Of al I a day before arrival there called, after a smokers room to questions, I learned, that we upgraded to a superior room had. The room was huge, fully equipped with a desk, seating, large LCD -TV in HD -quality, mini bar ( price quite high!), safe, telephone and air conditioning. The bathroom with shower and hair dryer was big enough - everything very clean. We had a terrace with a table and 2 chairs. The whole staff was very friendly, polite and accommodating and 6 suns, if it weren't for the a service probably Eastern European origin in ... the restaurant would have been: we were for the festival going on at city center there. When we in the evening to the hotel back came, it opened only, as we as hotel guests springs, then snippish-arrogant some time on the counter are left without us to note. Only 3 beer to end on tap, which nobody wanted. Then she asked with the back side, which red wine I wanted. The hotel I can recommend to anyone, in Unna and environment a place searches. This hotel is located directly next to the train station, Bie the many, very noisy freight trains is to open window would not think. Right on the train station of unna is the slightly aged four stars House. Furniture and carpets are Endneunziger years of: red/brown wooden furniture, Turkish carpets, Lachsfarbene seat bolster in the dining room and van gogh copies of the wall. A design hotel is not ☺ Our room was very large-much larger than the standard double room, one of comparable accommodation is used. Everything was neat and clean. The bathroom was simple and functional equipped, with shower, sink and toilet. Our room was facing the station side addition. Apart from modest view, was the noise a real problem. Train announcements ... (and the einfahrenden train) were even with the windows closed good to hear. In The Case opened Window to sleep, fell out. We loved the service staff at the front desk. No matter what it was-rooms transfers, luggage service, organization parking, taxi. Uwm the team was super friendly, accommodating and helpful and a extra, too, deserves the loud room was so easy to deal with ☺ read more
