I had the bad luck a single room directly under the roof to get. The shower or toilet was 2 floors down and the stairs to reach. For this price you can be of different opinion. The interior of the hotel a badly ageing impression, the carpet suggested some waves, color peeled and all installations, however, as in gigabyte usual, ran on the walls along. Cleanliness was still a point, to some places could be improved.

The breakfast was typically british and were quickly brought to the table. Unfortunately the dining room fewer seats as guests, so already times waiting periods could (or the breakfast didn't have this anymore).

the rooms this bed & breakfast are really very, very small. As well as the bathroom. In the shower you can just swing. The double bed the actual in terms of size none is in the middle of the room. 20 centimeter of the bed removes a washbasin, in case you are in the night get your hands from the bed from wash would. around the bed you then and 50-60 centimeter but then is reached you wall. No closet. A main criteria and 20 centimeter of the and mounted is. Hang there with a bit of büger! A mini ... table with armchair above a TV with English programs. on the upside, the owner the extremely touching a worry. read more

We were in room 6 at the top of the house. The room is simply decorated spacious bed with duvet cover, a sink and a small mirror, a table with full-length mirrors, coffeemakers with tea and coffee was available. There was no hair dryer, which is a shame, two small bedside table are available. An actual closet not only offer the possibility to hang jackets. A flat screen TV with a few channels stands on a small Spiegeltisch. So it wasn't that good, was one of those breeze Duftteile which plugged in, even after we have drawn it smelled it the next day extremely after the smell! Not good at all! The window could be opened, and luckily we had good view of the courtyard. Because in front of the hotel a railway line runs we were delighted that the room had view of back, I think it might be a little noisy. Our bathroom was 2 floors down and always available for showers. Everything was clean. There's an Internet room with shower and toilet, again a separate toilet. For the two days it was ok, but not recommended for a longer stay! Please the pictures, I think you will get a good an insight.

Downstairs there is a breakfast room with 5 tables (see pictures) cute. The breakfast was good. There are typical English breakfast, scrambled eggs, Baked beans, toast, baked tomatoes, bacon and sausages. Nutella, jams, etc. There is tea or coffee and orange juice.

As already mentioned, a super friendly couple running the hotel. When we arrived, I was just installed wireless Internet access and 1000 times for the "disorderly nature" (which we didn't really all eghausted) an apology. Foreign language skills has not been tested. Room cleaning was not for us.

If you Oxford exploring this place is ideal, it's about a 15 minute walk to the city center cozy maybe 7 minutes, buses stop right outside our front door and from the stop you are only 2 more drive and one is in the center. In terms of food, there is in the area of the Becked House enough. Chinese, pizza etc. If you come by car: then to unload luggage, that car on one of the mark parking parking a bit further up the road, there is 1 hour free of charge (metered parking was not necessary, the traffic wardens remember how long who gets). Afterwards to park our car Seacourt car park (down to the main road turn left under the bridge - 1.5 kilometers (1 mile) only just returned from then on the right hand side. This is not far away and free of charge! There is a bus directly from the carpark lot in town or from the front of the hotel on the street.
