the only problem is that it is an old building with stairs although i use a walking stick and managed no problem others like my mum who does have a problem walking at all stairs are a no no and a lift would be prefered by her so the advice would be next time stay there again ourselves no hesitation but book mum into a low floor hotel or with a lift read more
