Disco enterprise is not on the audience a :the guests are between 40 and 70 years old and the music for 18-year-old made. Dj is kritikresistent. Otherwise everything was good! read more

I can not understand why some here negative reviews hand over. I was with all what was extremely satisfied.
If there was a negative point is, it was the wi-fi connection in anex - building on the 8. floor in the back area. Here i was immediately helped the i on the balcony access. There was the reception processed. The offer price for the wi-fi connection i think too high.
Also the price for the safe you could consider.
Positive! No matter when a space by the pool searched,there were always enough chairs available. read more

The hotel has a good location. It is located on the border between Playa del Ingles and San Fernando. In Fernando one could shop cheap, because the native ones live. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and cooperative. Here you can feel really at home. For children is the whole day in the child animation catered for, so you really in peace by the pool beach chairs. The entertainment offers the whole day a program, so that it does not become boring one. Only in the disco should the entertainment with the music of the public orientation. Since ... the new director in the hotel is the food in selection and taste very has improved. I am a few time every year holiday there and i love it again and again. read more

Book definitely the renovated room, even if the a bit more expensive are, apart from that you have a very old and worn room count, for the ok. Is spend here beautiful day of vacation. Tip: the most rooms go to the pool out, this is but extremely treated to music, therefore is a room to the street %blank% quiet, however is here with and departing buses to be expected but not bother us, furthermore one has here from early until late sun on the balcony, in the winter very pleasant and a view to to the sea and Maspalomas. ... The cleaning lady unfortunately only superficially cleaned.
The team at the front desk was friendly fast and very helpful.
The restaurant is fast very fully, who was an early riser has an advantage also in the evening it is better at the start eat to go. The food is good and tasty, the coffee from the vending machine is nothing for coffee enthusiast. The beverage prices are moderate.
The staff are still decent friendly but fast.
For entertainment by the pool is well cared for, especially the all inclusive-tourist come here at their expense. If you quiet like to the pool behind the apartment building.
Very good: the hotel bus it provides free either to Playa to the beach or to Maspalomas.
Duration Playa about 25 minutes, Maspalomas 60 minutes
The shopping center Jumbo is only 10 minutes away by foot.
In short: with the above downsides is this hotel only recommended only with restrictions. read more

We had an apartment, in the closets was hardly any dishes or cutlery available, for a tip we received from the cleaning lady glasses.
Information about the hotel and the plants were not available, we had everything yourself, especially since we in the side building were accommodated.
For the food was sometimes wait because of the wealth announced. But limited acceptable.
The balcony was evenings only with ear plugs to use, because in the pool area every night from 20 to 23 o'clock the
So-called animation with always the same program blasting.
The wonderful beach is half an hour away ..., the shuttle bus goes unfortunately very early return.
The taxis are not expensive, but gladly detours. read more

The hotel is no 4 star hotel. The furniture in the double rooms are very worn. I was at first a room on the 1. floor, is the ground floor, are assigned. Opposite the room was a door to the outside on the side street, the just in case of an emergency should be open. This however the whole time open. Amongst others was the bed linen dirty, the tv didn't work perfectly and the bathtub missing a piece of the faucet. After my complaint at the front desk i received immediately a different room, this time on the 2 ... floor. This left but also to be desired. In the bathtub stranger hair was, as well as the hair dryer, the shelves in the closet were many places damaged, the remote control was so sticky and dirty, that one these only reluctantly touched. The cleaning of the rooms is very bad. Except, that the bed made and the towels (partly dirty) changed, was nothing more. The hair was still in the places, which i then removed. The hotel is very poorly soundproofed, so that its neighbors talking could hear. The room was the pool side, this is the entertainment very loud till about 23 hours. The breakfast buffet was, up to the partly started sausage and the lack of choice of rolls, ok. If you really the standard of a 4 star hotel, should your vacation stay in the Gran Canaria Princess or the lucana spend. The Barcelo margaritas isn't recommendable. read more

At night, around 01,15 was an unknown person in our room and went into the toilet. After a phone call at reception was a security guard sent. The person (a lost mrs) in your room accompanied. The technical service has only on the 7. day, (after i to the front desk went) the card reader on the door changed! The door remained the whole week open until we noticed that one without a map into the room can get. The lock behind the door (in the room) didn't work.
Food was.! I don't know like this hotel its ... 4 stars gewonnwn has! Barcelo? Never more! read more

We had been staying more than 20 years to this hotel and are very satisfied. However, it is for 2 years not possible the pool reasonable to swim, since it was too cold. (whereas the pool area completely renewed)
The entertainment is very bad and in the course of the years, i must say, the much savings. A shame! Disco to.
For us, it is however no reason not to margaritas to go. We feel so still very comfortable.
And honestly, it is about the food visted. Na with so much selection but something for everyone. I would nevertheless times ... with the complaints for the food over the shoulder. read more

Fantastic hotel - we will definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends. Not very keen on the buffet-style dining for breakfast and dinner, which is favoured on the island, so we dined at local bars and restaurants where the food was always excellent and the service superb. We strongly recommend the Yumbo Centre for shopping, entertainment, an ecclectic range of restaurants and bars, which are lively and atmospheric after dark. By the beach there are also many wonderful bars and restaurants offering dishes to suit most preferences. Roma restaurant and the Dali Restaurant were two of our ... favourites. read more

Despite 25 degrees in the december saves the hotel at of the airconditioning. The unrenovated double rooms are old, worn, facilities are partly broken and overall only stars standard. In the restaurant are the tables often dirty. I'm from will be charged only the Neptuno four stars. This saves not of the airconditioning, the double rooms are in accordance with the luxury, wifi is free of charge and the location to Yumbo is ideal. read more

The hotel consists of 2 buildings(main building and apartment house).
In two however, you can a/check out. The hotel is in good condition and the grounds very neat! You can all. Including/or half board. We had the half board (absolutely sufficient).
The guest structure mainly consists of german tourists and british, east europeans.
The cleanliness can really with very good. Unfortunately the entertainment quite noisy. Almost disturbing.
In the afternoon or from 21:00 until 23:00 o'clock one must even its tv in volume höherregeln, since despite the window was closed (we had the distant apartment room) to peace ... was!
Shame or just a little down?
However we 6 star otherwise it is really very good! read more

- the huge facilitities are but very well-kept and the rooms probably recently renovated
- guests mixed, from old to young (singles, single with children, families) from completely Europa, gay and hetero
- wi-fi is in the entire hotel against an extra charge (a day 7 Euro, a week 25 Euro) with good speed available
- all in all good value for money
- there the rooms all to the inner courtyard location it was in spite of the location ... very quiet, if you of the entertainment and the music by the pool refrains read more

The hotel is very large and also fine.
Unfortunately should (!) you a superior room or a superior suite upgrade, because the' normal' room ugly, and smell bad.
Yumbo center in circa 10 minutes away by foot very simple reachable.
