A beautiful, large, well-maintained hotel with a view of the sea! I was felt really good! Relaxing effect = 100%! However I was in October there, the shopping facilities are then very limited. However to Nessebar it is only a couple of minutes and there one could still shop without limits. In the summer it is in this hotel certainly very lively, because it is surrounded of lots of free time -and. Shops. The staff are very friendly! Would book this hotel again any time! read more

The hotel itself is really great. Very clean and in spite of the size, very well arranged. The rooms are very spacious and totally modern, friendly and brightly furnished. There is a mini bar in the room which also own drinks to cool place. This price the mini bar were absolutely okay. A box Fanta for example 2 leva thus about 1 Euro. The bathroom is also good. Unfortunately there are no plug sockets in the bathrooms. And by the air ventilation you hear the music and there are in the meal times the smells of food by. There is ... a daily very thoroughly cleaned. During this time I think it is sometimes a bit quiet. Nevertheless partly until into the night according to music made (not from the hotel, but from the adjoining restaurants and bars. But if you have the balcony door had closed, one hardly still heard. The glazing is great. Our room was on the first floor where I without any problems the free wi-fi have received. read more

    The room was the best. Very big, clean and modern. Beautiful laminate, flat screen tv with 6 German programs. ARD, ZDF, RTL, satellite. 1, Eurosport and something else. In the room is a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, chair, desk, armchair, table, nachschränke and still two smaller shelves. The balcony is also great. With two chairs, a table and drying rack. There is enough light. The lighting on the balcony you can not use. In the twilight and is at o'clock off.

    The meal times for all inclusive: breakfast 7:30-10:00, late risers breakfast -11:00, afterwards on the terrace bar pizza, fries and salad, until lunch from 12:30 until 14:30 returns. Follow cakes and cookies. And 18:00 until 21:00 dinner. The buffet is varied and there was a lot of selection. It is something for everyone. And mostly tasted it also. It is very mixed. There are many salads, always 2 soups anyway fish, noodles, bread, meat etc. The desserts are also okay. Many fruits and apart from that cakes, quark dishes, yoghurt. The staff here really makes an effort to cleanliness and speed. Are but also the whole time under observation of the restaurant managers. A me accidentally each otherfitness. Has directly a inlet received. It is very clean... And even I had no doubts the glasses to drink. Otherwise use I vacations always drinking straws. Next to the hotel is a belonging restaurant where one after card can order... But not in the all inclusive included is. Also otherwise it gives in the area so many numerous restaurants or fast food stores... As McDonald's, burger King, subway, and KFC. And everywhere pizza stalls. verhunger one does not.

    I shall begin with the positive at. The cleaning of the rooms was exemplary. Super thoroughly and the ladies were hard to be friendly. What you from the rest of the staff can not say. Exactly little of the vendors in the shops. The staff at reception, at the bars and in the restaurant, as well as masseurs, etc. All were so annoyed and unfriendly that you hardly dared something to drink or similar. Not a smile, nothing. The each have a face ripped off. It was unbelievable. Really good German somehow nobody. And helpful I unfortunately anyone experienced. Since we some problem had and none cared and all clueless were, I finally in Germany called the organizer. Otherwise could nothing at all done. Afterwards everything was easy and it was organized everything. Have as an excuse a bottle of wine and a fruit plates to the room get, as well as a free safe for the stay.

    The in and outdoor swimming pool were very clean. The water was unfortunately already very cold. We personally gave us very the entertainment looking forward to it, the unfortunately as good as not at all took place. In the morning there was always a sign for the day at the restaurant. The in the daytime unfortunately disappeared and a note space at what stage: the today unfortunately no animation instead of wish and bedankten for our understanding. Right next to the sea you can jet skis rental 15 minutes 60 leva or a hovercraft off... A liege, as well as a sun screen costs per day 8 lewa.

    The distance to the beach is a joke. One must merely a small path and at the mini golf course past. The beach has wonderful soft sand. Only we found the beach a bit dirty empty bottles, cigarette butts and paper. I think in the high season as more taken care of. Purchase and entertainment possibilities are more than enough available. Many shops kilometres far. And next door a fairground. A trip to Nessebar is worthwhile... Just about clothes to buy. One gets also in the many shops right on the Sonnenstrand much clothes. Adidas tracksuits, bench sweaters, sweatjacken without limits... And all this for great prices. About 150 meters from the hotel there is a small railroad the price per person is 3 leva. A bus trip to Nessebar 1 lewa and with the ship to Nessebar costs a route 10 leva... On the mooring is about one hundred meters from the hotel at the beach. Much more can I to possible excursions not say. The best with the tour operator in connection planting.

The hotel has durchschnittgröße, however only a all inclusive-restaurant and a à la carte restaurant ( from the however not advisable). Rooms are really large and clean. From the balcony we were impressed. Unfortunately we had to the experience make, that we almost only older people surrounded were. For younger people nothing was offered. read more

    Typical bulgarian dishes-we did not stand. Highlight for breakfast were fried eggs and fresh eggs ( pfann ) cakes. Lunch/evening we can pizza recommend. The unique free food à la carte restaurant you can save one finds a carelessly arranged table before. Instead of candles were plastic flowers and music there was radio with regular disturbances.

    As the hotel by the beach is, it is of course great-but there is better... For example sunset resort (5 stars and cheaper). The directly next to the hotel lying hype is a thorny issue-at night you can not with open balcony door sleep. If you have noise a problem has, should definitely book a room with a sea view. Good hotel in ideal beach area! However was the weather middle September very bad! I had only 1 day beach vacation. You should otherwise to prepare the in September 90% Retirees this hotel visit! The complex is very small! Pool for the lots of people also too small! For this is the beach a real dream! Also the purchase-and possibilities the entertainment sin on Sonnenstrand perfect! Excursions you can also good even undertake as you can easily 'free' move in this country! Also for families with kids, the hotel is less suitable! Unfortunately missing was the evening entertainment as I ... from other hotels know. No shows or similar.-( Travel time I would to at best beginning September recommend to the beach vacation! The hotel staff was perfect-nice and all at the front desk had very good German Knowledge! read more

Very centrally located. Countless purchase- and possibilities to go out. Amusement park in the immediate area. Medical center and 24 hours supermarket directly next to the hotel. In the hotel were the majority of tourists from Germany and Austria. Multicolored mixed guest structure: families with small children, couples, young people... Safe costs about 6 lewa per day and access to the safe only with security staff possible. Elevator in the hotel available. read more

    We thought, that the people online in their reviews exaggerated and the tastes are different as well known. However we can confirm that the food very bland tasted. The hotel has although 4 stars country category, however the restaurant three stars. Directly in front of the entrance to the restaurant is a sign with 3 stars obvious. We have booked half board. The breakfast was quite okay. There was sweet, cereal, fruit, different pastry and so on From the coffee we advise however from. It was but also tea, choco, juices and sparkling wine for breakfast offered. The dinner was however very disappointing. It cheated a variety before but somewhat everything tasted the same, in other words nothing. The soup was very aqueous tasted. The meat/ fish was always! Hard and tough. There were often theme nights but without the sinage I never would have on the dishes come, since it does not recognize respectively erschmecken were. Dessert was always! Right. There were mousse, pudding and cakes. With all always too sweet. The food we didn't cost. It always lasted a long time until one during dinner asked, whether one something to drink would like. The plates were always cleared away quickly and sometimes you had to watch out that nothing whcih, which one perhaps still wanted to eat. We recommend in sunny beach only hotel with night and breakfast to book. ( unclear, whether this in this hotel possible) There are numerous restaurants in the area.     A medical center is directly at the hotel. The room would be cleaned daily and it were every day fresh towels made available. Maid service were very friendly. The frontdesk employees understand German/English. Some were however not so friendly. Depending on the service/layer. Conversion of the room because of the volume from the amusement park was not possible, because there were all booked up.

    Of the entertainment we did not use much. Once we could a dance at the pool and watch it thread about 3 evening events in the week instead of ( for example quiz) The bulgarian evening at the friday was however very disappointing. To we were happy to come home. However was the 'show' after 40 minutes past. I wanted a photo with the locals in costume to get but no chance. A girl has on my demand meant, that next friday a bulgarian evening was.

    The beach is directly in front of the hotel only separated by a pedestrian promenade separated. The loungers there are very expensive. Therefore probably very many guests on an ordinary towel ones. The sea is very nice, however not quiet as strong waves. The beach is on the whole clean up to a few cigarette butts by tourists. There are numerous shops and supermarkets ( some 24 hours open ) in the immediate area. Direct along at the beach there are around 2 to 3 kilometer long restaurants, bars, cafés, discos, McDonald's, subway, other fast food chains. Next to the hotel, there is an amusement park. This is from about 5:30 P. M. until (different) about 2 hours open early. Sunny beach is ideal for night owls. Whoever wanted a relaxed quiet vacation searches, is in the wrong place. Excursions are on the promenade or directly on the tour operator offered. Are however somewhat expensive. ( between and Euro per person ) for example mini cruise, quad biking, party boat, catamaran, daytrips Bulgaria...

It was a great vacation. Good and very varied and good tasting food. Many fruit, what especially pleased. Dishes, cutlery, glasses, tablecloths clean. The staff are very hard working. The rooms were very nice and clean. I could give more good letter, but only so much, next year we would to this hotel again and still friends with. Thanks! read more

Transfer time is often 30 minutes is true if you in Burgas land. Have Jahnreisengebucht landing in Varna transfer time 2:00 hours. Had a room with sea view before 24:00 o'clock can Sleep ( loud music) but there are Sunday.. Lots of shops restaurants to the entertainment. read more

Us the hotel has well accepted. Rooms were nice large and always very clean. We were in the new part building, had unfortunately the bad luck we much of the noise from the kimes noticed. But if the window it was, it was quiet and we could sleep well. read more

    The beach was super, everything very clean. Water temperature still 24 °C warm. What we however disturbed that the chairs and screens very expensive were, 8 leva = 4 €per part. Shops and restaurants were abundant until late at night. Excursions also much, recommendable is Nessebar and varna.

The room was with class view of the sea and very spacious. In addition the cleaning staff a very decent recruitment, as well as in the room, as well as on the whole hotel. What recommendable is are the cocktails at the pool bar ( should be paid separately) these were so much better than in the most bars.     There were three of us and have an apartment booked. Those gives it only with a view of the sea... However we were on the first floor and before us have trees the direct view of the sea concealed. Furthermore we were right on of the kitchen and our air ventilation was apparent with the air ventilation of the kitchen connected. At o'clock mornings we knew what it later to eat. All together but it was the room ideal for 3 people... It would be on the 3rd floor or above have, then it would be perfect.

    As already described above, we had all inclusive and we didn't regret it. The food you can not with Germany or Turkey comparisons, fries for example were always luke warm; but we always something edible found and everyday something other to eat given. The drinks were all not so good (we German have a good biergeschmack ) but also we are not dies of thirst. We were once outside of the hotel food, that was very delicious. But a delicious steak costs also cost almost 15 €. Of course too many pizza slices, burgers or hot dogs to eat would like, the need for a all inclusive book, because you can on every corner buy.

    As already often written was the waiters at the beach although it is very speedy, but the smile they have apparently forgotten. Apart from that the staff at the reception, in the restaurants and also the cleaning ladies very friendly. Cleaning of the rooms was also good. Admittedly, we wanted to a different room, however because the hotel allegedly written off was, didn't work.

    Sauna could one once on vacation visit, each visit costs 5 leva per person ( circa 2,70 Euro)... I found the somewhat a pity. Apart from that there are wi-fi by the pool and front desk... However again and again with breaks. Wi-fi key there is at the front desk. If you on the left hand side of the hotel is, get from davorgelegenen restaurant 'Neptun bar & food' a wi-fi purely; the password of which is: nopassword :-) We were each evening in various bars and clubs, there are really good... Markus becker sang a song: Ballermann in the balkans... This is really sunday.. Was really great.

Hotel and staff clean and friendly. View of the sea and to Nessebar. The food versatile with fruits and other treats. A drawback was for us, after the dinner on the terrace everything was very quiet, not even relax or entertainment. On the day animation excellent. A large drawback for us! A tresoranlage with many sicherheitsfächern and gegenschlussanlage next to the reception ( very uncomfortable). Nevertheless definitely again. read more

The hotel is really super and in particular very clean. The rooms are very spacious, friendly and brightly furnished. There is a mini bar where you found your own drinks for the cool can. This price the mini bar are ok. The bathroom is very big and clean, it was unfortunately only a socket, but a hair dryer is available you could live with it. There is a daily very thoroughly cleaned. In September there is hotel to 90% of seniors besieged, some were friendly and some very aggressive. The music from the bars and restaurants was not as bad ... as sometimes on the internet written, so it was ok. The glazing was great. Our room was on the 5 floor where we without any problems the free wi-fi have received. read more

    The meal times for all inclusive: breakfast 7:30-10:00, late risers breakfast -11:00. From 12:30 on the terrace bar pizza, fries and salad, and in the restaurant until: o'clock food. From 2:30 P. M. cakes and cookie and from 18:00 until 21:00 dinner. The buffet is varied and there was something for everyone. In September with all the seniors it was a combat area, as if the war break out would. The stood in front of the closed door and ran to the buffet and were very rude for the food get, small children, they sometimes just knocked down or spoons away. I had to more often times, whether you still have all, it is enough eat there, I have never experienced anything like that. However altogether very tasty and the glasses size as partly on the internet written was okay, you could yes more often walk or plastic cup give.

    A super praise goes to the cleaning crew from the 5 floor, always cleaned perfectly and really friendly. The barkeepers were not always in a good mood, but if you have a nice thanks and please for you was it very friendly. Some seniors were but also so rude, as I would also not be nice to have. A special mention for the waiter mitko, it was always super nice and had always a smile. Our daughter ( 4 years) was in love until over heels, hi hi.

    The beach was just a stone's throw and you could in between always something to drink at the pool bar and again to the beach walk, super. The prices for chair and an umbrella ever 8 leva, the sand is however great and you can also there are. The promenade is kilometers long from shops and restaurants, a dream for shoppingfreaks. We were in Nessebar and liked it not so really, the men in front of the restaurants people address were very rude. The town itself was a little dirty and expensive.

Staff at the pool bar very rude, food could be better ( hardly peppered). By the pool all of the beach chairs already at half 8 manned and too few available. Animation was very diverse and funny. read more
