Unfortunately as often overbooked and totally from retired flooded. Nothing for young families with children, no activities. read more

Hotel lies very good in a footbridge, very nice heated pool area. Rooms are fine. Food was for such a hotel rather moderate to bad. ( no fresh fruits, no sensible tea, unloving and fantasieloses dinner) no bar and no encouraged. Outside of the meal times had no possibility somewhere in the hotel to get something to drink. ( only vending machines). Reception staff showed no bemühem for the welfare of the guests. In january about 80% regular guests, consistently older audience with the usual phenomena ( feast table- zimmeransprüche, pool beach chairs are almost all reserved and so on) read more

For a short break of a week was enough for us the hotel perfectly. It was a pleasant stay. Being near the beach was very good Food was for our needs more than adequate. Very nice fresh rolls. Fruit unfortunately not satisfactory, since fresh fruits only cut was offered, unfortunately. Whereas we were from the variety the salads very positively surprised. The hotel has a very nice location, but it is 2.5 star standard. Not more. An outdated hotel with small schönheitfehlern, but very clean. Probably for the older generation, little agreat place for children and no animation. Who a quiet vacation close to the beach you are in goods hands here. Daily room service and clean. The food sure not very varied but we every day well and gladly eaten. The hotel is located really close to the beach. If you Playa del Ingles knows, knows, that beach with a staircase of more than 50 steps can be connected. Here is one with three steps to the sandy beach. We would choose the hotel anytime ... again. read more

Good hotel, unfortunately the hotel was for our prearranged totally overbooked, most of the visitors arriving, we, the aparm. Had plus booked, had to either the first days in a studio or in another hotel again, although we have been in january 2012 when Neckermann occasion had. read more

We were for the first time in this hotel and are this year return. The hotel is in a very good location. The food is not great, but they are also only stars. read more

It was unfortunately not to our 'satisfaction'! Since we already once in this hotel holiday, we were adopting it has somewhat changed. It was still the same condition we could have stayed longer. Constantly there were problems of tourists, which arrived and the hotel was overbooked, so they are still into another hotel building had to be. The food repeated every two days, it hung us soon to the neck out. It was in the three weeks not only once fresh fruits. Of the peace was it in the hotel terrible. The beach and also the hotel is very recommendable, only the room staff it is not so exactly, in the evening we have a cockroach frazzled, the remained three days on the floor, although cleaned every day was. The hotel lies directly at the waterfront and the very well maintained sandy beach. The pool i cannot judge, because i never used it. However could already before breakfast observe, that also from the guests the europalace the annoying habit of beach chair reservation by means of towels maintained. The guests were for the most part in the pension age, lots of regular guests. Our apartment on the 9. floor had a big balcony and a wonderful view of the sea. The living room with kitchenette and fridge, as well as couch and schrnakbett is quite generous, the bedroom and ... the bathroom for my taste a bit tight canceled. The room service worked very well, there were always enough fresh towels and the cleaning was, except for one day, always very thoroughly done. We had the half board with buffet for breakfast and in the evening. There was a great variety at fresh salads, some soups, vegetables, meat, fish and desserts, all right varied and i always found it very tasty. The hotel is really completely fine, just a pity at the quality of the food and the unrest in the restaurant nothing done despite again and again the bad review in this respect. At the reception we were on the way there welcomed in a friendly manner in spite of the quite late check in 11:00 P. M. Cold cuts plate and bread stood for us in the room ( fridge) as dinner ready, simply great I have never experienced something like that. They should the possibility have the hotel book without the meals to would be these recommendable ..., there the rooms with a small kitchenette are provided with you can the breakfast prepare yourself, the proximity of the numerous supermarkets you can always fresh rolls received. The nearby tropical shopping center offers you a excellent cuisine, very pleasant staff and changing program ( music, show, dance ) very recommendable. Unfortunately that the hotel not have its own bar and pool bar also, would definitely be well attended for the size. read more

As mentioned, a good three star hotel, what has gotten a bit old but clean and tidy, find something to eat in my opinion something for everyone, a lot of fish and the view of the sea simply great. read more

The proximity to the beach is the best about this hotel. The beds slides with the smallest of movements apart. It was enough, if you tv look on the bed and on the wall The food is almost everyday the same. And everything was very fatty. Fresh fruit in vain, and if then only small cut. In the restaurant one must at the bar even queue, in order to drinks to get. And then you have a lot of luck, to find a free table. There is in the whole hotel no possibility to sit to outside to sit. Evenings ... one is forced, to leave the hotel. There is a bar by the pool, but this is not in use. The vacation was good, because the beach is there and immediately on beach walk to go can. The house is clean, but worn. Just 'only' three stars. Next time go I another accommodation. read more

For those seeking tranquillity guests very well-suited hotel with first-class beach area and fantastic view of the sea. Accommodating staff. Gladly anytime again! Everything was great. The hotel is on the first view not villa but it is better than expected! Exactly the right thing for a beach vacation as the beach is right in front of the door is! Chairs and sunscreens at the beach you can rent! Per beach chair and sun screen you pay 2,50 Euro can but also happen that not at all Member which also really beautiful is! About from 11 o'clock it could be that you don't sun screens more but chairs are to get from about 13 hours the first chairs and ... umbrellas free again! Every morning we had always at the pool and so at 14 o'clock to the beach On the whole a very lovely vacation! read more

I booked last minute, so only studio almost in the basement, bathroom very old must urgently renewed otherwise very clean, my Council only floor 5-9 book. There are Appertements should be very good, food a bit uniform but price-performance is okay read more
