Nice hotel and beautiful area for a few days.
For a longer stay I would have expected a room with a balcony requested ( is also available in the hotel!) , since we just a wall in front of the window had ( directly adjoining building).
Breakfast for Italian standards great! Half board would also have great been, there is but unfortunately not;-) read more

The state of the hotel is really nice! Outdoor area there are at the hotel no ( for example pool)
The average age is different, from about 20 to end 50.
Balcony there was only in one direction (see photo ) unfortunately we had no, the view from our room was another building.
Breakfast was good and plentiful, fresh fruits, types of sausage with cheese, delicious coffee and so on read more

Great hotel, can only recommend it. Was 3 years ago newly renovated. Beach is only a couple of steps away. My single room had but unfortunately no balcony. Wi-Fi there is free in the hotel. read more

The hotel lies relatively convenient to the extremely end of the beach from Sabbiadoro ( in the direction Pineta) and offers therefore for the area atypical peace. The beach at the for the hotel guests umbrella and loungers reserved is just a few strides away. On the way there you two small shops past, the sell everything, which one for a stay at the beach needs. The town of Sabbiadoro, depending on the speed without large effort in 10 to 15 minutes reach. One paid the peace and quiet so not with the need for motorized transport.
The building was ... before not too long time vollstämdig renovated and makes a good impression. The Walls the room are unfortunately somewhat thin and so it can happen, that you are coming back at night from hit doors or loud conversations from the sleep is. The lobby is relatively modern decor and somewhat bald. This also applies to the dining room and the rooms to. You see, that effort has the renovation as cheaply as possible over the stage to bring. For a beach vacation is the furnishings in any case more than adequate.
The cleanliness was during our stay as well as the willingness to help of the staff in any case immaculate. The breakfast has our expectations measured at the category of the hotel even surpassed.

Definitely recommendable. Yet a few Pros and Cons
And very friendly staff, spoke very good German.
and great fresh fruit salad for breakfast. Breakfast to 12!
And very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, beautiful color scheme.
+ 1 minute away from the beach
And safe and mini bar in the room.
And free bike rent.
Very badly soundproofed, small rooms.
- parking is good 5-minute walk away from the hotel ( however therefor free and there is the possibility briefly directly in front of the hotel parking )
- in the internet state, that the beverages in the minibar free ... would be, on the ground, then, did they but what cost.
- the mini bar was broken and could not be fixed (but the staff made possible ourselves food and drinks in the refrigerator of the kitchen to store ) read more

All great! Smart modern hotel. Super proximity to the beach! Class breakfast until 12 o'clock! Very nice, warm and accommodating staff!; rooms with (small) flatscreen -tv and air conditioning. Safe, Canvas chairs at the beach and umbrella and bike rent free of charge! read more

We booked this year our holiday in Italy spontaneously spent.
Via the Internet we used the hotel Trieste mare in Lignano found, I immediately was very impressed. After checking all the reviews were also booked.
I was so impressed by holiday this year. The book was extremely competent and had contact with the hotel was great. The very young staff speaks wonderful English.
In front of the hotel there is a parking lot on which the vehicle for the loading and unloading store. The parking lot is about 3-4 minutes walk away with barriers and secure. So not really an ... issue-that was the only point that we made some concern.
The beach is located 2 minute walk from the hotel. It is in the correct section 19. (By the way, for beach-WC-neurotic: on this beach section there were super great toilets, normal WC, wash basin, mirror, tiled, really, we cleaned several times a day! great location, right in front of the beach there is a small restaurant. The front of the hotel there was a surfing school and, of course, pedal Boat rentals.
The room is small (huge double bed, closet space there is almost not)-but it's enough, because we didn't really spend much time in the room. The bathroom with huge shower and pretty cute portholes window. We were lucky enough to have a balcony. It should perhaps be respected, if you get a room Bay. The balcony was very large.
The hotel has a rooftop terrace. There is a reviewer, higher buildings, this is not. You can see the sea, on the back of the house you can see the roof terrace on the other coast (port) of Lignano.
Breakfast was OK. The coffee-but the coffee machine-is great. There are many, many things to choose from. Also bread for breakfast (I have never stayed in any of my Italy holidays)
In the evening we always in the city, always on the look out for new local for dinner. It is within walking-15 minutes reachable good. However, you can also with the bus into the city.
We have some local tried. The day I was a joke, but that can happen anywhere.
We have a shortage, that was great. It is a bit larger and very well visited, but we have very good food at a reasonable price.
On the way into the city on the Via crossed a bridge then you Centrale depends on the right hand side restaurant. '-highly recommended.
Variation was found here for every night.
Spend your holiday with kids in Lignano there are a lot of attractions. Luna park, Junior park, Aqua splash. Luna park and splash are somewhat further away. By car or bus.
What I noticed was unfortunately, the Monday in Lignano a large market. In any case take the bus, because it would have to walk a bit too far. Is located at the Viale Europe.
What else to say:
At the front desk, there is a free city maps, has helped us repeatedly.
We were now, high season, and I could not say, that it was very crowded. Was a little busy, but I thought it was in order. The beach was great.
I recommend this hotel with the best feeling further. read more

Great 3-star-B & B-Hotel was nearly directly at the beach (2 minutes walk), very friendly, German-speaking staff, varied delicious breakfast, clean, mini fridge/mini bar, hair dryer, private parking a few minutes away from the hotel (although you for loading and unloading right in front of the Hotel parking), room but a bit small (we had an extra bed in the room).
The beach service we had in the room, but you get paid €15, -/ day, is so much!
All in all, we in the hotel Trieste mare very comfortable. So we can highly recommend it! read more

A older, but nice 2009 renovated hotel.
the rooms, as in Italy common small, but nice and clean with air-conditioning telephone and mini bar!
room service was all right.

Salami, Prosciutto, ham, 3 types cheese, pastry, Croissant, muesli, fruit melons, bananas and so on for Italian proportions not self-evident.
Cost: 50 cent for 30 minutes
