We had aparmtment type B. absolutely no 4 stars. The bathroom was totally run down. The beds were so worn out, that we had back pains. The kitchenette did not have a toaster, kettle or coffee machine. Age tv, bad picture. Living area not comfortable, as the sofa sofa bed was, where you could sit. Everything was old and run down. Crib also broken. Air conditioning worked, was but very loud. On the first day were everywhere ants. It was chemistry sprayed and that was it.

We had all-inclusive. The buffet was always rich. It was a wide selection of fresh bread, salad buffet, fruit, ice and cakes. Evenings there was always other dishes, everything hot, everything well arranged. Every day was another thing freshly prepared at the buffet, like fish or meat. Until the end everything was always refilled. We were very satisfied. zsichen the meal times you could always hot dogs, hamburgers, fries food at a bar.

The staff for the food always very friendly. The used plates were always cleared away quickly. Very child-friendly, for the little ones they had always a fun on. The staff at the reception was rude. We asked for a different room and only on high emphasis it was approved and rather than harassment dismissed. You could speak German understand. The cleaning of the rooms was the disaster. Mostly they came in the morning after the breakfast, where we to the beach ready made. Rather than later to come back, they came as not at all. One day we were there in the room. It took no 5 minutes to the principle was only towels changed, beds smoothened and superficial toilet made. It wasn't swept, no tables mopped. After a week everything was really dirty, that we ourselves made clean. The reason was, so that you lots to do had.

The pool area is very nice. For the small children there were a shallow area of 20 centimeter The kids club we didn't use, there our daughter only 17 months was. The entertainers but very welcoming and have great things with the children made. The pool area was always clean. We didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer, was partly extremely loud. The beach is unfortunately very narrow and even in September is in the chairs close to each other. Partly trash, cigarette butts. So many seaweeds, the mountains bouffant were. No, unfortunately really no fantastic beach. At the end of can Picafort was the beach better, but on foot 30 minutes

Absolutely no 4 stars. The apartment small and totally run down. The whole hotel is very outdated and should urgently be renovated. A majority the room is close to the bar area, large volume. Cleanliness disaster in the room. The hotel is a ugly concrete! Guests were all nice and many families.

The hotel lies a short on foot away from the beach. Less than 10 minutes. A large supermarket was just nebenab and everything else was in walking distance to reach. To the airport 1 hour drive. Excursions many offered. Nightlife we have as a family hopping.

Rooms are for two people large ( apartment). The bathroom should once again renovated and the furniture needed to be replaced. Every room has a balcony or terrace. The tv is not up-to-date anymore. It is a safe available, the 2€ per day costs.

There was a main restaurant and a pool bar and a bar. The breakfast was completely ok one and sufficiently. Lunch and dinner was very good and also diverse. There was too many typical of the country-spanish food in buffet form. Of course a wide selection of salads, as well as fish and meat. Every evening fish- or meat right in the buffet fried. At the pool bar there were fries, hamburgers, nuggets, etc. ( for hunger in between it was okay).

The staff were very friendly. The frontdesk employees and the main point of contact could good German.

There were daily (on sundays, do not ) German animation from the Alltours team. During the day kids club and for adults various sporting activities shows. And for the little ones there were evenings a mini disco. In the hotel there are internet. The entertainment team made a huge effort and all shows fun and entertaining showed. At the beach cost two loungers and a umbrella 10,00 Euro on the day.

The hotel was for a four-star hotel a good hotel. The pool was very big and clean. The rooms are not more on the newest conditions and may a renovation stand. But they were well cleaned. Also the area was clean. Unfortunately were a majority of the loungers broken. The hotel has too many (90% ) German guests and a few guests from the Netherlands and Denmark. At our time of travel ( outside of the holidays) were guests between and years in the hotel. During the day it was by the pool very quiet.

The hotel's location is quiet, although the main street located. All the rooms are to the pool orientated. The way to the sea is approximately 5 to 10 minutes ( only straight ahead the road along). In the town some shopping options available, as well as many different beach bars. There is also a few discos. Right at the hotel you can rent a car, which also directly to the hotel brought to you.

Rooms were big enough, shower and toilet clean. We had an apartment, where there is also a kitchen gave, these however did not use. With the bathroom was to say, that the toilet the whole night is created. We had these the front desk reported, but unfortunately it was only unprofessional 'fixed', after 2 hours it was again exactly. The windows could not be locked, anyone could through the door in our apartment hiking. Apart from that it was ok. Wi-fi only in the reception area possible!

Quantity as mentioned great. Wide choice. Eggs, bread, sausage, sweet, fruit... Unfortunately but everything not brand enjoyable. The eggs were quite good, the desserts. Not good in any case the coffee or juices, also the jams has probably never a real fruit experienced...

Unfortunately the worst at the hotel! ( especially front desk!) At the front desk could us no information about anything be given. To the questions after a long consideration only 'no' said. English was almost not spoken, so that we for the return trip just a other passport into your hand pressed got, since the receptionist the room number not understood (only on the 3. say). There our room unlockable was, we complained. This immediately on the next day tried to fix it, as it then nevertheless didn't work. However on our request, us safe available to place, they introduced the kassabuch out (question, if it not in such cases, the free safe -> 'no')

The hotel is on the first glance really great, but unfortunately only on the first glance. No matter wether pool or loungers, everything was very dated and not really repaired. A few meters of the pool away you will not be allowed more look at, since the whole broken things and trash left is. We had breakfast booked. Quantity very good, wide selection of different breakfast packets are available. Unfortunately it did not taste too good, especially coffee or juices one could not drink.

To find the hotel was really bad. Neither a charge there was, nor could the sat nav the road find (tip: only coordinates input helps). There hotel is only very small at the hotel even labeled. Without a car can one badly go on excursions. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets however right nearby, just typical Mallorca style (steaks and burgers...)

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired. It is unfortunately only cleaned very superficially. But a basic cleanliness is in any case available. The rooms seemed a bit old, the beds are very soft. The balcony is beautifully large and with a leash to hang up towels and so on mistake. One knows there also super comfortably sit and the pool look.

The food is very diverse and very tasty. Everything was fresh and it was always refilled, so that until the end the meal times something for everyone is available. The restaurant was constantly being cleaned, it quickly cleared away and newly set. Otherwise it is big enough, so you don't have to wait for a table. During the day all drinks in plastic cups, in accordance with the dinner there are glasses and at all times a sufficient the offer for cocktails and longdrinks. Beer and soft drinks you can in any case even tap. Afternoon gives it to cakes, of 10 until: o'clock is a snack bar open. There, there are fries, nuggets, burgers, baguettes - delicious.

Particular emphasis should be on waiter and chefs in the restaurant. They were very attentive, efficient and friendly. The staff at the bar and the front desk do their job - however not more and not less. Complaints we personally did not therefore we do not know, how you react. The cleaning staff was friendly, but the cleaning just unfortunately only superficially.

The pool is huge and it is at least in the low season always a free spot and there is no beach loungers. It is also always enough space for swimming, a children's pool is separate and with small slides and so on mistake. The pool makes a clean impression, was however in the 8 days our stay not visible cleaned. There was sand on the reason, from the outside everything is clean. Sun screens are also abundant, the loungers you can optionally be moved-on the lawn possible. The animation offer is sufficient. Especially for children will always very much trouble and during the day what was done. Evenings always small shows, which the entertainers make. These are mostly until about 10:30 P. M. and then runs silent music.

From the outside frightens the hotel rather, as it to the street no large window and doors has. All balcony have a view of the massive pool area. We had an apartment type B with small kitchenette, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are in need of renovation, however absolutely sufficient since one hardly on the rooms can hang out. Guest structure: too many German tourist, a couple of dutch people and danish Therefore it is a small complex is, it acts not crowded.

To the beach it are about 10 minutes' walk - very simple to find and hotel entrance already visible. A large supermarket is directly next to it. The bus station is approximately 3 to 5 minutes away, from there with a small railroad nearby hotels and the promenade (costs: 3 €per person). A bus there is every 15 minutes approximately for instance to Alcudia ( the weekly market there is very recommendable).

For a 4 stars for me not ok. When we into the room went it looked as if the inventory already more than outdated. When we from the room went I first the türklinke at the front desk and requested the feast to make. The room was also only after asking millilitre correctly cleanly made.

The food what was there is really not bad. But the choice I have stayed in 3 stars already better had. I would rate it as quite poor call

In a 4 star I up to now always so had that we the beverages to the table brought. By the pool was in the morning, still not cleaned up (10 hours) the becker were or were around the pool distributed.

The animation at the pool was the only thing which was great. The entertainer Kevin has is almost always managed the people to move.

The hotel has in my opinion no 4 stars any more. The cleanliness on the toilets in the entrance area leave much to be desired. To the pool was made not correctly clean. If we in the morning at the pool went were until noon always ncoch the empty cup or glasses rum. For a 4 stars I expect the man/woman not from cheap plastic cups drink already together fold if one these in the hand. If cocktail evenings by the pool drank were one gets this in the glass. None of the guests understood.

Is at the end of can Picafort. The way to the beach with 600 meters described. 600 to to the sea would probably be better described. The beach is a whole corner.

The apartment type B with small kitchenette, living room, bedroom and bathroom is very spacious. Unfortunately the rooms are somewhat outdated and strong in need of renovation. So far sufficiently, since one hardly on the rooms can hang out. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. It is unfortunately only cleaned very superficially. The rooms seemed a bit dated. The balcony was small, but sufficient. Unfortunately but always good to see of all other guests. He is a small clothes line to hang up towels and the clothes. Tv in the room with some German channels ( Eurosport, ARD, ZDF, satellite. 1 and RTL) The bed seemed a little short (possibly only 1.90 meters?!) Mattresses were relatively hard but through various schonauflagen always very crumpled and therefore rather uncomfortable.

The food is varied and usually also more delicious. They are constantly refilling, so that actually always everything was there. It quickly cleared away and newly set. Big enough, always place available. Drinks outside of the restaurant unfortunately almost always only in disposable plastic cups, very high and unnecessary müllaufkommen... Sufficient the offer for cocktails and longdrinks. Beer and soft drinks between 10 pm and 24 hours on the self-service. From 10 hours until: o'clock is a snack bar open. There, there are fries, nuggets, burgers, hot dogs, and a Baguette with ham and cheese.

Was ok. Not effusive but sufficient.

From the outside rather deterring, because the hotel to the street no window has. All the rooms are with a view of the' inner courtyard' on the size pool area. Guest structure: too many German tourist, a couple of dutch people and danish. Because of the size the hotel pleasant, since not crowded. The hotel was however also not fully booked. Lots of families with small children therefor sometimes a bit louder...

Trip from the airport to the hotel were 2 hours. We were unfortunately the final hotel. To the beach it are about 10 minutes' walk - very simple to find and hotel entrance already visible. Two loungers and a umbrella cost at the beach 10€ per day! The beach was itself in the late season very fully, partly unpleasant crowded. Water is clear, further flat inlet on sand, a few size rock. A large supermarket is directly next to it. The bus station is approximately 5 minutes out. A bus there is every 15 minutes to Alcudia ( weekly market tuesday and sunday). Weekly market in the place is always on fridays.

The rooms have a good size. Small kitchen is well equipped, but there is no drinks on the rooms. The rooms were very clean.

It was very on the clothes in the restaurant respected, which very pleasant was. The restaurant was never crowded and the food was very good and with a lot of variation. The selection was varied and there was plenty of choice. Every evening fish or meat grilled...

The staff are very friendly, also especially children opposite.

The entertainment was good and not pushy and very nice for children. The pool area is very nice. There were always vacant chairs and umbrella by the pool. Unfortunately was the beautiful children's pool, with slides, with 20 degrees way too cold... The beach was very clean and very flat

The hotel is already a bit old, however the apartments are well equipped, the view from all rooms is on the beautiful pool and the rooms are very clean. In spite of the size of the hotel it is for the food always pleasant and not crowded. There is no 'lines' at the buffet. There were all sorts of guests there.

To the beach one runs opposite the hotel a lateral road down. The beach is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away. The promenade begins then also directly at.

We had an apartment to the pool page on the 2nd floor direct view of the terrace and pool. The view was more not so great, because it evenings but quite loud under the room was, there the guests until late in the night below sat and chatted loudly and therefore we could not sleep. Apart from that the room was for 3 adults quite adequate and clean. What disturbed us was not perfectly working air conditioning. With such hot temperatures came unfortunately far from enough, also after complaint this lack was not appropriate fixed or the air conditioning was simply too weak. Bathroom and kitchen were up to some corners clean. The windows, but should most urgent to be cleaned!

To the service and staff in the restaurant I above already written. Apart from that the food was at breakfast and at dinner really good and varied. The lunch was rather little and unimaginative, since is the food at the snack bar was almost better. There, there are fries, hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches and so on drinks you can also the whole day at the snack bar and in the indoor bar from a vending machine service.

Front desk: the friendliness at the reception left a little to be desired. As the previous speaker already mentioned, the welcome very scarce and less friendly, German is only bad spoken and understood. On complaints responded quickly but only to sporadic taken care of. Cleaning staff: the cleaning staff on our floor was friendly, but only a hola put out and not more. The room was also only superficially cleaned, quickly towels were changed, bit tidy and beds made and that was it. As pointed out in the hallway appeared the hardly vacuumed, bottles in the containers on the corridor were not emptied. Despite all the hotel was and the pool area clean! Dining room: the staff in the dining room, was except the head also not always friendly, it was evenings, if you were lucky, only a buenas tardes out, not more. One had also the feeling you would many a time over the guests grin and make fun. The leftovers on the floor were were during the next food still there. At the service should some be changed!

The pool is really the best about this hotel. Such a big pool I Mallorca never seen. Really top! Since had really any place and could be extended swim. Loungers there were around the pool also enough, unfortunately they must as quickly as possible be changed, since these almost all broken were. And more umbrella or shade-giving trees should made available are. The entertainment team consisted of 4 young people who really tried hard, the guests to converse. With children was the entertainment rather popular. At the adults repeated the program daily! The evening shows were but all the better for it. Every day a great issue!

The alzinar mar in can Picafort is a hotel which from the outside rather inconspicuously and not innovative. The hotel also not by a sign with names. From the outside it makes up for more like a gefängnisbunker. Gray hausfarbe well for a hotel not advisable. Also the garden in front of the hotel is rather carelessly displayed. The sliding door cards the front desk is a great spot, just strange appears. The discs to indoor pool are dirty and totally fine. For the eye not so great from. The lobby is quite friendly and brightly, but the windows over the front desk are partly also dirty! The garden however, the front of the hotel anyway. Just amazing! To the guests are more families with small children, for those seeking tranquillity the hotel is not really suited. Nations: mostly German and dutch I would again to can Picafort come, I would rather the can Picafort palace choose, the is just a better impression. The alzinar mar has only stars deserved.

The hotel lies slightly off the beaten track from the beach and the town center. To the beach were it about with fast hike 10 minutes until a beautiful body at the beach found and town center also 5 to 10 minutes. The place offers lots of small stores for strolling and stay a. Whereby for me personally the place Alcudia much better pleased. Recommendable is also a visit in the festival park close Palma, there you can mark things cheap purchase.

The rooms are very simple. The furniture and the bathroom have already better days. The size and the cleanliness were acceptable. But here is a clear need for improvement. There one with such a vacation only very little time on the rooms was it for us not so very important condition.

I must say, that I love to good (and on vacation typical of the country) osce and thus relatively high expectations have. This vacation was for me the first with all inclusive package and for this reason I was here especially skeptical. My scepticism proved however as not justified. I never had the feeling, that it is-as expected-a mass processing acts. The dishes were varied and hand-crafted really good prepared. The local kitchen came not really before but this is probably not possible if it so many palate taste. Due to the long meal times and the double laid out buffet it never came to a rush or a ' battle at the buffet'. The hygiene in the restaurant was also reasonable. The snack bar was not completely so my case - is however for children certainly perfect. Only fly in the ointment was the wine list. It consisted of a faucets with options between rose-, white-and red wine. Everything well chilled and not enjoyable! However came the beer also from a faucets and was also well chilled-what the whole much more bearable. At the clean bar the whole day you could and in the evening between various drinks choose. Altogether I can the gastronomy only praise.

The staff were in every area of the hotel always friendly and accommodating. The foreign language skills were for us absolutely sufficient. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels in case necessary exchanged. Of course you must with the hygiene deduct a few points and it found when taking a look at a few small mold, slightly dirty windows or chipped grout. Alltogether it was for this category in Spain however reasonable and we never felt uncomfortable.

The pool area is, like in the pictures to see, very generous. Also here there were except for a few minor flaws little to complain about. The friendly and unobtrusive animation team has especially for children A lot was offered. We have even often from the sporting activities ( basketball, soccer, beach volleyball, table tennis or water polo) use made. Every evening were different shows, the as a part of the possibilities very presentable were. In the entrance area, in the bar and in the restaurant there is a possibility for free use of the hotel wi-fi.

The exterior impression of the hotel is very drab and uninviting. A few years ago, the architecture and the facade certainly minimalist modern appeal. By the weather in Mallorca the tooth the time but still very strong influence. Here new paint and a few repairs were certainly work wonders. The front desk and the entire entrance area were however up to minor flaws visually appealing and clean. The types of people were quite balanced. In the majority German families between and years with children present. For this is the whole offer also safe ideal.

Around town can Picafort from Palma to reach one must the island just passing through, but one, of course, a longer transfer from the airport in purchase take. Can Picafort is an absolutely typical tourist place. This is of course in the shops, bars and restaurants again. Around here no tourist traps, but local kitchen or products you need good insider tips and a little patience. The hotel is approximately 600 meters from the town center and the beach away. The beach was for our stay contrary to the previous reviews very clean and attractive. Excursions and rental car can simple in the hotel be booked. In can Picafort are several fahrradausstatter and -rental. So that every mountain bikers or racing cyclists at its expense. The corresponding routes are Mallorca typical excellent! Directly next to the hotel, there is a supermarket with all necessary, that you might have forgotten.

From the room we were rather disappointed, with 4 stars, we really expected more. The furnishings its best years definitely behind itself. On arrival we had the feeling, that just forgot to vacuum and sweep. Of course we will be charged questioned and there was someone to us sent. The bathroom is rather worn out and old fashioned, no 4 stars. At the hair dryer you almost the hand burned (what a ancient part, looked like an old swimming pool-hair dryer) and the hairs were just not dry. I can absolutely recommend a private hair dryer forward, we stayed at the 2. one-day in the building supplies store bought. The sewage the bathtub was so clogged that showering quite a lot of dirt hochkam and after a few minutes in a brown soup was. The reported and a technician they sent to the sewage to clean. Well... The days afterwards then went barely. The mattresses were extremely hard, that was already genuinely to backache run. The tv was small but the most popular program we could see ( ARD, ZDF, RTL, Sat.1...) The balcony was nice and big.

The selection at the buffet was plentiful, drinks you could always get (machines, beer on tap, cocktails evenings at the bar).

The staff were really top! The front desk was always manned, friendly in good German. Even a small complaint of our side to the room was immediately taken serious and it was immediately someone to us sent the 'damage' to fix it. Everyday the rooms were gerputzt, bed sheets there was just on request new. Also the staff in the dining room and at the bar was really nice.

The pool was quite large, there was a separated nonswimmer areas. The loungers were of course quite early, but you really still found a spot. Animation good, especially for children.

The hotel itself is really nice, it is a complex consisting of 3 buildings which in the semi-circle around the pool were built. Outside there is nothing to moan about, the complex really very well-kept. We had booked all inclusive and it was really good in the morning- afternoons and evenings buffet with a varied selection and also for the hungry in between there was always something at the snack bar. The hotel accommodates almost only German guests.

The hotel lies not really centrally located in the town center, to the beach you had to about 10 minutes on foot plan. But you have to really only out of the hotel, on the large main street ( on which various buses for instance to Palma or Alcudia drive) and always straight ahead a small street down. Of the main street you get in the hotel itself however nothing with, as it is a little to the rear and built by many trees is protected. There on the beach promenade and in the pedestrian area evenings most of the action is, you have to evening activities the same way as to the beach plan. Directly next to the hotel, there is a large supermarket, if you still have something want to shop.
