A very accommodating run and well organised hotel! The great spa and the great food our relaxing holiday perfected. Our room was big, with seating area, the furniture is however already getting old. The bathroom was roomy, but had no bathtub. It was in view of the varied wellness area is completely no matter. The balcony was very big. A succesful vacation from the stress of everyday life! read more

We find it a shame that in the fireplace room while we were there never took place, what the entertainment so it is not very special. Now we wanted before dinner a non-alcoholic cocktail, but the does not exist. Now we are happy to come back here again and again because the whole around is phenomenal. read more

I come from the Switzerland and chose this hotel for relaxation. With the sonnenhalde i had the great perfect hotel found. In addition to a spacious room with a great view of the tonbach valley was the very good food. This was equipped with changing, matching tischdekor in an atmospheric dining room serves. It supported the very friendly staff the warm atmosphere with a pleasant service. The medical applications fit exactly to the support of my recovery. Was great the possibility, from the 5. floor directly above a passerelle in the forest to arrive, to hiking. The benefits of a ... family led hotel gave me all around a well-being feeling. You realized, that family wagner for the well-being of the guests anxious and that therefore also again and again spaces of the hotel, what wear is required, be renewed. read more

A very well-kept house, in the wellness area everything your heart desires, tastefully decorated and great clean. The service, contact and the food was very good. We (4 girlfriends) our small time out from friday to sunday in the sonnenhalde really enjoyed. The food, the rooms, the service everything was great. The selection of the buffet is striking large. The wellness area is for our needs perfectly suitable. The hotel is outstanding walking and hiking trails connected, beautiful wanderhütten are directly reachable. Such hikes and wellness easily agree. We would gladly come again! read more

We were for the 10. time in this comfort- and wellness hotel and we really liked it once again. There is absolutely nothing negative about the atmosphere, the staff the cleanliness in all hotel areas The willingness to help near some questions, and the food variety the whole day Say. The hotel is overall in very good condition. Presently, the spa developed. The construction works were but outside and not annoying. The booked package included breakfast (great, until 11 o'clock), lunch buffet (but we didn't use it ), coffee and cake in the afternoon, as well as dinner (partly buffet). The types of people were in the mixed ages. There were mainly german and french guests there. read more

    We had a junior suite with very beautiful view. Everything was clean and seemed to be relatively new. The bathroom was completely renovated, but completely okay and the colors of tiles and facilities of the bathroom is anyway matter of taste. Definitely the bathroom was large and offered everything, what you in a bathroom. Well i found the safe in the room, the new tv and the very comfortable bed. There was also a mini bar, a lot of storage space, a telephone and a large closet. Bathrobes and towels in a bag for the spa were also available.

    The breakfast (in buttetform ), and the dinner (buffet, main dish was served; once candelight dinner in which all meals were served ) were very good. Here nothing was missing. sparkling wine for breakfast, fresh fruits, enough choice of bread and rolls, possibility, fresh orange juice yourself and so on. The evening buffet or the menu was also very good. The price of drinks we found adequate. The service was nothing to complain about. There was also a lunch buffet, what the arrangement uinbegriffen was, the we however didn't use. From 15,30 there was coffee and cake, delicious.

    Every morning there was for breakfast a 'sign', in the excursions, hikes and various events were offered and the evening entertainment pointed out. The spa is rather small but very inviting and saunas, as well as the swimming pool are very nice. Unfortunately there is still a little bit beach chairs, but it is through a conversion probably changed. There is a small gym, which we did not use. The spa treatments were good and the value for money we found alright.

    The location in tonbach is possibly for people, in the evening still 'wanted to experience something', a little out of the way. For hiking is the location however very good. Many very nice hikes you can directly from the hotel start.
