Typical gescäftshotel... Last time it is but unfortunately clearly worse (defects in the sauna area, general cleanliness). Probably too many tour groups. Otherwise location etc. Is ok. Also the price is for berlin standards alright. read more

Once, but never again. Rent a parking space in our underground car park, since it is a public parking garage is, and therefore the parking garage constantly occupied. It is also the hotel management seemed to be designed more any debris or old/new baths, in the garage to store.
Has in the morning at the breakfast buffet no friendly head waiter. Best not to address.

We were very satisfied. Great hotel for a multiple day city tour in Berlin. Centrally located, all sights easy to reach.
Suggestion: the"bar for the evening sundowner"should a nichtraucherbereich have!
What are the issues sport, recreation and pool? The offers did not give it and are for a city hotel was also not necessary. read more

Breakfast in the greater-breakfast area, as the breakfast area in presdintel club still was being remodeled.
In short:
The breakfast buffet was more decorative items, so it probably more appears, as really food offered.
On the buffet there was no 'of high quality' food, so you could for example 'schnittfestes water' tomatoes, instead of cocktail, fruit salad from the next to, instead of freshly prepared fruit, no fetakäse, no mozzarella, little the offer for 'warmen' food, like for instance mediterranean vegetables etc. Find.
Perhaps the ' frühstücksleiter', in other 4 stars hotels look elsewhere, a further range of dining to ... receive.

To longer break (before 41 times stayed there) i the hotel again and again annoyed over such a bad breakfast (13,50 Euro) there are in Berlin no baker the decent rolls and baking bread can? As well as in other hotels prebaked bakery items the tasted as nothing. read more

Friendly and always hard-working staff.
The breakfast in presidentel club (5. floor ) however, is bad. Ordered scrambled eggs time much too long (about 15 minutes). Partly guests sent away again, because no more space was available. The buffet was partly 'empty vacated' and the diversity of for example scrambled eggs was also much too long - the scrambled eggs were used up, guests then the service staff member stressed. This is then the küchenhilfe, but only about 5 minutes later, told, that the scrambled eggs need to be replenished. This nodded then only, but with other empty plates left. ... Only after further about 3 minutes he came with empty hands, to the empty rühreierschüssel to get. When the scrambled eggs finally refilled, cut then my knowledge, since i then no more time had to wait.
Altogether i can say, that the whole frühstücksprozedere on the 5. floor (time apart from the view) very unsatisfactory. read more

I have stayed for less money more comfortable. Not even a hint of 'luxury'.
The cleanliness was not the best (window frames and handles were partly. Really black with dirt, hairs in the bath on the door, on the shower.). It was a non-smoking room, smelled however extremely after cold smoke as I for the first time entered. Thus was the first night very loud, because I the windows open and the hotel direct on a big main road and my room to the street was. Than 'service' there was a shower cap and a soap dispenser in the ... shower. Additionally the bedside lamp and in the bathroom it was in the dryed cover the outlet against. When I at the front desk mentioned, I only got a 'thank you very much' to hear.
It could for 3 days bearable, but for my next stay in Berlin I will definitely another hotel choose. I was because of a seminary in Berlin, and all participants raved about from their comfortable hotels and had less for the rooms paid when I. read more

Nice hotel for a city trip super binding to U1 and U2 Wittenbergerplatz, not far to the shopping in the KDWE and the Kurfürstendamm, simply super, we will be back. We are already real Berlin-Connoisseur and again and again somewhat new to explore Berlin- Kreuzberg definitely prestige and Potsdam. read more
