For a city hotel with 5 stars is this hotel excellent. Great service, great value, super! But unfortunately the spa is not the, the I expected, if I the information receive, the spa 'leading spa' belongs. I understand that as meaning something else. The spa treatments are very recommendable. Oriental massages are spectacular! It here nothing to be desired. The restaurant-selection is brilliant, it has actually something for every taste. Helpful staff. The hotel room is clean, has a certain charm. Small & fine, and a Grandhotel. read more

This was my 4th visit to the Lausanne Palace. I appreciate its location, right in the centre. I however love it especially, because it combines tradition so well with modernity. You feel the history, it's a real Palace, you would not be surprised to meet famous people of the last century coming around the corner. When you enter the room however, everything is brand new, modern, but not cold, in the contrary, warm, cosy, wonderful. My rooms so far always had a great view over the lake. I also love their breakfast, especially in the summer, when it can also ... be taken outside. The food in their restaurant is of top quality, their Spa I never had time to use, but other hotel guests told me that it's great. Very convenient also, that there is a parking just next to the hotel and to keep the car there overnight is not expensive. The members of staff I met were always very friendly, helpful and very efficient. I can will be back, everytime I need o wish to stay in Lausanne. read more

City Hotel with old world charme and a spectaculare view. Hotel is very elegante (concierge is wearing a moring suit) and the place to be in Lausanne if you do business and like to be in the heart of Switzerland. read more

    At a five star deluxe hotel I assume everything is just perfect. Reception, Service at the bar, at breakfast as well as in the room met these high standards. Bellman & Concierge did not. Nice: Check in was friendly and effective, receptionist showed me the room personally and explained the feature of the hotel.

    They must have a great spa, but have not visited. A special club (disco) for hotel guests and members is a cool place to have a 5to7.
