Hotel is okay. For breakfast there was always the same sausage, cheese, Ham (why no Spanish ham, cheese or salami)? The bread tasted day-old, the fried eggs were always cold. read more

Who a relaxed vacation want, is right at home here. But also who go on excursions wants, come at its expense - bus station on the doorstep. Beach not crowded and very relaxing, as no tourist hullabaloo prevails. Snorkeling this shows good. Next larger village - Porto Colom - really wonderful and idyllic. The food was every time lovely, also as a vegetarian you will find something to eat and who his evenings with entertainment drink wants, the can, animation at 6 days in the week. Very good and beautiful hotel! read more

A lovely hotel for quiet vacation. The Meal time in the restaurant was very late, one had for a long time before the door. Perhaps they should 2 dinner Times Setup. For older people it would anyway better, board to take. Apart from that we recovered good and nothing more to criticize. read more

The hotel is very large and has 7 floors. The state of the hotel is good and the hotel clean and neat. We were 11 days and full board. The guests came too many from France and Italy. The complex is extensive. There was a court on the tennis play or afternoon for the entertainment ( soccer) used. There are 2 different pool areas. In the round pools is also water-aerobics are offered and it is noisy as on the 2. Complex, the side at the hotel is. read more

    The double room was small. In the room there was a tv, a small fridge, telephone, safe and air conditioning. A balcony we had there. The room was clean, the furnishing functional.

    As already mentioned above we had full board and came with the expectation, that we 'only' the food received. We were the more surprised, that we during dinner times us with water and wine use. This was included in the price. There was a large dining room for the entire guests. So it happened that one brief at the buffet line up had. This was however not tragic. It was very well cooked and you could always find something tasty. There was salad buffet, soup, dinner buffet and dessert buffet. We felt evenings always a bananensplitt created-delicious. The point again a praise goes to the whole service-team.

    The staff were very friendly and entering the dining hall you were also for free tables accompanied. The staff speaks German. The cleaning of the rooms was done well. Doctor was as far as we know by the hour in the hotel ( we didn't need it). There is also child care and animation, the were not pushy. Complaints in our opinion there was no.

    The bay cala marsal was really lovely. The water is clear and you can find some meters in the finest sand into the water go. You can loungers and umbrella rent (2 ls and umbrella 12,00 Euro). A small beach bar is also available. At the beach were also showers. In the hotel is a small fitness room and sauna, but was not used by us. Internet is only in the hotel lobby possible.

    The hotel is about 200 meters from the wonderful cala marsal way and is very quickly the hotel complex to reach. From the airport in Palma to the hotel we are about 1 hour by bus on the way, but we were the first, the hotel were brought. There are shops. Nearby are smaller shops in which one to buy can. Somewhat further away is a bigger supermarket, you on foot after about 1 kilometer also good. We have from the hotel also some excursions with the rented car made. Cars you can in the hotel or nearby rent. We have it car Barcelo rented and were very satisfied.

    If you only for swimming there is and soak up the sun, it is completely ok, If you however more of the island want to see it would be better to rent a car, We have done and what great, really impressed us. However it has close to the hotel lots of restaurants, small shops, Supermarket...! The beach is very near... The water beautiful, clear and not too cold, As also very clean, however a rigener umbrella is appropriate since 2 loungers and 1 umbrella Per day 12 €costs.

If one large hotel complexes definitely recommendable. Outdoor area already getting old however restaurant, bars, lounges, everything very Nobel and clean. Service in the restaurant very good, always had a fresh set table. The food was great and diverse. Entertainers very pleasant. Location bay only a street. ( ideal). On foot, with backpack, lunch box and good Tevalsandalen you can wonderful the coast along March and nice Bays, if you're lucky, you except individual Hikers who just refresh alone. Really great! Bikes you can in the hotel check-out counters. 10.Euro per day. So you can take the wheel the ... Bay SA nau and Mitjana drive. So, this hotel has in any case in Portocolom the best location for swimming and hiking we have many, paths to the beach too far. Unfortunately on foot times fast to old Portocolom too far. Behind the hotel drives regular buses way. So also no problem. read more

After 25 years the first holiday for me, I am pleased. Prior we had in management planned, because the hotel directly at the Final stop of the bus is, has everything worked well. Particular emphasis should be on the rapid check in and-out and the many fish in the bay. Only drawback: in the room-balcony and in the café there was always 1 time ants. read more

Everything okay, stay was very good, food-super! Many national food - delicious! However transfer ( to the hotel) was very long about 2 St.10 minutes in the uncomfortable bus. Beach is very nice (fine sand). read more

    The room was for 2 persons pleasantly large. Room amenities: air conditioning, big closet, safe ( for a fee), balcony, tv, fridge, bath with a bath. The condition the room and the bathroom were clean and in a really good, well maintained condition.

    The food was very diverse and of magnificent quality - we had full board. Evenings there were unfortunately again and again waiting times in front of the dining room. This should from the hotel be better organized. Food: Always lots of different fresh dishes: very delicious salads, fish- and meat dishes, vegetables, rice, potatoes, Paella, cakes, desserts, fresh fruits, Drinks: For dinner there was all inclusive a bottle of wine and a Krug water - since we not drink the wine, we found it unfortunately, that this no alternative -no juice or lemonade or similar And one small downside for breakfast: the 'coffee' and the 'juice' in the restaurant was unfortunately only ' machine -quality'. Bar: At the bar there all possible alcoholic beverages. We here however only now and then a good espresso in/out privileges.

    The hotel lies between Porto Colom and the suburb cala marsal, behind the hotel only fields, no neighboring hotels, clubs, therefore evenings/ at night really quiet. Really short on foot to the wonderful sand -beach ( approximately 150 meters) in the bay of cala marsal. It is beautifully flat into the water, is then but also deep enough be able to swim over well... You can but also over the cliff neighboring beaches hiking ( very nice hikes!). Shops and restaurants/ cafes in about 10 to 15 minutes distance. For excursions in the immediate area we have bicycles in the hotel rented. Otherwise we have in Porto Colom motorbike rentals. The mopeds were unfortunately quite ' runtergeritten ', but we nevertheless for example to the Cap de Formentor and to sa calobra dangers - very recommendable excursions to the wonderful scenery Mallorca to experience!

    The rooms were very badly cleaned. In the dining room hardly service. At the bar had the staff not any idea and drinks you had to yourself. At the front desk you had to luck have respectively a friendly employee to get, otherwise one was quickly and moderately friendly processed.

We stayed this year to 5. club cala marsal... That speaks for itself. :-O Also, that we lots of regular guests the last years again met (from the various countries). We felt again completely comfortable and well pampered! Merely the outside area ( especially around the pool) could new bodenanstrich and the in the room ownership bathroom could use some work. Apart from that the whole complex great maintained and cleaned. We are looking forward to the next year:-O read more

The staff were always friendly and helpful. Approximately 200 meters you have to the bay Cala Marcal. Peacefully located hotel, for couples or families great. We arrived very early in the morning in the hotel and they will be charged for breakfast. Our room on the 7th floor was very clean and offered us a great view of the sea. On the day of departure we were at: o'clock and, although we until o'clock our room rooms had we got after the closing visit to the beach impeccably a room the showers and move made available. Once and never again. Staff were extremely unfriendly and not very helpful. The food was almost always the same and has no taste. Room in terms of size okay, however mattresses were very old and worn out and it has partially moldy in the room. read more
