We deliberately for a remote hotel decided, in the hope just nothing around to have, except nature and peace. We had a fantastic! Hikers and cyclists will find a dreamlike environment. The monnaber vell is a small, cute Finca-hotel with only 15 rooms respectively suites. The reception was very warm and friendly, here again many thanks for everything at Patricia ( the ' pearl of the hotel'!). We had with half board booked, because we evenings not still around wanted to drive - we were out and about every day, about us the wonderful island to look at. Evenings we ... could always excellent menu -always with extremely friendly waiters. That partially no speak German was, didn't bother us-with 'hands and feet' and very much warmness communication was always possible! The hotel looks exactly from, as to the set pictures and on the homepage of the hotel ('www. monnabervell. Com '). Here was not too much promised! Who a hotel with ' round-the-clock -service' searches or a five star hotel the 4-star -price expected-the is in the wrong place here. But if a great country hotel in informally run style with nature and peace searches, is here well at home! Remote, absolutely quiet (of sheep apart ) in a dreamlike location. The food is good, but not fantastic (hotel fulfills a but adequate, half board= 26 Euro). For children lack of employment and because of the atmosphere rather unsuitable. Rental car is a must. read more

It's not easy, the hotel within a short description to do it justice. We had a almost two-week stay in the hotel and I can follow-up say, that the chosen period clearly too long was. For a few days may be a wonderful place of peace and the withdrawal, however it was for my wife and me in the long term too quiet. There is no real offer locally, so that for every still so small 'event' by car driven had. The likes initially not difficult sound, if you however than evenings but once together a glass of wine to ... drink would like, it remains only the hotel as place of common dinner. And here is the same as the amount: the price is just not worth it. My wife and I gladly ready for a top-notch hotel also a first-class price to pay, however here price and performance not in comparison. It's clear to us, the nicest time of the year the cheapest time can, however we expect for good money also good value. And this begins then for us to, that the all friendly staff- also help with the suitcase pass to the room, only a steep Stone Staircase reachable are. Here there was no support. There is also unfortunately no service at the pool, so that the beautiful pool the sun invites, however the glass water then has to be brought. Of other were completely to silence. This hotel is especially for the price ruheuhe seeking suitable. It has few rooms and really very nice pool with comfortable lounge chairs, so that one also times a whole day on the couch spend can. We had the room rebost in the basement directly next to the breakfast room. Here it was also in the morning very quiet. We had a normal double room, something absolutely sufficient was. The bathroom was even very big, with 2 washbasin. The whole Finca was perfect clean and tidy. We only booked with breakfast, what for Spain was correctly good, breads, hearty and sweet Linings, fresh fruit, cakes, eggs, ham, yogurt. In the morning we could decide, whether we evenings in Finca wanted to eat, to the same price, we would half board booked. We did 3 Times, apart from that you can in Pollenca, Alcudia or Palma food.
