We wanted to with our two children (5 and 10 years) just 4 days skiing.
And the hotel is perfect for this excellent. Mornings over the street. Ski and from the chairlift! Great! Distance to the elevator about 2 minutes. Couldn't be better! No parking, no ski -bus, no taxi, no long ski wear -the location is perfect. Even the toilet you can get into the own room go \u263a.
And after the skiing raved the children in the evening a little in the water and we relaxed in the jacuzzi. The hotel, oh well. Was rather a bit unusual. ... The front desk is in a kind of barrack and only until 20:00 o'clock manned. The ladies there may sometimes a bit friendly his, tags or something does not exist.
The hotel consists of several bettenhäusern, but the rooms from the size, facilities and cleanliness completely reasonable are! The safe is free, in every house there is a room for keep the skis and a lounge.
To the restaurant you have, according to location the bettenhauses, a few meters walk. There are two meal times, there the restaurant not very big is. The food has tasty, only the selection of appetizers, desserts and fruit is somewhat poor. There is every day another soup, as well as 3 different main courses. But it tasted and one becomes full in any case also!
The ladies from the reception came to meet us much. We were allowed on the day of arrival right on the morning, the hotel parking use, although the rooms only starting from 2:00 p. m. were free. Therefore we could just day of arrival to the ski drive use. On the day of departure had to the rooms until 10:00 o'clock vacated. But also here we could further on the parking stay could also again skiing.
For a ski short break we would in any case go to this hotel again. The ideal location to the winter sports region and elevator offers only the hotel 'harmony club ', but you pay for the hotel much more!
For two weeks summer vacation we would probably another hotel choose (for example the horal), because the division of the hotel and the spatial separation of front desk, restaurant and rooms was a bit hard to get used to.
But we found it 4 days really great! read more

Beware! Considerable noise. Until the end of 2013 is exactly opposite the room corridor of the aqua park on a construction site a complex built. The construction partially also at night continued. We have therefore there is no relaxing time and are overtired again left.
The extremely unfriendly manager was only after long dispute and insulting insinuations is required, a discount to grant. Previously denied it, that it at all construction noises there (while a matschpfütze from the construction site were!) And demanded to prove recordings or lärmpegelmessungen required. (whilst settling the bill by the way watch out! You can ... per cent in different currencies still so or so reckon.) I rarely anywhere so shabby treated felt. Thanks. Not again.
Ps: the pool area is very suitable for kids and except during rush hour also a pleasant place. However standard of hygiene: fußpilzalarm! read more

The rooms are very simple however functional decorated. The hygiene is ok.
In spite of the modest ages of the hotel are already some 'wear' available for example: only poorly fixed doors, distorted holzfassadenplatten and so on
To eat the following is mentioned, we full-demands you should definitely not on fruits or salads. For the kids but class (fries, fried potatoes, pasta, ice cream, etc.) read more

A very nice stay for 10 days in spindlers mill.
Extremely child-friendly atmosphere and you in the immediate vicinity lots to discover. Summer - and Winterrodelbahn, Chair lifts, Kletterparks, cable cars and beautiful hiking and cycling you can discover and for little money!

after 18 years we have because of only 180 kilometer prior to the winter sports region and the hotel with bathroom selected. Soon we but again 700 kilometer and have the same price for hotel and ski pass and better value for 250 kilometer-serviced slopes (Wilder Kaiser Austria). We will employees of the hotel in the aqua park, mainly the front desk no work more, since we never felt have, that we welcome are. Though perhaps one US German not more? read more

Overall it was a really nice vacation. The hotel was okay, the area very nice. Compromised when we, in our opinion, for the capacity of the hotel beds unterdimensonierten restaurant. In the morning and in the evening was the tables on the matter, especially, if you are with a group and with small kids wanted to eat. It was felt four children's high chairs in the restaurant! Dinner and breakfast started with a line in front of the restaurant. The staff, the rest a smile on their face stand, the doors lock on. The squares, finished, the matter. See if ... you get a table first. But the evening meal was quite delicious. The selection at the breakfast buffet, there is room for improvement. However, had to be clear for such a low price, that one must make reductions. We are, after all, and with a friendly family could spend a few days. Gladly again! read more

'hotel' is the wrong name. Night possibility it is better, since nine houses are. Since it was already not lobby or similar is, should be the room at least seat possibilities for the guests give. We were for the fifth time in the aqua park. This time we were on holiday there. It was quite good. In the hotel there were no Russians, however, some German tourists so, than what they would be. Due to the many tourists it was dinner at the regular lines. We were two families with eight people and were lucky enough to get, at every meal a large table. But there are also several couples, they also occupied a large table and always on request, the rest of the seats reserved. At this point the staff would intervene helping. Nevertheless ... we are coming again. PS: destinations in spindermühle: bus ride in the national park, with the elevator on the Medvedin, hiking in the elbetal, summer toboggan run, climbing. The real attraction was the aquapark! There is an indoor pool with three slides, and two SpA tubs. The food was good! To complain about is, for breakfast leftovers from dinner on the floor. In case of extension of the holiday is the hotel management was very satisfactory and is not in a position, to make an attractive offer. For excursions are highly recommended as the source of the Elbe, the schneekoppe and the summer toboggan run.

The hotel is because of the northern local exit, directly at a main street. This does not represent however no problem, since only adjacents resident/adjoining owners drive past at the hotel, to transit traffic does not take place. The exterior installations make a clean and maintained impression. Check into taken place fast and without delay, the staff spoke well German. The room was rather too small for 2 adults and 2 infants. Owing to the good weather we were there however only for sleeping. The built-in cabinet is likewise clearly too small, so that we had to partly live from ... the suit-case. In the room there is a mini refrigerator and a sow TV with German programs. The bath was clean and correct and offered to us sufficiently place. One eats in the internal restaurant, during our stay in two before fixed passages. The restaurant worked small, was however sufficient due to the only partial allocation of the hotel. The meal was varied and tasted. There was each evening at least two different to meat places, in addition fries, salt potatoes, noodles or rice. From advantage the beverage coupon of ITS (each person, also the children proves get a free beverage per evening!!! ), is thus no money necessary. The experience bath can visit each hotel visitor 1x per day so long it wants. Straight ones for children are the different slides and basin a giant fun. The bath is smaller than German leisure time swimming pools, but it is clean and free. In the environment of the hotel one can spend in appropriate weather all day long: Aerial ropeway, moving ways, Sommerrodelbahn, climbing forest, Fun park etc. result: We had a beautiful 5-Tage-Familienurlaub for small money. We were very pleased with the hotel - but we did have a week of sunshine. We enjoyed every day the aqua park with sauna (included in the travel costs). For children should take you a swimming goggles, as the water was very chlorinated. We were happy with the food, only the meal times were to get used to - but after 2 days you could come to terms with it. The staff was very friendly and there for breakfast there were several sausage and cheese. For dinner, there were different types of warm meals with a free drink. read more

For the price we paid was absolutely okay and definitely recommendable. The big plus is the complex. Daily entrance included in the price. For our children a dream. Room was functional and clean. There is almost nothing to complain about. Towel change daily (at least the offer) I would like. In the winter I problematic here before, things to dry. No closets for clothes, we are left in the bag. The restaurant is already a catastrophe. The staff is predominantly listlessly and indifferent. Example traces remain on the floor or the buffet beach chairs. It was while guests are still ... here, because the staff wanted with closure of the restaurant also workers. Organization of the meal times worked hard. The food is typical Czech, but it is okay, because you are in the Czech Republic is! At night there was always hot food. read more

At first we were somewhat irresolute whether we should go in this hotel but in retrospect the best decision. For this price/performance ratio simply can't be beat. The room size and in excellent condition. The food was just great, you have the choice of some dishes always tasted great and you could as often as you wanted. A drink was included in the price. The was great except the water could have been a little warmer. If we return to spindlermühle go into this hotel. Wonderfully located for hiking and nature lovers. And absolutely family friendly. Great tour opportunities in ... the immediate vicinity. The ráj should be visited in core creek just wonderful. read more

Pool plant is okay, 3 slides, 2 of Whirlpool… But swim to less suitably. Solarium does not give it any longer and to massage only with advance notification. With each day the same 1 a sort sausage, 2 sorts cheese, passed me the breakfast fast. Also the breakfast times are habituation needy… If one has pitch and in the wrong house lives, breakfast is from 7.30 to 8,30. Thus rather mass treatment. It is out-vibrated and sucked beds, but not deseamed (bath etc.) also dirty glasses stopped simply. Towel changes once the week, if one thus only ... 1 week there is, one has pitch. Equipment of the rooms rather meagerly…. Actually only televisions and small refrigerator, which we made due to its humming however out. My result: Super beautiful area, great moved, but I do not recommend the hotel. read more

You can recommend this hotel for a short break, very suitable for young people. With dog possible in the low season. There are many restaurants and you can eat out good and reasonably priced. read more

Very good hiking possibilities, good extensive hiking trails for handicapped, room for two persons sufficiently and in a good clean condition. Food and drink was good and sufficient, a five stars restaurant.
There are good opportunities for day trips (inquire at the front desk), for example, Prague, schneekoppe etc.
Great is the daily free outdoor use including a sauna.
