Wonderful vacation because I recommend it will, every day there was new different dishes, the cleaning crew is constantly clean. Hotel room was very big, ok one two small eyesores in the room but since one can confidently through way see. The anemationsteam has every day from the morning until the evening great atmosphere widespread, every hour, they have since vacations new games! Our summary the reports we are inside, no only is true. We will definitely the next years spend another vacation there. read more

The dining room and the pool bar were of hygienic an impertinence. In the field of drinks station in the dining room prevailed always chaos, the staff were only for clearing of the tables since, for so lots of people in the hotel there was in the dining room not enough staff and no leadership. Same goes for the pool bar, from cleanliness nothing was to be felt. Ground and tables stuck.
One must show evenly a blind eye. The pool, the weather, the beach and the area these circumstances compensated. The hotel in our opinion so only partially recommendable. read more

Bad service, lack of cleanliness, worn things.
We have a night stayed in this hotel, then the hotel changed.
The rooms were schnmutzig, and worn.
The staff unfriendly, the food an impertinence.
All inclusive meant, that you had to wait until everything was toppled, which partly up to hours could. read more

The hotel is quite big, 6 floors – but only one elevator works! My friend and me got a room on the first floor, above the reception. When we were using the shower the pipes were leaking and flooding the reception, so they asked us not to use the shower! We waited 2 days for a change of rooms and had to constantly remind the receptionist about it, he didn’t care! After a few days we had a problem with hotel towels, the cleaning lady took them and didn’t leave any new. At the reception they said we lost them ... and they made us pay 40 euro for them or they wouldn’t give our passports back! Seems impossible? It’s just the start! read more

At the beginning skeptical. We read the reviews. Very surprised after arrival. Nice welcome. Great large room with pool view in the fifth floor. Service in the restaurant and bar were very polite and friendly. At the reception German was spoken. The room was clean. Food was typical for the country. There were two beautiful weeks. read more

We were with 4 girls since, and we the vacation loved it. The hotel is from the rooms forth, well equipped. The showers are so big, to 5, would have showers can go. The service was every day and everything thoroughly cleaned and also things again properly and even the ashtray emptied xd. The beds were every day freshly made and the size of the room is' abnormally large ' so we could loosely with 7 people in the room drink-) we had the balcony luckily in sight of the pool, it was every day even amusing, the people ... by the pool to beobachtenm, because some really only mist in the head had. The staff were every day tried hard, everything to make. The hotel owns a private kiosk, was very advantageous for us was, since we only half board had booked. However in Bulgaria enough also perfectly breakfast, there the food not in our Interest and some really Schmeiße tasted. The selection was also nothing special large, but the dining room was always clean. If you are looking for the disco came home, you could be noisy, and it was no one is complaining, so as mentioned to party, great hotel:-) read more

Never again in this hotel! We only ended up there, because our hotel, which we had booked six months ago, was overbooked? The hotel is not suitable for children. It is very noisy during the night between two and six o'clock and the hotel staff took care of that at all!
In the area would love to come back again and again, a large detour around the hotel!

With 43 years too old for this hotel. There were very many young people all day and all night parties partying. So there is no alcoholic mixed drinks at the bar, because the pool was empty. Tanked, the partying young people on the balcony into the night away. A lot of fun with the night's sleep. If older guests were there, there were mostly polish or Russians. The hotel as they were five stars hotel's offers. I give it two stars of the hotel Kalina garden and nothing more. The cleaning lady of our (rooms kept clean has), is the ... worst restaurant I've ever had in a hotel. When we got our room were hairs and crumbs on the floor (carpets). They were still on the floor after two weeks. The same was on the flushing to see. Friendliness know the bulgaren does not. Tour operators and where is it? read more

Food is very mangellhaft , tasted. not many things more inedible.
I would take no all inclusive in the hotel in the surrounding restaurants eat.
Room are totally OK. are only minor defects such as, for example, it is no remote control for the TV,

June 2011 were in there, not to recommend the hotel. Room are OK. The food was found inedible, each day the same. Tables were dirty. Waiters cleared the food just your table. all inclusive not good, on bracelets is not respected, tourists with other colors avail oneself also just at all and no one pays on it. Poor service, hardly anyone can understand German or not as an aside. Would never go to this hotel again

The hotel is in need of a renovation. Elevators, pool and "kids club" more than poor. The elevators in the hotel are not enough for the quantity of guests, as it's usually 2 of 3 lifts out of order. Also the umbrellas as well as the pool chairs at the pool in a very good condition (not really use updating). The staff is friendly and nice (not like many reviews posted). You should than vacationers polite and nice across the street from the staff. We had no problems at all - even without a tip. The rooms were clean and ... tidy. The towels were changed every day. The drinks at the all-inclusive bar were ok. Here the staff was also nice and friendly. All in all the holiday was ok. You should see here we got the value for money. What we now in the summer holiday for all inclusive paid (Euro 700,00 for 2 weeks) is perfectly acceptable. The most negative thing in this holiday was the food. Breakfast was alright, lunch one evening, but absolutely awful. From 1100pm was quiet in the hotel, we had no complaints. So the most of the negative reviews here in the network, are very high. Most guests came from Italy, Israel and Eastern Europe. Less Dutch, German and English. read more

The first day of my trip was enough to this hotel reviews effect.
We arrived at 8 August early at eleven and are not even in the hotel. We were often pointed out that the 'check-in' for my hotel room was only 14 hours, as I had the audacity to ask if I at least my 'all in' small band was told me I needed to get to but I could wait 14,30 me my food or completely understandable in 38 degree buy my coke. Although I did not had booked half a day ☺ the people had making ... sure that we also missed the lunch, until 2:30 P. M. So that was the first day.
to further the hotel is quite old and worn out except for the pool (the was totally dirty, because there is no shower.) but everything was clean and the hotel room was cleaned properly.
The bar at the pool was more or less a calling room to put behind the counter cable installations and hoses.
finally, you have to say the except for the language and communication was the staff friendly and nice if you have a few cents in the tip box threw the bellhops. read more

At first glance everything was quite nice. However, you should really look carefully. We arrived at the hotel at 9 in the morning, but could not have breakfast, as we could check in until 2PM. The first room we had was moldy on a wall. The second room had a connecting door to the next room, which was not completed. There was also a TV on each side of the door of the hotel, which was very lärmbelastend as our neighbors seem very noisy watch TV all night. read more

Even the hoteltester by Vox was there and also had a lot of the hotel. The food and drinks are lower level. In all the corners and edges there is partly broken in the hotel, where you could get hurt. The palm middle of the pool is a dry Mace, had been there for years apparently dried up. At the reception, one have to be patient and try not to use the elevators, otherwise you could just a few hours spend his holiday in the elevator. The rooms are not clean and not cleaned whether you tip or not :( read more
