Alone a beautiful hotel, but it is in some places the age to see. The rooms are partly newly furnished in the style of 70. the baths are still 'old'. However very high-quality equipped (marmor-waschtisch). Unfortunately for me the kopfbrause the shower-bathtub. We had breakfast with included. That was very delicious and sufficient. The waiters were always very concerned with refills. One evening we in the bar eaten. The service was exceptional! The food expensive but delicious! Paid off. In the evening they would even the beamer for the transfer of the champion league game. In total it was a ... good hotel for our business trip. read more

One of our favorites, directly at the Rhein location! We gönnen ourselves occasionally a recommendable hotel. The rooms are spacious, decorated up to date, have flatscreen tv, minibar and safe, wi-fi was unfortunately not free of charge. The bathroom is spacious, there was a bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast is simply first-class quality and selection and the view of the Rhein (both from the room, as well as the restaurant) is second to none. In a few steps away, 'rheinpark center' -shopping center there was a lot of shops and restaurants. To S-Bahn stop or the tram is it in each ... case about 10 minutes on foot, from there every few minutes connection to the center. read more

Never again. After going through half the republic travelled and there dog-tiredly arrived, grinned us at the front desk and told us, you was overbooked, we could not even more the cupboard offer. You then another hotel directed with the reference, we can gladly on the next day again, there was our room free. We asked, why they didn't just called and from the road has informed, to told rude, we have no details left out, which definitely not voted against. My mobile phone was deposited. Incompetent, absolutely disorganized and a hotel, that we not book again are. On the ... next day we come back, because we with our entire staff for a trade fair as had probelms. You were welcomed with the words, whether the other hotel good is, you have a room with a view of the river given. We had this view anyway booked. We would have a prosecco spent and apologized, everything would have been good, but we a room best category as goodie to sell, although we this anyway booked and had paid, embarrassing. The view from the room: great, not any question. So we sat with the great view and wanted a glass of prosecco to drink, made the mini bar and found: beer, Cola, soda and juice. So everything was very badly stocked, organized and: the guests didn't bother. Breakfast is of poor quality, coffee cold, in short: thank you! Not again. The next time we go right into the fire and ice, in us the night previously sent. read more

By undergoing renovations to our original hotels Park Inn, we were in the Swissotel transferred and were just passing through. A very clean, modern hotel in the multistoried building style. The staff at reception, as well as in the breakfast area was very friendly, the breakfast buffet plentiful and very tastefully. Although centrally located, it was in the room of the hotel very quiet. Average public, predominantly pairs, but also families with children, and business travelers. Mostly german and dutch guests. All in all a recommendation. There is a small minus but to mention the mattresses were too hard and ... my wife and i, then, does the back problems hurt. But those who have no problems has, is available in the Swissotel in good hands. read more

    We had a premier rheinblick hotel rooms! Size of the room was good! Bathroom very good! The building was modern and furnished to a high standard! Drawback: the coffee cups and glasses in the room were dirty Huge weak point! The heater didn't work! We asked the front desk in the morning to fix this-in the evening went the heater still not and we were also not through a note or other informed!

    Restaurant It is reasonable value for money not! Upscale kitchen and little quality! - a burger for 16 Euro will kartoffelgitter from the freezer and the meat the burgers tasted also not particulary good - the pizza was alright - however nothing more - was also rather lukewarm from of the kitchen - the atmosphere of the restaurant we found not good-everything very sterile-not very comfortable - for example no table decoration etc... - we were somewhat surprised when a waiter at the next table with guests in order the expiration of the order denied-the should not happen For breakfast! The selection of dishes was good! The atmosphere for breakfast we found unfortunately unpleasant. The tables are very close together, and as we wanted to eat breakfast, there was no free places and we had several swim laps. The staff working with the overall situation overstrained/overburdened and stressed thing to a unpleasant atmosphere for breakfast led. The breakfast room is in our opinion way too small for the number of guests! Why does one not in the morning the restaurant with?

    - the friendliness was everywhere in borders ( for example no good trip home...) - for breakfast (waitresses stayed at the 2 days each not good morning or were at the table that way help) - in the evening in the restaurant it was still the best around the friendliness ordered

The entrance area, as well as the furnishing and the ambience a decent chic. We really liked. Internet is unfortunately not including-a star hotel this should be self-evident! For business travellers a must. We had 2 nights with breakfast booked. Guest structure mixed, depending on messe chinese, english, russian visitors or even german. Minus only for the missing free internet. read more

    The rooms are big enough. Facilities elegant, chic but not too old-fashioned, as often in hotels of this class. Everything seemed modern and fresh. Large flat-screen, from the bed you can comfortably watch tv. Also it is a pity that no sky is included. This is when many 4 stars hotels available. View of the Rhein available but qualitative differences depending on the floor. Wonderful, if you from the bed lighting of the other bank can see... Cleaning and service good, but no 'wow' effect. Unfortunately found in the room no note, if the coffee and tea free of charge were consumed must. Kettle were available. Minibar (with preisübersicht ) also.

    Perfect breakfast. We have rarely seen such a fantastic and well thought-out buffet seen! There was simply everything. From various rolls and bread, plenty meats and cheeses. Freshly prepared waffles, sweets, scrambled eggs (with lobster!) , tomatoes, fruit... Simply everything. And the in great quality. If you correctly zulangt, comes to evenings ☺ as you can't improve, but hopefully the quality hold.

    Rarely had such friendly service- at the check-in to staff experienced. We felt good overall, although the room unfortunately quite far in the back, as well as bottom and thus the rheinblick not so idyllic. But unfortunately the hotel was to the weekends booked, so that we cannot remain high were able to switch... Maybe it but also the coupon (internet access ), so that more paid for one night. Service is impeccable, therefore full stars.

    The pool- / fitness area we would have liked a few quality expected. Evening was the pool completely overcrowded, so that swimming not at all was possible. Also the size is not so great (pictures are very advantageous taken). Fitness finds directly at the pool in a separate (through a glass pane) area instead. There i would feel like the zoo. Some chairs available (unfortunately only a few of the many visitors far from enough). The dressing area really good, but the lockers you can only with a coin use, that would have you write can. So we had to with our (in november!) Road things under the arm in swimsuits in the pool. Some naked chinese have the exit of the sauna used directly at the pool area to go. Me truthfully disturbed. Shower only available when durchgangsplatz between bathing area and changing rooms. Also not ideal. One stands naked below and the door is relentless on...

    The hotel is located right next to Rhein. Walking is nothing within walking distance, you need for a taxi or private car. The airport is approximately 15 minutes out. Depending on the location the arriving airplanes in minute cycle watch (no noise!). Restaurants then in Neuss itself, in hotel proximity, we have found nothing. Because of that small reduction (although the hotel yes can do nothing).

A hotel for feeling good, relaxation and simply enjoy! We got on request a very nice room in floor 14 with a fantastic view on the Rhine! Check in and check out quick and easy. Room very well maintained, really clean and with everything which one wishes itself decorated. Wellness and spa area great. Very clean! Indoor pool large enough and very good heated! Bathrobes and bathing slippers free of charge. Very well maintained dining rooms with an exceptionally good the offer for delicious and varied food and drinks. In the lobby a large bar with everything the heart desires. ... The hotel captivates altogether by a very nice ambience and extraordinary flair. Staff in all areas very attentive and friendly! A breakfast buffet of the finest quality! Parking spaces are free of charge will be charged at the hotel to receive. In short: a very recommendable hotel! read more

I had unfortunately only a night and arrived quite late at the hotel at. The sports and wellness area, as well as saunas is however until 23:00 o'clock open. The hotel is very well located. The rooms are top clean and very good designed. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Staff are very friendly. Great value for money, I should once again nearby his I'm sure book this hotel again. read more

We had two nights with breakfast in a double room with view on the rhine booked. The hotel room was large and clean. It was a coffee- and tea station in the room. The bathroom was large and had a bath. The breakfast buffet was very varied. Besides were eggs (as scrambled egg, fried egg etc. ) On request by the cook was freshly prepared. The hotel has besides a beautiful pool area. From the hotel by car you are in about 10 to 15 minutes in düsseldorf old town. read more

We were this year to 4. Times there and so far very satisfied. Last weekend were the pool and the sauna very busy and everything was underwater. Nobody has the rooms cleaned. It was very hot on this weekend and the air conditioning in our and the room our friends didn't work. Our friends were probably fans and ice cube what the willingness to help the front desk shows. Nevertheless we will go back, because we really like. Pool and sauna were however also the next morning still not really tidy. read more

    The room was very modern designed. Everything was clean and in a really good condition. The view of the Rhein was fantastic.

    Unfortunately the breakfast room was at our day much too crowded so that you at: o'clock had to wait a long time and the buffet nevertheless at: o'clock closed will. Already some time before ( at o'clock) was not any longer filled up. The dishes we had were all good ( fruit fresh, eggs warm...). The dining room was clean and it was always set great importance that the used plates were cleared.

The Swissotel has excellent facilities and a atmosphere to be comfortable. The greatest was the fantastic view over the Rhein, the one of the most rooms can (I was on the 14th floor accommodated). The room decor is modern, clean and elegant, as well as the bathroom and also the rest of the hotel. The gym looks good (I didn't use) and the pool is excellent. Especially impressed I was from the food, the morning as evenings no wishes offenließ. Only fly in the ointment is the location. Most hotel guests will actually to Düsseldorf want, this the hotel lies ... then nevertheless a bit out of the way. But somewhere, one had to yes drawbacks, apart from that, the hotel is really great! read more

It was a nice weekend in Swissotel Neuss. The hotel is located directly at the Rhein, you can from there beautiful walks. To Düsseldorf it is just a stone's throw. Breakfast and brunch were varied and very tasty. In the basement there is a large sauna area, fitness equipment and a really big swimming pool. All in all a very nice stay. Only lack, the bathroom is extremely small and in need of renovation. read more
