Most unfriendly staff I've ever had in a hotel!

UNBELIEVABLE UNFRIENDLY - NEVER EVER!! If you don´t want to feel bad in your holiday, AVOID this Hotel. - The girl at the reception didn´t talk to us all the days, at my checkout I´ve asked her polite why she simply never talked with me, because I´m always say "Hello", "Thanks" etc. She IGNORED me (again) completely. I gave up and said to my friend that it´s really f***** up. She seemed to understand like "F*** you" (that I never said) and started shouting around that people at the street stopped and watching in the hotel. I´ve said to her ... that I didn´t say that but she was not able to stop her shoutings. I´m M.D. of a company, always polite, gentle and professionell. This has NEVER happened to me. Before that, we felt always unwanted all the time. We heard same things from other guests too. This girl has to be fired asap (about 30, short hair, about 1.55-160cm) This is no behaviour for a receptionist. The most of the day-staff were not really friendly, too. read more

With lmx we stayed for three weeks (February-March 2010) the hotel Sawa Dee pattaya. On the day of arrival (at night) we got a room, because the Hotel was overbooked. After a long time we have been to night in the Sawa Dee sea view risks. We can only say one thing to Sawa Dee sea view: don't book we have a Room about the size of 8-9 square meters with no closet with a shower. To The you have to sit on the shower bowl. The greater the bathroom was not so something to mention the bathroom. the room: ... The walls in the lower area were moldy and on the ceiling flowered roses and small from the mold in it. Photos are available. The odor in the room was damp. The wall lamp was not in the wall and the electric cables were available. We have this lamp could not be turned on, we wanted to still live. It was impossible to get you another room. Before we sleep in the streets, we have a night it spent and the next morning we are again from the hotel Sawa Dee pattaya picked up.
