just so was not well maintained as all other rooms we saw ( dirty curtains, upholstery, carpet floor, senators dingy ( mold! ). Photos to follow. This hotel - we will never go back to despite super location on the beach. read more

We had the hotel (ex Meridien) due to the very nice description booked on the internet. The location is fantastic, right on the ocean and a beautiful beach. As it stops. The hotel, which in fact was a gem could be ( from the outside, it looks really great and modern) is in need of a complete renovation and maintenance. The rooms are not only worn but it was also not clean. The begins in the bathroom and ended in the bedroom. Also other areas as indoor pool, gym, restaurant are dingy. The outdoor pool is in the neighboring building ... and renovated, for example. After we had a conversation with the general manager was our room grundgereinig ( inclusive. Sofas) and we had from as daily gesaugten carpet and decent linens ( which were of course should be). The hotel management was very grateful for our notes and promised better. A renovation of the rooms is only for next year. read more
