We had a not renovated room the totally dirty carpet had. Everywhere were stains. And the walls were dirty and the furnishing old. Cleaned the coerced. There is also renovated room the very nice are. Facilitities are ok. I can absolutely recommend when booking right after a renovated room to questions. read more

The hotel is in a very good location. Shops, restaurants to and from the hotel was very nearby. The staff were very friendly. However the opening hours are the front desk very limited. Depending on whom you are caught, you could get by with german, english or hands and feet further \u263a nevertheless all were always very concerned, the guests to help. When we arrived was the reception closed. The sign with the instruction, that you are the key at the bar pick-up, we could lack lighting for the evening not read. Not really bad (of course, you also after ... the first shock on the idea.). The bathroom was ageing. In the shower was mold. But cleaned offensichtich. A small welcome gift there was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. For a few days it was ok, however one may not be to fastidious. Therefore with certain restrictions recommendable. read more

We stayed in a studio (u, ov) There is a seating area with 8 sitzplatzen and in the other half of the room two single beds. There this room still not to the renovated rooms, looked the carpet accordingly worn. You have half-board in the hotel private pool bar to book can. All of the guests were germans, in the recent years were there and around the 50-60-years-old are (is however because of, that there are no holidays).     Room 530 in i. top floor It was in the square entrance the kitchenette with a hob with 2 ceramic stove and 1 coffee maker. Tv with 4 german channels (ARD/ZDF/satellite. 1/RTL) The toilet has a cubicle/curtain with water edge, 1 toilet and sink. There are 1 large mirror on the wall and a mirror over the entire wall available, so that within 2 people to move. On the balcony a bistro table with 2 chairs. In the room are a on the wall glass table and two chairs available.

However you could not quite straight down places, so that pool chairs on the belly was not possible. Small, very well maintained, quiet apartment hotel in the second row, nevertheless centrally located to beach and shoppingzone location. About 45 apartments. The guests were during our stay mostly German and spanish origin - from young to old. No lift. For people, the bad on foot are, definitely not suitable, because the hotel on a longer stairs can be attained. A restaurant is right next to the pool. Here you can against an extra charge breakfast receive us also to evening to eat. We have however preferred, relaxed on the generous balcony for breakfast. The matorral seemed good, nevertheless it ... was pleasantly quiet, so that correct one unhitch could. We had great two weeks and are coming again. read more

    Had a superior studio= renovated, new tiled apartment. There is a new kitchenette (with 2-burners, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, sink, dishes, cutlery, pan, pot), sofäcke with a small tv, table with chairs, large, furnished balcony with drying rack and sonnenmarkise. The room decor is a bit dated, but nevertheless clean. A safe one can rent in addition. A hair dryer isn't available. The rooms have a beautiful view of the pool and from the upper floor on the sea.

To to the hotel you had to walk across a long staircase only once on of the hotel and then it is another flight of stairs to the room, except one a room on the ground floor. The hotel seemed in Spain to be very popular, they were there mainly to see. German were also a few times to see. read more

    We had a renovated superior room. Kitchen was new and great exactly like the bathroom. The beds and the closet were also new. The rest was old stock. Bricked couch and tables with simple cushions respectively tiles are covered. The tv (4 German channels) was just very small and without remote control. The drying rack on the balcony was totally rusted and it was missing already individual rails. In bed area was hanging a cable out, what with a handkerchief wrapped was. Some cable ran also just across the wall and disappeared behind the closet or in the ceiling. The lights were orange and apparently from 70. Years. A hair dryer was not available.

    The woman at the front desk understood as good as no English or German. We'have been coming to the third time in this hotel and we were again very happy. It is the freshly renovated superior room to book, because it is a wonderful view of the sea have. Everything is clean and very well maintained. The cuisine is very good equipped, from egg cup to a Kaffemschine. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Recommendable the tours with Mike ( outdoor Canarias), bookable at the Strandinformation of the Robinson Clubs Jandia Playa ( on foot 5 minutes). Love Uta Purple we are thankful for the very competent and kind advice! ... Mike keep it up you live the island thoroughly, it shows very! Thank you for the great large island tour across the island! Fuerteventura is so versatile-incredible! Next time we book the villa winter cofete tour with Mike, this tour is probably loud other guests by far the most interesting history tour in the extremely South of the island. We will be back. read more

No question: the matorral is not luxury place! But however, you can in peace casual and uncomplicated beach holidays avoided. The pool is nicely done, even if here and there a few Rparaturen or cleanups would not harm. In of the pool bar a a nice mood, the food is good and reasonably priced. Children were not many-but if, you may in the pool rage, without someone scolds or the eyes exasperated twisted. The view from the pool on the sea is very nice, the beach - only by the road separated - easy to reach. For things to Do ... in the evening offer surrounding restaurants and bars plentiful Abwrchslung! We will gladly every year again! read more

In comparison to the previous years, but some further advantageous. Receptionist Katja is always very friendly and unlocked as well as with special desires potential accommodated. Room service was okay. Also kitchen and service at the pool-restaurant with chef Mathias and Assistant Ahmed deserve praise. As dessert drinks or before you can recommend a ' Stinkesöckchen '. For the price you can't expect five stars quality. But we were surprised positive and would definitely come back, although a couple of days for Spanish holiday-makers made therefor, that it was a bit noisy. read more

All rooms are newly renovated is wrong. The last five rooms on each course are still the old decaying room with carpeted floors. . Seven September 2011. There is still a risk in this room to be accommodated. read more

In the restaurant matorral the food was very good, the selection was large and the quality was good. The apartments are only a few minutes 'walk from a beautiful beach, lots of shopping possibilities right around the corner. We had a nice, relaxing stay at the matorral, without any worries, a perfect holiday! read more

The apartment hotel is in a very bad condition. Comfort and cleanliness not reasonable. The maintenance and cleanliness of the swimming pool not acceptable. Location of the hotels and shopping possibilities good. read more

Some of the larger and smaller drawbacks, as well as a cheap offer on the market is, you should consider in the reserve. fussy would be in the wrong place. Once a week is the apartment cleaned. Trash should actually every day. to be fetched. but not worked. Bed linen is with holes and stains washed to renew it is therefore essential. complaints were taken up and sat out. read more

We have stayed for ten days in the hotel matorral. Already at the reservation we insisted on a renovated apartment, get what we unfortunately not have. Since we Saturday evening arrived, we had two whole nights in the room and a disaster the is really not over the top. We can agree with our us Vorberichtern only, the apartments on the ground floor & first floor (not renovated all) are difficult to live in. The carpets are dirty everywhere creep and fleucht it. We have in the ten days of not one bed linen change and only 1 x were ... the towels were changed. The renovated room were OK-of course you are also to 100% better than no extravagant but but the unrenovated. The pool was very often very cloudy and the whole area generally take something more care. The we had booked half board the was good. The dinner was also always in order and we had also no problem with the ' cool types 'at the bar ☺ If you get a renovated room and the half-board book, I could recommend the hotel almost (but I think hardly the someone on so much luck have is immediately) We would stay here again only under conditions, we should get a renovated apartment. Otherwise I can agree with me unfortunately again only, for a few euros more, you can also get a better hotel the star has a few=) read more

For late arrival (after 22 o'clock) we had a night the matorral and could spend the next day in fortunately the sol jandia mar change (about 200 meters away). We were allocated the studio (section 531) was total dirty and almost all the furniture was broken! Ripped down curtain, broken room and closet doors, power outlet hanging half out of the wall, mold on the Waschbeckenarmatur, at the sink (Silikonrand) stripping and fridge, freezer, probably the last time a few years ago defrosted was. Ants in the kitchenette and bed! Completely stained carpet. Thick, were an unidentifiable stain on a ... pillow, bed sheets share further believe we cannot and need to be looked at. We cannot confirm the positive judgments in this portal mostly not at all and ask us, as these judgments have been established at all. Of an alleged two or three years ago we could have recent renovation nothing see. We were after the horror night just happy to change the object and can't understand, that such an object at all of the matorral as tour operators is offered. Simple decor is ok but it must not mean, that everything was broken and must not be so filthy. The sol jandia mar(three stars) was according to the classification established in order. read more

    Not only, that the room was a disaster, we have this first after over a three quarter hour get assigned. Apparently when booking mistake. Our complaints about the condition of the studios were just ignored. From the travel guide but it was not a problem with regard to the change in the sol jandia mar. The change was quick and efficient manner.
