The hotel was the best choice for me - single person. The food and drinks were just as I expected:).. Everyday I had my room cleened and all the service was very kind and helpfull. I really enjoyed. Also animation team was great with their comedy shows and games in the pool:) read more

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Food was OK but some more variety would be nice. Also it was a pity that the oriental restaurant was open only 2 days in 3 weeks. I will probably go there gain this winter. read more

This place is fantastic.can't fault anything except would have loved a kettle in the room.(we english love a cuupa before getting out of bed while on holiday) the place was kept spotless. all the staff work there socks off to make sure you have a great time.from the smashing bar staff who are funny but who go out of there way to make sure you have a great time.the animation team who do tend to do a lot in russian and german as there are not a lot of us brits going therebut let me ... reassure you these people go out of there way to make conversation with you.the pool area is immaculate the gardens are kept really nice also.and this is one safe place for kids to also enjoy there holidays. read more

We have a great vacation in Ali Baba Palace spend. It tuned simply everything.
Especially we would like to highlight our room boy abdullah meter he has our room always really clean and was always friendly.
Also the rest of the entire hotel staff was always very helpful and friendly.
Our guide gimy was also very polite and its advice was very well.

Pros: Friendly staff, large swimming pool and has its own sandy beach, and close to the airport
Cons: Room and facilities bathroom are very poor and not clean. limited selection of food, rooms needs maintenance. Some staff would make inappropriate comments on female tourists assuming they dont understand arabic ! read more

Have with my sister from 10-03-2013 to 17-03-2013 in this hotel the vacation spend. We were very comfortable. I want to highlight the the friendly staff. Breakfast and lunch were ok. We have in the evening more high-quality meat desired. Otherwise the hotel is super maintained and also the beach very nice. Very friendly entertainers (especially Bob and the ladies
The gymnastics), the mostly russian spoken.
However for us no problem, the communication always worked. In the hotel were in this period circa 90% russian guests, the very pleasant were. The remaining 10% were german, dutch and so on.
To ... emphasize also the offered massages. Thanks again.
We would always book this hotel again, since we felt very good. In this hotel with german holiday-makers spoken, the already 10. x holiday were there. Nearly daily we from the service or entertainers asked, whether us feel comfortable.
Conclusion: everything was great the food was not for us the 'most important'. read more

I will not go over there any more. Four star for what? Old abgewöhntes hotel only the pool area is new and nice. Very lots of russians. The food you could eat but there are hardly any change every morning 2 types of sausage always the same and always 1 and the same cheese. Somehow the chef vegetariere be it is only one type of meat and then the 80% Gulasch. Also the possibility other restaurants to benefit nothing same chef almost same meatless selection. Lots of german guests used the free shuttle in the evening to the Marina fressgasse. read more

We've been to ali baba 5 times and we'll be going again next year. It's a really good hotel. Superb grounds to stroll round, excellent beaches, easy shelving beach for access to swim&snorkel. rooms are large and airy, cleaned daily.
water replenished daily also.staff are all very freindly and helpful. I would reccomend this hotel. go and have an excellent holiday. enjoy. read more

Well, what can one say much, certainly not the worst choice, the hotel complex offers something for everyone, big or small ☺. We come to eat, ohh that food! To couple of days a from the smell bad, but! Those of süpchen with bread life as i did, it will survive)! The employees are partly friendly partly bad mood, women get a extra treatment, you know what i my, some waiters allow so much that we relaxed for a display for sexual belässtigung is enough. We were now has been in the Ali Baba Palace hotel. You can tell every year the positive changes. Here is especially the area of the kitchen, restaurant to name but a few. Here very much for the good corporate headquarters. There could always be complaints, but here one noticed, that more and more loving accents be set. Also the quality etc. Improved. It is the friendliness of the staff %blank% in the restaurant, kitchen, reception area, room service and at the beach to be highlighted. The guests are international. For german-speaking guests, which are, german staff in case of ... any problems ready. Otherwise you could get by very well with german and english. You can tell, that increasingly german of the staff understood and spoken. A well-kept garden and pool area deepen the positive impression of the hotel. We were definitely not for the last time in the Ali Baba Palace hotel. read more

Very nice & relaxing vacation in a beautiful atmosphere.
We were in our vacation felt good, since all of the staff very hard one as beautiful as possible to make. We have every day in the oriental restaurant, because there the food tasted best. The waiters, for us especially bassm, us every day with small attentions pleased.
Other reviews, in which the food so poorly presented, we can not at all understand, since the food good & varied. For example there were every day fresh fish in many variations, also the salad buffet and the fruit were freshly prepared and ... great.
The whole parklike setting with countless flowers and plants was constantly maintained and edits.
But there were also a few points, which were:
- there were just too many russians in the hotel, which by their rudeness very annoying.
- the animation was almost exclusively in russian, which for me, raises the question, what i think about you as a german guest you have.
Nevertheless, it was all in all a great vacation and we would gladly come again! read more

The Ali Baba Palace is a big hotel, the slowly into the years came. Overdue renovation or renovation-as usual in many egyptian hotels-not running. However, you can still on the complex feel very comfortable. A majority of the guests come from Eastern Europe.
There was a huge lobby, the also in the evening as place serves. The entertainment in the evening is professional and individual entertainers are very friendly. The food is qualitatively high-quality and tasty without particularly varied. The complete staff speak very good russian, but less german. If you're lucky, one could get along farther with english.
The ... location of the of the hotel is pleasantly quiet. Various hotels borders. Good shopping possibilities, the nearby senzo mall or the commercial on the other side of the road. For souvenirs or presents shopping, i would always the business 'Cleopatra' recommend, because it's not 'crappy' is. read more
