The service in the clublounge is absolutely not with other lounges the ritz -Carlton chain comparable. We have never had such a unfriendly staff experienced, even the actually obligatory greeting forth many a time, probably was the amount of the tip (the question is what) not high enough! read more

Definitely again! In spite of the turbulent city of New York the hotel lies directly on the Battery Park and therefore you had a relaxing park directly on the doorstep... The staff was very helpful and friendly. The subway stop is not even 3 minutes away. read more

The Ritz is right on the Battery park, the southern point Manhattan. Bay the superior room, so you from the room also the direct view on Hudson river and Statue of Liberty. The hotel is still new, everything very clean and the room decorated in a friendly style and for new York proportions very big.
Drive with the subway from bowling green with the express train to Grand central station about 10 minutes.
If you have a hop on hop off ticket booked, so you can also by bus wonderful after Midtown drive, the stop the sightseeing buses is opposite ... the hotel the Battery park. The drive takes however about 30 minutes. Breakfast can be perfect in the right next to the hotel nearby Deli. Here you get everything, through pastries, fresh fruit buffet and warm, very freshly prepared courses. Perfect breakfast up to 5a 10 dollars
I would the hotel anytime again book, even if the hotel somewhat outside lies however therefor also much quiet and good traffic connections offers read more

Were initially skeptical because the reviews in holidaycheck the time of booking about 75-80% locations. But the at the hotel we had a very, very good impression made. Check in without problems. Late check out not a problem. Very friendly staff. Room service good and friendly. Spacious and beautiful rooms. Wonderful bathroom. A stay the top class. Possibility to go out Soho and so on on foot 15 minutes reachable. By taxi, bus etc. Right in front of the hotel. Shopping possibility very close. What else could you want. A stay with best staff, very clean and good room and ... with beautiful A view of the Statue of Liberty. Thank you. read more

we really enjoyed it. We would book again the hotel safe. The situation in Finanzdistrict is rather quiet, offers but large Benefits in the day and therefore quick visit to the Statue of Liberty. Subway Stops are in the immediate proximity and also taxis always sufficiently available. We also had a wonderful fireworks over the Freihietsstatue. read more

For a short trip after new York to recommend. Children rather inconvenient due to the location of the hotel. Prices in relation to breakfast from EUROP. View not recommendable, but it has a great coffee direct around the corner. There there are everything and super cheap. read more

The view is amazing and it makes up also therefor, that it to the 'quirligere' lives of some underground stations having to drive are. The hotel is in a great quiet in the Financal district and the starting point for a trip to the Statue of Liberty is just a few meters away. The price/performance ratio convinced and the standard rooms are equipped with 32qm for new York standards huge and cheap alike. A small complaint was immediately accepted by the friendly staff, and a complimentary breakfast is offered as compensation. We would book the hotel again at any time. read more

We stayed at this hotel August 2010 building up to choose our trip and spent 3 nights and were without any drawbacks loved it. The front desk was as it should be in a Ritz Carlton is very friendly and professional. We highly recommend the rooms with views of the Statue of Liberty and the Hudson River. There was always something to see and our daughter loved the telescope in the room. The size of the rooms are great for New York standards. Cleanliness and decor are just as great as the friendliness of the entire staff. The location of ... the hotel is simply sensational. The permanent "presence" the Statue of Liberty gives you the real side of New York in feel and you can go down to the waterside Battery Park where many families and joggers spend their time. For the paranoid people tourists is no "been". Metro stations to drive into the city are just 5 minutes away. 2 Short tips: -if any night without breakfast and no club level there is opposite the hotel a retailers called "Zatayuna\". There was great for breakfast. -By the location of the hotel you should fährnahe morning at 08.30 take the first ferry to statue, if you want to see. Later went there for weddings monstrous lines. This hotel it with a German tour operator as the price for New York standards really low! read more

We stayed at this comfortable hotel a great week. The view of the harbor and the Statue of Liberty is simply unique, highly recommend the Club level (surcharge) here to buy breakfast, small lunch and dinner, as well as quality drinks. The large room and the bathroom offer all the amenities of a 5 star hotels. We found the location of the hotel excellent - almost all metro lines have a station in 5 min away from the hotel, and public bus is right outside the hotel, and if you don't count the Cityhoper pass, the bus stop is directly ... next Battery Park. The hotel also has after a busy day a place for relaxation. We were very glad we against our initial thoughts on the doorstep of Times Square drivers not booked day and night - it was like being at the fairground. Right next to the hotel there is a very good pizzaria and if you don't want to have breakfast at the hotel, the in the back and coffee shop directly opposite the entrance to Battery Park. read more

For a 6 star Ritz Carlton very modest! The price is very reasonable with a German tour moves in the 4 star segment. The view of the waters are very nice, otherwise the location is very poor. In the immediate area there is no bars and restaurants. You need to Central Park about 20 minutes by train. Conclusion: For those who want to do much within walking distance, the hotel is not suitable. If you an affordable 6 star hotel in New York, and like to train, slamming. read more

A very exclusive luxury hotel with views of the Statue of Liberty. The suite very large with about 60-70 square meters, living room and dining room, bedroom, kitchen with microwave, bathroom with tub and shower, two toilets, a toilet with heated seat and bidet features. Unobstructed view of the Statue of Liberty with a telescope. Large breakfast room with small buffet (hot and cold) and good coffee, once per stay including.
