We had a great ( unfortunately to short) honeymoon to Dresden and to the hotel. We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and congratulations to our wedding from the hotel surprised and welcome. Our booked junior suite was very big and parkplatzseite very quiet location. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and the staff were very friendly. We have the 2 days in the hotel very much enjoyed and are definitely coming again! 2 days Dresden were simply too short! read more

The hotel is of in the immediate vicinity of the old town very recommendable. The hygiene is just reasonable. Parking spaces with full capacity rare. Breakfast is with distance the worst which I recently enjoyed.
Everything was bad. For a two star hotel. However for the price and a four-star hotel absolutely inadequate.
Even a complaint e-mail to the management has not been answered. The was very bad. I can the building only without breakfast recommend. read more

The hotel is because of the location for a city trip probably suitable. However one has on the doorstep a busy main street, the S-Bahn and the train station. We had a stree-facing room and the windows have unfortunately not the best soundproofing. So could one each driving by Bahn hear. Nothing for peace being fond people. We would this hotel only then book here again, if we a room the quiet yard commitments would.
On foot to the sights like Semperoper etc. We are well 20 minutes run.
Other positive:
Very friendly and attentive staff at breakfast; very good ... choice at the breakfast;
Free parking in the private courtyard; for all the no modern city hotel search, but it was cozy and a tablecloth and service for breakfast to appreciate.
Other not so positive:
We feel it is unpleasant if you the rooms not completely efficient can. The hotel should curtains choose, the no light through. read more

Clean hotel with large and comfortably equipped rooms. Our room lied to the street, train and was despite soundproof windows loud. The bathtub in the bathroom there was unfortunately only with a shower curtain equipped, which I find not contemporary and cheap!
The breakfast was diverse and only fresh products enough. The staff in all areas really makes an effort, really friendly is different! The old town is well within walking distance, however is the way back in night not very pleasant. read more

The hotel is good location. There are only a couple of minutes on foot in the old town. The breakfast room is a bit too small for the number of the guests, so that it could happen, that you with other guests breakfast. read more

An old little appointed hotel on a very busy street, opposite from the train station! Room to the inner courtyard quiet but not really peacefully located. Breakfast buffet leaves healthy components missing. Canned fruit instead of fresh fruit, many sugary muesli and so on service staff for breakfast partly nothing special friendly. read more

Right next to the train station Neustadt, so good transport links. There is also a supermarket and for the day-to-day needs. In front of the train station is also a tram stop (for example, line 7 to the ward or the Elbschlössern). Within a few minutes walk to the old and new town. Nice staff and good service. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Dinner is OK:we have had much better, but also have experienced worse breakfasts. Our room was spacious and clean including in-room safe, television, refrigerator and telephone. We felt very comfortable and will stay again ... when next in Dresden. read more

Great location of the hotel, so it's not too far to walk to the sights. The restaurants were really great and the service was good. Very sad, that you are a young adult (once again) will not be taken seriously.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned, there were hairs on the shower curtain and vorallm a lot of dust in the room. Not so great for all greed!
Furthermore, we had problems with the service somewhat.
Had the three course meal decided, fandem in the hotel but only a menu, on the menu was not the current. Strange. The combination ... of the three courses have absolutely not fit, itself but they were delicious.
Large drawback: a hair in the food. Where is the hygiene Regulation hairnet?
The vanilla sauce, and for dessert was packaged.
For breakfast in the morning was very positive surprised, good selection, nice service! But coffee-suspects, the coffee flockt. Of course they quickly changed this, but there were no 30 degrees outside, you could say: 'well, can easily happen.'

I travel a lot, but i think it never happened that i my room 89 € pay in advance had only, because i do not in the suit seemed ( when checking out i got with the white collar your room in the morning paid) there was from 8:00 p. m. only food à la carte (i was told the chef could work). I went out to eat.
The staff is very unfriendly.
With this attitude the this hotel has ( only, because you are not in the suit seems, because they were very good deals) frightened off its ... guests. read more

Central and convenient location-but still very quiet due to good sound-proofing of floors and Windows! In the spacious single room in fine linens by the night porter draught regional pils heavenly slept well. In the spacious bathroom with all comfort (a large mirror, enough space, warmed towels on the germination heating) started the next day, only the water pressure in the shower on the fifth floor was a bit poor.
In the dining room-there are two, the smaller is familiar-gave a pleasant unobtrusive, but very attentive waiter for coffee. A rich, varied and caring prepared breakfast buffet left nothing to ... be desired, diet made impossible and was well satisfied start into the day.
The front desk staff was very courteous and desires even before they were! Very pleasant, very attentive, very respectful.
