The Steigenberger Hotel in Heringsdorf is a beautiful hotel - right on the waterfront. From here it is not far to the center, %blank% to Heringsdorf, as well as to Ahlbeck. The rooms are exceptionally beautiful, very comfortable. Very nice bathroom. Breakfast fresh, delicious and diverse. The menu for the restaurant lilienthal unfortunately somewhat to clear, only 3 fish dishes, 3 meat dishes. For good offer in the bar delbrück and bistro waterfront. The complete staff (bar, front desk, service) is very competent and friendly. Our stay was beautiful, we can only recommend the hotel and would gladly come again! read more

Opposite others Steigenberger-hotel is the choice of the breakfast not so good, the choice is a 4-star hotel (cheese modest) replenishment of fruit bad and unfortunately the dishes under temperaturhalter (bacon, small sausage) lauwar or cold.
Which as very annoying they found, the rooms were first at 16:00 hours cleared up, a time in which you like its excursions returns and tidy rooms have would or not the maids want to be disturbed. The hotel was not fully booked. Because of whose it was not very nice, that the appointment in the beauty area to be postponed and we ... our program have converted. We (mother, friend and daughter) have in the hotel my 50 sten birthday celebrated. The hotel was unexpectedly prepared and gave me a bottle of sparkling wine, a cakes and a love letter to the room ordered. Also during dinner we were very personally surprised with a glass of champagne. Although it at the hotel a chain acts, one as a guest by the personal appealing felt very much at ease. The rooms are a dream, the breakfast a pleasure and the booked half board a profit.

Everything was very good. Very beautiful hotel, right on the waterfront in Heringsdorf. Fantastic swimming pool (20 meters long), large whirlpool -pool in the interior area. Lots of possibilities in the spa area for relaxation.
Restaurant very good, breakfast fantastic with a massive selection the very well-kept and always aufgräumten buffet. Always brunch until 11:00 o'clock, at the weekend also until 12:00 o'clock.
Staff very friendly and attentive. Room very big and practically (many pillows in different sizes (four piece per person). Bed very comfortable. Bathroom with separated toilet-area, shower and bath tub separately.
All together could my ... husband and i only recommend the hotel. We had a very quiet and relaxing days by the 3a 9 january 2013. read more

Very beautiful hotel, i have first with a business trips met, later time for new year's privately.
Great spa, great possibilities for jogging. Great breakfast, stylish room.
Unfortunately is the service in the restaurant waterfront questionable, one hour waiting time on the food and then not cooked. Unfortunately we have also in the rsetaurant liliental this service to feel.
Half an hour waiting time on a glass of wine, there the food was cold!
Too few demand for your drink requests.

Very nice hotel with great location. The furnishing is very tastefully, both in the public areas, as well as the rooms. The staff (except in the main restaurant!) Is very friendly and hard-working.
Beautiful spa area, and a great bar. But unfortunately horrible food in the main restaurant. Bad selection (at the Baltic Sea - not a ostseefisch ), attempt on extras to make, which completely in the pants is! Absolutely incompetent and rude staff in the restaurant (we especially want to mention as friday Brown!). You knew neither the differences between the various red wines, knows you only one ... type of fish. Everything was confused and after note-rude comments. The restaurant is on kneipenniveau! Thus gladly we recommend the hotel, but food better go everywhere else! The answer to our complaint to the restaurant as we wait today! The handling of complaints is very bad! read more

Had a short break with new year's celebrations booked. It was just creepy. No atmosphere, terrible music. A poorly organized celebration. Not a day passed without 'bankruptcies bad luck and mishaps'. Whether it the food (buffet with lukewarm food instead of how menu), lack of towels in the wellness area, no music in the bar, failure of the announced aqua-gym on the 1st 1st or the decor was. It is impossible to list everything. It fit nothing to the price and the requirements of the hotel. The staff the direct guest contact had, one can only admire. They try the ... balance, which the management go wrong. For us this hotel not again into question. read more

As' repeaters it was a once again a pleasure, the beauty the hotel and their geographical embedding sacrificing hinzugben, to forget about everyday life, quite simply just to relax.
The room was in size and furnishing nothing to be desired, the service was starting at front desk, on the spa area to the the restaurants were very good and also the rich culinary delights of the kitchen you should allow yourself.

Before arrival, we have of course very many hotel reviews read and today say, that in our opinion from the negative reviews almost nothing to meet. Apart from the parking fees and the bottle mineral water on the room. We have a very nice week of vacation in this hotel spend. Particular emphasis should be on the bed, the mattress was perfect, otherwise you had 4 pillows to choose from. In the bathroom enough room, the toilet with a door separated.
Even the breakfast buffet left nothing to the imagination, the bread rolls are delicious, it is also again and ... again refilled and you can really sleep in, because it around 12 breakfast returns.
Well, the indoor swimming pool is not the largest, and I suspect, in the vacation period can you not so relaxation as we could, but in the summer you have the Baltic sea for swimming.
The hotel we can with quiet conscience, especially in the cold season. read more
