Unbeatable, family, excellent cuisine, great spa area with a heated outdoor swimming pool in the you really can swim. Beautyabteilung has quality and variety. Good bus connections in the winter the ski slopes, cross-country skiing right behind the hotel possible. Very good value for money for years. Here you love to regular. read more

Very pleasant ambience, no matter wether for active or relaxing vacation. Were several times in the hotel guests. In the winter wonderful for skiing vacation the latemar and in the summer very nice area for hiking. (intact nature) read more

    Luxury rooms have noisy website a size of 30 to 35 metres ². There probably the balcony with 10 meters ² added. The bathroom had a size of 1.30 on 1.30 metres. Over the rooms 310, 311 and 312, a hotel laundry was, where from 7 o'clock in the morning the machinery boom. Intolerable and for a four star superior house is not portable.

The entire team of the family B. is focused on the wellbeing of the guests. Already on arrival we were greeted by the chef warm welcome and Sabine from the reception led us the whole hotel. The cuisine is excellent. It is very regional ingredients was paid attention and the selection is simply brilliant. Our waiter areas were in the evening with its cheerful and serene nature in the best way served. We had a perfect holiday and we are already looking forward to stay there again next year. read more

A very recommendable wellness hotel, that we next year definitely again you want to visit! The kitchen is sensational! Both the 5a 7-course-menus, as well as the buffet include varied regional products and leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Medium-sized hotel with about rooms. Different categories - the rooms the garden were recommendable, because the hotel directly at the through road is. The complex is not really dirty, but with a seat for example on the terrace we often annoyed, that the cushions either wet or were dirty. ( as there is no drinks service by the pool there, come the guests partly. With wet badessachen on the terrace!) The park in the garden and on the terrace we found high-maintenance. The half board is great and includes a great breakfast buffet, lunch salads and pasta dishes, from 15: ...00 then cake buffet and fruit, as well as evenings an excellent quality of the meals. Therefore hits the hotel in our opinion most next to the too many very nice staff. Cleanliness of the room always great. Too many Italian families mostly loud, what a spa hotel in August is a problem. read more

    The from us inhabited room was the description and is typical of the country furnished. Large wardrobe with a safe; plenty of space -we felt at ease. Only the furnishing of the balcony we found saving on wrong place. Altogether however everything ok what the room subject, the maids did their tip deserved. Mini bar also available.

    As I have already mentioned is the quality of the dishes excellent! Very friendly staff at the a la minute-station early ( Andrea) - the frühstückskellerin Priska knew already on the second day our wishes in terms of hot drinks-very attentive-the positive impression substantiated. The menus in the evening are early in the morning and be with a great deal of heart and akribität in a very great quality serves. The antipasti-and cheese buffet are great in the way of selection and taste. The kitchen is very varied international. Wide drink menu with reasonable prices.

    Most friendly female staff, that we in well 15 südtirolurlauben experienced. We would like to stress! The young gentleman at the front desk has some potential in terms of friendliness - unfortunately the first impression from the hotel ( it was for example only superficially the hotel shown-we found the very unmotivated and unmotivated - unfortunately!) The waiter area was competent, very friendly and attentive! The habits of these guests you could as hotelier at least in relaxation area somewhat as a part of -we had a wellness hotel and not Ballermann.     Hotel lies unfortunately a well-traveled main street. To the city center within walking distance about 5 minutes Some shops in town, apart from that you are about minutes in Bolzano! The umlegende wonderful mountain world the Dolomites is fast and easy to reach - plus point for the hotel. Excursions are also from the hotel offered, hikes varied and nordic walking bike tours also M program - good!

If you are looking for the vacation can say 'we want to go back' is really everything said. Especially we would like to highlight the service/ the staff, the kitchen and informal atmosphere. The hotel great view in many respects for the well being of the guests. Also without gluten enjoy wasn't a problem. Certainly we can soon in the round of the regular guests, which we a few met, rank. Only our room was too warm and we wondered why here no air conditioning installed, because certainly there is still hotter days as our presence. For mountain bikers and families a very nice hotel. The kitchen has a lot to offer and the atmosphere is casual and pleasant. Scenic are Rosengarten and latemar on your doorstep and the guided hikes and mountain bike-tours shows the high gastgeberische competence of the hotel staff. read more

Many thanks to family B. und team for these 100% perfect holiday. We have rearly seen such friendly and able employees experienced. Right from the first day we have felt like at home. Every wish was from our eyes. The room service perfectly. Evenings a first class with a lot of love prepared 4 to 5-course menu, a beautiful pool area inside and out, wonderful guided mountain Hikes from the hotel, everything was perfect. The location is unique. Of deutschnofen there is wonderful hiking trails and even for children there is a lot to discover. Bolzano and Meran quickly reachable ... by car. Also in the second vacation everything great. Especially wellness and kitchen leave hardly any wishes open. Informally run very clean hotel with underground parking. To the Rosengarten and other hiking trails nearby convenient, also Meran or Bolzano are easy to reach. read more

Since 9 years we visit the Hotel Erica annually different seasons. We enjoy the peace and quiet and seclusion. We cannot take a break from everyday life. The hotel, the staff, the rooms and the program was just great. Value for money was perfect. Highly recommendable. read more
