We had with friends on your own one week in Porto Angeli booked. In the easter vacations there is still no bath temperatures, but you could also for extensive excursions. At the airport we had a rental car and are rented the good 40 kilometer to Hotel Porto angeli dangers. In the hotel we are totally hospitable welcome and check-in was smooth. It was good english spoken. Of course there were not yet so lots of guests there, which we but also found very good. The hotel is divided, in a main building and several bungalows in a landscaped garden ..., only by a street (hardly cars!) From the beach separately. Our room was very clean and nice and had a good facilities. Tv, safe, and hair dryer, everything was there, which one needed. Despite off-season, there were in the cleaning no restrictions, (we have already experienced differently). The staff was always nice and friendly. The food was for our taste absolutely delicious. Freshly prepared and it was for cleanliness at the table respected. By car, we have, of course, many excursions to Rhodos and Lindos made, but also in the more immediate vicinity you can the area great to explore. A very nice hotel, which we certainly also times in the summer months would book. read more

We had the hotel spontaneously without travel agent and are very positively surprised %blank%. The Porto Angeli was located in the stegna bay Rhodos close to the small town of archangelos. The hotel was approximately 45 minutes away from the airport, thus already times no aircraft noise ☺ the hotel had a very bright and welcoming reception area, where we very pleasant greeted. Very positive we noticed, that the complete staff always friendly and in a good mood was. We were there over easter, so we had a very peaceful stay. The weather was usually around 18 to 20 °c ..., even sunny, cloudy, but very nice. Our hotel room was not super large, but it was clean and everything was very new. Was recently diagnosed renovated. And now to eat: also there, there are of us very good notes. There was ample selection and it has really good tasty. The dining room was bright and clean, you can from there right on the terrace out. Otherwise the hotel has all amenities, 2 pools on different levels, a children's swimming pool, pool bar and so on. Everything nicely laid out. The hotel is really great. Excursions: absolutely the historic part and port of Rhodos to watch or also worth seeing is the white city Lindos. Conclusion lovely hotel with great value for money. read more

With friends we have a Porto Angeli in the stegna bay booked. The hotel was very beautiful and partly renovated. You could in the main building, but also in the somewhat remote bungalows a room received. It was still not much going on, but nevertheless were all motivated and cares for the guests. Overall the hotel was very clean, we could definitely not find, what bothered us. The rooms were big enough and were clean. We had air conditioning (not yet in use), tv with two german channels, a fridge, telephone, safety deposit box for a fee. The bathroom was ... not so large, but for two adequate. in the dining room it was clean and tidy. Bright hall with high ceilings and a terrace. The food was enough choice and the dishes were delicious. Sometimes it could have been somewhat more be spiced can, but we could always add salt yourself. Otherwise it tasted good. Something about the location: to the beach one minute, (it was right at the waterfront), to the next town, archangelos about 4 kilometer (was for us not so interesting), directly along the bay, there were many shopping possibilities and taverns. Otherwise bus service to Rhodes-city (35 kilometer). Quite great and clean hotel to be recommended. Tip: use a rental car! read more

Facilities very well-kept and inviting. Service friendly and accommodating. At the end of the season you should however not anymore too much expect, as entertainers and service staff the end to the season start. On some offered details you must then unfortunately do. We had the first time Rhodos booked, and the Porto Angeli. The transfer was quite pleasant, since the distance from the airport was about 35 kilometer. the frontdesk was very friendly and everything was very professional from. A relaxed start of the vacation. The staff was very accommodating and decent to the guests, whereas the cleaning staff the room somewhat more silent (but nevertheless friendly) was, due to the language skills was. Otherwise some german and with english you always got along. The guests were different nationalities, whereas in our week lots of italians and austrians were there. Our room ... had a double bed with bodenfliesen, tv, with german channels, fridge, safe. Our bathroom had a bath with a shower curtain. Our room was functional and furnished nicely, every morning thoroughly cleaned. No trace of dirt. The food tasted good and there were alternating dishes. The location right by the sea and nice and quiet, all in all, the Porto Angeli really enjoyed, we could easily go so much positive things to say, but that would the scope. Conclusion: nice recommendable hotel. read more

We are as friends and traveling we really liked the hotel. The food was good. There was a lot of variation and something for everyone there. Unfortunately we could the show cooking not experience, as we the last occupation of the hotel in october were and some things for lack of guests are fancy. The positive thing it was however, that we the hotel almost just for us and had always and everywhere sufficient space and we never had to wait. One small downside was however the breakfast. So the wasn't so great. I am actually not very demanding. For ... me it was enough rolls and jam and a slice of cheese. But these jam could not one eat. Otherwise gave it to always fresh fruits and sausage and eggs and so on a greeting of us all, i want to again to our animation team Marco, Kathrin, Kathrin and jessi chic. You us well maintained and we had nice hours together worn. Keep up the good work! read more

We would come again! Beach very clean and in 1 minute walking distance. Enough sunbeds are available! The hotel is located in a small cosy bay with more sandy beach. It is the only hotel in the village! read more

To the end of the season was especially in the area of food the service and the diversity greatly reduced, that means no fresh preparation on the grill, reduced selection of food. Motto: it is worthwhile not anymore!

The entire complex is very clean and well kept. We had a the beautiful duplexes with private pool. Great. The room was cleaned daily. The cleaning lady had always a smile on the lips. What you from the bar staff definitely not can say. Very cool partly unfriendly. read more

We were in the last week of october, in the Porto Angeli on Rhodos. Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was not so full, so that perhaps not everything was offered. If it is, we didn't notice. There was food in buffet form, activities and evening entertainment. The service in the Hotel Porto angeli was great and the staff always super good mood. Mostly we could us very well in english converse. The hotel complex was well maintained and as far as we received was much renovated, it should now in the season 2013 much new. The swimming pool ... was nice and clean and you could on the upper, smaller pool more peace enjoy. Nice that you could choose, you have not always want to hustle and bustle. Our room every morning thoroughly cleaned and the furniture was neat. We had a wonderful view on the complex, as well as the sea. Also the food was delicious, we could, although my husband vegetarian, always enough food choice. The soft drinks with the meal tap were also okay. So the Porto Angeli we really convinced us. There were a lot of positive elements, that the place for not at all enough. All great. read more

The hotel itself we liked. We had a room with a pool at the top with a magnificent view of the sea. It was always in very clean condition. Nice hotel in the stegna bcucht on Rhodos. The hotel consists of several buildings and is almost directly at the beach. You just had to cross a hardly traveled street away. We had booked all inclusive. The guests were different age, many from Austria, Scandinavia and italian. read more

The very clean facilitities are in a hillside piracies offers all possibilities for relaxing days. Almost all buildings are or are for Z renovated.
In the property are 2 beautiful pools. On the top pool is it like everywhere very clean and very quiet ( no animation and music) in the center of the Porto Angeli is the larger pool with extra children's pool ( slide) here there is a lovely pool bar a mini market, massage( spa ) playground, child care. There are wheelchair-accessible paths whom in certain places quite steep! Dining room and entrance hall are housed in ... a larger building below the zimmeranlgen. Next to the reception in the entrance hall there are 3 computers for internet(0,5 hours= 2,5 Euro-1 hour = 4 €). The front has a bar for inside and outside developed. At the spacious dining room is a stufenterrasse with a great view over the sea and parts of the bay provide. On the breitgezogenen inner courtyard( many rental cars) you could quickly and easily the hotel's own, semi detached beach. By crossing a narrow street, rather way (little traffic) it was immediately on the sand, gravel rocky beach.
The audience in the Porto Angeli is very unterschiedich age and origin:
In the first week was the lion's share of Italian about 40% German with our neighbors from austria and s about 25% czechs, Poland, french, serbs, russians, Sweden, English, dutch descending in the order as you there. In the second week most italians disappeared (probably schulferienerienende )
And the proportion of German and czechs took clearly too! Like at the hotel so was under the guests no negative if! read more

The value for money fit not at all.
Are on a lot greek islands been, the stars so bad room cleaning, the cover of the toilet is fallen, attempted to fix it, was just on the first day, the cover next to the toilet put, there remained the whole 14 days. The soap dispenser in the bathtub was so black from dirt. The herpes on the next day left again.
in the dining room was the food so carelessly hingestell or arranged, we felt like in a cafeteria geühlt.
The waiters does not even during dinner times hello. We have ... it then also left!
Which was great the beach, and the water.
We saw a lot of the island seen and were often traveling food.
I know it better hotels as this is where the customer also gladly seen. When you consider that you the entire year on the vacation happy and he is not cheap!. Well then lots of fun read more

We've since 10 years in this hotel. Only was it the Calimera - group at. Despite change we felt really good. We will also next year spend another vacation there. We feel so comfortable there, the day of arrival, like coming home is. The staff are very friendly and with complaints immediately afterwards looked. Room to us 4,5 persons was good, 2 separate rooms, renovated, clean, no animals. Community pool rather too small, little spaces for sunbeds, daily fresh towels, all inclusive very good with good and rich food, varied. Fruit- and quarkangebot for breakfast could be a bit better. Mixed clientele ( German, Italian, Russian, a few french). Staff distant and tendentious rather moody and unfriendly. Fantastic beach, animation good and discreet, in maxi club from time to time a bit carelessly. read more

A very nice hotel complex in a small fishing village at the end a bay. Several building adapt to the slope at. Very beautifully green, clean and tidy. Pool areas and playground child-friendly. Strandhandtüchertausch upon request for 0.50 Euro. Canvas chairs at the beach and umbrella plentiful. The cleanliness in the beach area could be better. read more

The complex and the rooms were okay, also the room staff was friendly. To at the beach to get you had to a village road crossing. For the size of the area is the beach way too small. Were at the start too few loungers and sun screens available. Breakfast was all right however no variety. Also with the evening meal you miss a certain variety for example a theme night, all together the food was no three stars worth. To two days we only saw, that it in the afternoon also some pastry to the coffee was. Staff at ... the getränketheke right mürisch and partly even unfriendly.

If you are looking for a relaxing families-Bath vacation with (not intrusive ) animation offer in a beautiful environment with crystal-clear sea water in a hotel complex searches, in which you depending on your needs quiet or the more enjoyable areas finds, is right at home here repealed.
We had in any case all found: peace in our junior suite with private pool, children plentiful variety and program with the teen -animation and wonderful sea water.
A disadvantage when booking the junior suite is, that the upper part the hotel the slope-means: the way to/from to eat and beach is ... each with climbs to negotiate; basically not a problem, but at the high-summer temperatures a challenge.
Only unpleasant-but from the hotel probably not change-: during our stay in August 2012 there was daily temperatures nearby 40 degrees ( in the shade!) and in night as well the thermometer rarely clearly under 30 degrees.
Furthermore were the wasps a real problem; outside food was often unfortunately almost not possible, as we friends Wasps, as well as the African wasps the benefit spoiled.
The hotel was in 2011 renovated, as well as a providers carried out ( before Calmera, now alltoura). Our junior suite, as well as the from us used hotel areas and the beach were really reasonable. as well as the animation offer.
For the food and the drinks a bit more selection/ variety desirable; we stayed in the other 4-star -areas in Greece ( also about Alltours) already experienced differently.
Overall the hotel is however quite recommendable! read more
