Small simple hotel, although the furnishing have already gotten very old is, everything is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The rooms are not very big but sufficient. The ventilation in the summer I hard, since only small window the flaps are there. The noise from the street one hardly hears, as most window to the inner courtyard are. The breakfast was very good. There was something for every taste. We stayed in four star hotels already worse breakfast. Evenings there is a small map in the evening. The dinner was very lovingly arranged and very tasty. read more

We are repeat offender, also the 2. visit everything was informal and comfortable.
We find small family farms have that certain something.
It was nice to us cared, the breakfast was very tasty and rich.
The fresh sheet cake in the afternoon we were always brought to your beach chair. Nice service.

We had a pleasant weekend with very nice on.
It was, as if you have long knows.
The welcome by the boss and the abandonment of the 'Wanderkönigin' were very welcoming.
The service/ cleaning staff I can only recommend they are very friendly, efficient and helpful; simply nice.
The breakfast varied and delicious. I got on request coffeinfreien coffee, thank you!
The map in the evening is sufficient and there is something for everyone. Highly recommendable the ' Hamburg Pointe Saint-Mathieu'.
The hotel lies on a very traveled street, but not too disruptive as the most rooms at the back ... and very silent are.
All in all a clean, nice, small hotel with familienären character;
Unless you are looking for something to complain about or is only 4 star hotels and above used.

We had 2 nights booked and wanted something relax from the stress of everyday life. It is very old fashioned decorated the odor throughout the hotel is not pleasant! So, clearly a minus point. The rooms okay, nothing special the bathroom in good condition clean bright (probably newly renovated) the garden and the related sauna we can't recommend! The garden run down and the sauna' building ancient) the dementschprechende odor was unfortunately also with us and can't understand how you can offer!
We have our stay also voluntarily canceled. My bed sheet was not spotless which I much, a great ... shame found at least with cleanliness one can Excel. The service and the friendliness during the check in were very good and very friendly. Despite a very late arrival. My review at the hotel I have for the return trip said but also not dwell on it received. All together I can the hotel for something more demanding people are not recommend, because unfortunately the modernity completely missing. read more

We (2 adults + 2 children 8 + 9 years old) stayed for 2 nights for a weekend in the hotel Autel in Bad Harzburg.
we have in the hotel we felt completely comfortable. The staff were very child-friendly.
we stayed in peat House in the snow, the ice-skating rink used, were in Goslar for strolling and mine Rammelsberg. Everything was by car easy to reach. In the breaks the children the pool was enjoyed.
the spacious room was a pleasant the place to stay. Breakfast was for the whole family something for everyone.
evenings it was sauna a beautiful ... Daily Closing. All in all we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. read more

It was a very more spontaneous short break in the Harz.
we were looking for a beautiful hotel with pool and sauna and of the hotel resin Autel, since it on the next day los should we called short hand in the hotel where a very nice the journey to the next day confirmed.
at our arrival we were very nice and friendly welcome.
the rooms are not very large however therefor nice decorated and very clean, the atmosphere and the furnishings in the sauna before dining cleanliness and comfort.
the rich breakfast left nothing to be desired and was ... by the friendliness of the staff a real treat.
all together we would like to say quite warm for this wonderful short break thank for you, and hope that we will soon be able to see, because such a hotel like this one does not find everywhere!

Because the Hotel is on a very busy road, but the rooms are all to the inner courtyard, it is to sleep. We haffen one on the ground floor with a new bathroom with large shower. Very well and also enough possibilities to counter. Unfortunately, there was no make-up mirror, but with three St. Probably okay. The sauna is very small, but it is! The Zimmergr we found by the living area as well. The garden was found to be an absolute plus. The breakfast was very good. The furniture of the hotel has the charm of yesteryear, but in good condition. Our room, number 32, had a renovated bathroom, a bedroom with a small living room furniture and pine trees with a flat-screen tv. The rooms are clairaudient. Quiet location directly on a very busy road with lorries, next to a gas station. The staff is friendly and helpful, special requests are met. In a public car park in about 300m are plenty of parking available. The breakfast is plentiful and very tasty. read more
