The großvenor house in Dubai is located in the district of Dubai Marina and approximately 700 rooms the two hotel towers spread. All areas of the hotel are very neat and in very good condition. The guests come from all countries, where it is noticeable, that the majority of the russian-speaking countries. The großvenor house no pure prefer these, we have also every day many businessmen seen. Otherwise you can meet from young to old in all ages and also families with children were in this house guests! Breakfast was included in our price, one would have but also half ... board can be booked. In the room we had free wi-fi, got every day fresh fruits and had also daily enough water in the room. read more

We had booked actually a normal deluxe room, we did get a 55 square meter apartment with a separate living room with dining area, kplt. Equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and toilet and a further separate toilet. Accommodated on the 21 floor we had a favorite view to Marina, the ocean and the palm jumeirah. Everything in the room was in faces good condition. The bed very big and comfortable with plenty of pillows, free safe, koslenloses wireless internet, mini bar for a fee, flat screen tv in living room and bedroom, telephone in both rooms, large wardrobe, ironing board and iron were also available and the air conditioning was quiet and manually adjustable. Only fly in the ointment was, which we unfortunately had no balcony.

Here we can actually only the price included breakfast and did this in houses this category already experienced better. The also here very friendly staff at a free table and can then also its order give up. You get fresh, on request prepared eggs, fresh crepes and waffles and really surprisingly good bread. The selection of itself is however already somewhat limited, if you're not a warm and hearty breakfast leaves. There is really every day exactly the same and one has for breakfast unfortunately no possibilities the variation. The quality of the meals is very good and everything is very clean and in very good condition. Otherwise there was in the hotel still 8 different restaurants and 6 bars. The prices are but very high and it is rather outside the hotel to eat. At the pool and the beach you also get food and drinks, but also these are quite expensive.

From the check-in to check-out everything was perfect. All employees are friendly and have always a smile on the lips. You get the luggages to the room and on request also they are also collected again. We could even already at 8 o'clock morning check in and directly afterwards for breakfast, although the normal check-in time actually at 14 hours is. The cleaning of the rooms functioned perfectly and is very thorough. Water and fresh fruits in the room were inclusive with us and in the evening the curtains closed and the beds turned down. In the lobby you will find the concierge, where you maps and information of all kinds can get and the one in the book tours or reservations for restaurants is.

The großvenor house itself has a small pool with a terrace, where you but only to about 14 hours sun. Then donate the surrounding skyscrapers shade. In the sister hotel, le royal Meridien, you had the choice between three pools or the very wide sandy beach with crystal-clear sea. In addition you can table tennis spelen, there is a small football pitch, Volleyball and a water sports center with the usual. 20 minutes banana boat driving costs circa 15 Euro. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are at pool and beach included and there is also showers everywhere, changing rooms and clean toilets. The umbrellas at the beach and at the pool are very spacious and so always enough capacity to the neighbors. Entertainment we didn't notice, for children however, there is a kids club. In großvenor house there is a spa and a well-equipped gym. Entertainment have of course several bars with, including the buddha bar, one of the most hottest clubs of the city!

The hotel is located as i have already mentioned in the district of Dubai Marina, with the taxi circa 20-25 minutes away from the international airport. To downtown, so the burj khalifa, you drove about 15 minutes and to to Burj Al Arab one needs about 10 minutes. The hotel is located in 2. number to the beach, you on foot in about 5 minutes walked. If you didn't want to walk can also take the free hotel shuttle bus, the every couple of minutes to the beach goes. Waiting times there was almost no, maximum 2-3 minutes you sat on the bus until it went loosely. As a guest the großvenor houses you should all the amenities of the sister hotel le royal Meridien use with. Here is the really beautiful beach section with enough sunbeds and parasols. You could get towels at le royal Meridien at the spa reception and the swimming pool with three swimming pools and huge pool deck is beautifully furnished. In the direct vicinity of the hotel there were plenty of shopping possibilities, supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants. You have the possibility with the boat ride through the Marina and reaches after about 5 minutes on foot the red line of the metro with the one amongst others the Mall of the Emirates, the burj khalifa, the Dubai Mall and the historic part reached. Taxis are available right at the hotel entrance was always sufficiently available!
