A good clean hotel with very friendly staff (all english speaking), in the southern center from Helsinki. The rooms were relatively decorated up to date and not run-down. For breakfast there was a decent selection, on good. I would book this hotel again. Ps : the sauna on the 9. floor and the small terrace on the roof are a visit duty! read more

A really promising hotel directly at the einkaufspasagen with an excellent traffic connection( metro, tram, bus and train, even siljalineist on foot erreichnar ), all sights are quickly reachable in the area. I have to work much me and could until 21:00 o'clock shoppn. The bar is in the evening also suitable to chat. Moderate finnish price to good quality
I am sunday night arrived and was very friendly greeted and briefed (English knowledge are necessary-German was only very rarely apply ), the room was big enough and always nice and warm, daily thorough cleaning. The breakfast was great ... sufficient and varied, fresh fruits was always available. I really liked it, very good for people on business trip like me suitably, but I can definitely for a weekend stay be recommended. I will give it my next stay again use. read more

After we in tallinn (Estonia) the half-marathon successfully had completed, we drove with a ferry to a städteerkundung to Helsinki. After about two hour trip we reached the harbor from Helsinki and then with the taxi to the hotel. Our hotel sokos was in the kluuvikatu street, in the middle of town. We were at the front desk friendly and our room accompanied.
The room was for the getaway (2 nights) sufficiently equipped. Work desk, tv and mini bar (for a fee), as well as wardrobe with ironing board were additionally available. (see pictures)
The bathroom with a bath was ..., however, quite small.
We booked the hotel with breakfast. The breakfast buffet was in the very rustical restaurant built and offered a very rich offer. (see pictures)
Unfortunately, we had no time in the ' saunaland Finland' the sauna to test.
Due to the central location we had a good connection to the traffic to S-Bahn or to the taxi rank. read more

Nice hotel close to the train station and the Senate square, shopping street, as well as the market. On arrival I was asked, if I a quiet room want to have, as well as the data for the free access to the internet. The elevator only works with the room card. Breakfast is adequate and a good choice. Room is for a Stadtereisehotel right spacious been. TV unfortunately had only RTL as a television program. In the bathroom there is a heated floors and walk-in shower, what after a strenuous day indeed was pleasant!

this hotel is located in the city center in the middle of the Fußsgängerzone, parking spaces at the hotel there was no choice you have to parking somewhere in the lateral roads search and your luggage to the hotel, a possibility for parking in a parking garage but it costs 22 euros for 24 o'clock per day. Expensive! The room is small as well as the bathroom, Flooring was on my spray not cleaned. Internet is for free and the breakfast is good& varied, restaurants and options for shopping there are everywhere, sights are easy to reach from here. But ... for 141 euros per night there is certainly something there other and better. read more

The hotel is extremely Central, and in my opinion it is good middle class. I booked this hotel as a four star, the standard is it in my opinion didn't really meet that standard. But it was definitely a good choice! Small drawback for breakfast. Here there was chaos in the morning in the form of mass processing. That is of course also the cleanliness noticeable. The choice is for me about three star quality. But the whole staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortably equipped. The location is perfect for a city break. read more

The hotel convinced through its excellent location. From the main station (airport bus) are just a short walk away and the centre of Helsinki is close by as well. We were lucky with our room, it was a handicapped room and very large. Rooms newly renovated and attractive. Only the breakfast was a little disappointing. We arrived very late in the evening, as our flight was delayed and were therefore again until quite late-were about 30 minutes before the end of breakfast in the breakfast room. There were no clean tables and the buffet was already pretty empty. The staff ... seemed demotivated and more rude. As we again drove to this day (with the ferry to Stockholm) I sadly can't say, as it is, is if you need to check in early. Regardless of the hotel itself is due to the location for a short stay in any case recommendable. read more

New Year's eve as we wanted to celebrate out, we decided to visit Helsinki. At the choice of it was important to us, that the hotel möglischts us in central train station is nearby. This is true of the Sokos. The tram stop is 50 meters from the hotel and the train station 3 stops away. Senate Square and harbor was good and in a short time within walking distance. Numerous shops were in near, as well as night clubs and a McDonalts. Breakfast is served in the adjacent restaurant. This was with a fireplace. The furnishings were also not ... chemically defined, so the atmosphere was more pleasant than in a hotel at the very on luxury attention was paid to detail. I felt very as "luxury" for the Sokos didn't work. I would consider it more of a comfortable describe. The only fault were that the bathroom was very small ( for 4 but adequate) and on the quite a bit stinky. We have also made the heating not. Nevertheless, I would book the hotel again any time, as I didn't bother us had those things, and I prefer a central hotel than a sterile. read more
