We had actually the hotel Cala Azul Park booked, but in the sister hotel, esmeralda park building. The Cala Azul Park had not yet open and was being partly renovated (new hotel). The esmeralda Park-Hotel is a well-kept apartment complex consisting of several 3-storey buildings. The guests come predominantly from Germany, all age groups are represented. During our stay in march the hotel was only to maximally 2/3 full. Most of the others hotels in Cala d'Or were still closed. read more

We were the second time in Esmeralda park and had again a really great and relaxing vacation. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Even the manager of the hotel is always present and approachable. Be weekly champagne for the hotel guests promotes very the communication. read more

The complex is very large. There was occasionally waiting times until we got a table. However the value for money is very good. The staff were very friendly. The entertainment team competent.

We had a great apartment with two bedrooms and separate pool, the only residents of the blocks S use ( altogether 12 units). The large apartments are in my opinion in Germany only with the TUI for offer. The location this apartments was great, the whole day sun, by the few people by the pool very much privacy and peace. The large contrast in the dining room. Definitely not half board book! We were the last week the season, when it every day less people were and nevertheless was the atmosphere as in a station hall, it was full and ... noisy and you could never relaxed and in peace eat. The staff were very friendly and eager to help, but it doesn't, if you have food not enjoy can. The entertainment for kids was great. There were dedicated young people locally, the with the children danced and played, super motivated to last day, really great. The bay was not so my case. The water was crystal-clear, but it is evenly a bay. I would like to not to go there during peak summer experience. Than in any case just a completely other place book, where you walks on the beach and the long sandy beaches, like Cala Millor or Alcudia. All the bays around Cala d'or were the last October week with lion's mane jellyfish contaminated. May be, that the bad luck was, but we were a day in Cala Millor, we have not a single jellyfish seen. Who nevertheless to Cala d'or would like, I could see the bay cala sa nau recommend. Beautiful loungers, nice bar, no hotel bunkers all around, on foot from the hotel about 1 hour, by car 10 minutes. Cala mitjana is also very clean, but it has no dining and no chairs. The jellyfish were unfortunately everywhere. For excursions the hotel was good, bus stop in right in front of the hotel. Bus timetable was on events coordinated, for example on wednesdays bus after sineu to the famous market, but also in all other corners the island there were connections. Infrastructure ideal, right around the corner small shopping street with restaurants and shops, the shopping center from Cala d'or around 10 minutes away on foot. Anyway, overall okay, but the hotel restaurant that is unacceptable and if you walks on the beach like, is in this corner the island completely wrong. read more

The apartments need urgently a thorough renovation undergo ( new closets, new lighting etc.). We during of the vacation our suitcase only partly unpacked, because the closets so very skates, that you no things hang/wanted. The cleanliness of the rooms is apart from that however luckily reasonable been. If you bad luck has, can the apartment direction pool/ terrace be located, what the night peace fall leaves. We did luck.
The food has we mostly tasty and the selection was good.
For vacationers without children the hotel is completely unsuitable. There are almost only families in the hotel.
The ... bay and the swimming pool were very nice, but considering the crowds too small. We were glad, that we a rental car and great weather had, so that we every day excursions have done. Apart from that we would have the vacation probably as dire felt. read more

Family-friendly hotel with too many German guests. Everything was there, what we for a family vacation needed. The small found friends and the 14-year-old has particularly the evening agenda the very dedicated animators much. Food was good. The beach is although it is very small, but with crystal clear water. read more

Very nice hotel, the from several, large units. Very small, however very lovely beach. Excellent snorkel-possibility. The restaurant is very clean and also during rush hour not congested. Only point of criticism is the right unloving, simple playground. We were the second time on the complex and didn't regret it! read more

A very nice hotel ideal for families, we had a nagelfrisch renovated room ( L 104). The entertainment for kids is very versatile and lovingly designed. The entertainers put in a lot of effort, also in the evening entertainment. Directly in front of the hotel there are bouncy castles, Minicars to drive, trampoline, etc. ( everything for a fee). In summary, I have to say, that it in respect to the value for money a very attractive hotel, with a beautiful beach and a pleasant evening entertainment, good food and in a good location is. For couples without children however ... less recommendable. read more

The hotel has a nice location, we were the 2 times here and will be 2013 again. The complex fits very beautifully in the landscape, the cleanliness is ok the food was varied and tastefully prepared. The types of people were international with the largest share of German was. Important there are very many children here which the hotel in the service benefits. read more

We have us in the hotel complex felt really good, could the immediate area on foot good explore, also use the public bus for a drive to Porto Colom. The beautiful location of the hotel at the Cala Esmeralda is optimal.
Who however no fault in the dining room with small children would like to have, should at least in this period the furnishing avoid. It didn't bother me, on the contrary, we felt among the young people even not so old. read more

After 2 days on my shade sprang, and concentrate on the entertainers and shows einlies (previously I liked so not at all!) , we had an excellent vacation. Our daughter has the mini club and the evening shows dear! And even my husband and I have uS mitreissen leave... Very lovely beach, quiet, only hotel guests, snorkeling possible. Nice pool. read more

A hotel for families with (small ) children. If you mind the wrong hotel booked. Were son/ Daughter-in-law and grandchild ( 2 years) since. In advance via mail angemeldetes crib was unfortunately not in the room. The night (arrive ) at the front desk available crib was broken, only on the next day a full service, then but quickly into the room delivered and ready set up. On arrival had room ( floor ) be cleaner, but during the entire stay very thoroughly cleaned. Very friendly staff. Very accommodating and very attentive ( for example with order evenings) unfortunately is ... the customers ( so we) not really appreciated. Of course, the noise level in the dining room loud, because many children, but what should such criticisms in the forums, children are our future, I have been a grandfather do not disturb, on the contrary. If you have children the burden, should book somewhere else. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and will be with my family ( see above ) definitely come again. read more

The hotel complex was very clean and tidy! Through the continuous' Ibiza stil' also beautiful to look at! Not this typical hotel respectively beds-castle -character.
The audience was of the nationality was mixed with a tendency German and almost only families with small children, less teenagers, which was probably due to the travel time was! The average age lay to our consider around 35-45. read more
