    The room was very modern and big. However was missing in the bathroom the door. At the front desk we were told, that this probably was broken and it is questionable, when it reinstated. A different room was not offered us. Because we only one night had booked, it was tolerable. Questionable remains, why such a room ever rented. There are deduction! There the room the street side, you heard the S-Bahn, and the traffic noise.

    The breakfast buffet was very good, with everything one needs for a good, relaxing breakfast needs. The service was quick and the atmosphere was relaxed, as the breakfast room very spacious and decorated up to date was.

    The service is good, although a little bit chilly. We have a lack of bathroom door criticized, whereupon we no change offered. Although we prior to had marked, that we anti-allergy bed linen need (due to a federallergie ), we have nonetheless comforters found. But they were immediately replaced. The service in the breakfast area was very good.

    The connection to the center is very good. To Alexanderplatz it is 5 minutes with the S-Bahn. The stop is right in front of the hotel. Walking is also the velodrome away, in which we have event had visited. Smaller shops, supermarkets and a gas station are in the immediate area. Because the hotel directly at a busy street and a S-Bahn line is, it is a bit loud at night.

At the hotel andel's Berlin is a 4 star hotel is very modern designed. Room and size of the bathroom more than enough. Very nicely furnished and sky tv (2 channels). Connections with metro directly to the hackescher markt. Breakfast very diverse and of the quality forth, very good (on new year's day even until 13,00 o'clock). S-bahn station nearby. In the skybar on the 14. floor it has a great view about the city Berlin. Spa area available (sauna, jacuzzi), we have unfortunately not used. Possibly smoking rooms available. read more

Great nice and clean hotel, top class! Right across the street the whole public transportation, S-Bahn, subway, tram in 10 minutes so what right on the Alexanderplatz! Friendliness from the staff especially at the front desk was very good! Highlight of course was the great wicked skybar on the 17 floor! So really bloody amazing hotel if i went back to Berlin drive then in any case to this hotel! read more

The hotel is a nice modern hotel at landsberger allee. The rooms are fine, but further down. Unfortunately we had a few problems with this hotel. read more

    The standard rooms are small. I don't understand, that hotels always so tiny closets install? For two people? There is not even half the suitcase purely. But this seems somewhat everywhere to be usual. The bed was beautifully large (probably 180). There was a mini bar and flat-screen tv. Air conditioning was also available, only it takes forever long time until it was warm in the room. As in the bathroom, there was a switch, we suspect it was used for the floor heating, but unfortunately worked not?! Or we did something wrong. Well well. But what really bothered us was the frosted glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. If you at night on toilet, then the whole bedroom it lit up. Also showering was horrible. Beautiful large shower (why no rainforest shower of it?!) But if you take a shower and all of a sudden the water between lukewarm and brühend hot and you just below is the really not pleasant.

    The hotel features several restaurants. We ate only one night at the buffet. Was rather below average. The dishes heard all great, but was very bland, hardly seasoned. Had still salt and pepper slap on. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. I in a 4 star hotel expected. There was small bread rolls, the looked as if they would come as rolls of the thanks opposite. I would have myself already fresh rolls from the bakery or myself wished. The scrambled eggs was good and the selection of jam, peanut butter and so on. There was a few sausage but also in two days we there were always the same. On two days there were hot waffles. Well something alternation is probably too much requires...

    Now to the service. I must say, since we have lots of different facets seen. Alone already when we arrived. Of course we were friendly welcomed. But if you arrive, its name says on the you reserved, and the nice lady at your computer and then says' they would not have yesterday to arrive are?' Since starts the vacation with its best side. Well, first she found our reservation only not at all to my name. Then after 10 minutes on the name of the party. Understand one must not. She emphasised only, the using often. Well, at least we got then a room, and even before the official check-in time. The staff in the restaurant was also very varied in the service and friendliness. There was a very friendly nice mr, only took sometimes a very long time. There you had to 10 minutes to its hot chocolate wait, and you thought you were forgot. Then there but also a ladies just the three-quarters total orange juice from the table, and with the rest clear before you act. Well for a 4 star hotel i expect as somehow different. Now to our larger problem which we the hotel had. At the last day our stay we gave our bags in the hotel from around this later in the evening pick up before our train home was. Well well and good, but it is not so great, if one only times 15 minutes to the front desk have to wait, because only a receptionist at the front desk is, the other guests about restaurants informed. We mentioned twice, we would have been in a hurry and need to train and need only our suit-cases and, if because otherwise no staff were available. They apologized in a schnippischen tone and said this. Another gentleman came after 15 minutes and took our märkchen for the luggages and came with a strange suitcase. I said, that this is not my bags is, he replies but, that the märckchen but since dranhinge. Ja funny i see now my own bags not more? We looked so in the trunk after, nothing (we thought). Strange was also, that of another woman also the bags was missing, and in this the flugtickets the whole reisetruppe were. Well, the end of the story was, the suitcases could supposedly whole time in the trunk and as we said, we would have still looked the bags is as not, they told us only, but there was. Well well, we were glad, that the suitcase ' there was' or never path was, we could not prove. But this whole operation i found already very extreme. Because several koffermärkchen swaps have been. But good. At the end are the guests to blame and not man the luggages taken has.

    There is a spa the two saunas, and a hot tub included. Everything was clean, but only used it once. As a young woman one feels somewhat uneasy if you are between naked older men in the jacuzzi sitting. But everyone has there own opinion, that's why i prefer no stars from.

    The hotel is directly opposite the s-and metro landsberger allee tram stop. With these you around 15 to 30 minutes to the sights of berlin. Unfortunately, we had a room to the train tracks, which really really loud. If all 15 minutes a tram drove past we could this every time hear. Opposite is a passage where all bits.

Already the 2. time we were guests of this very nice hotels in Berlin. Wishes, about the room or the floor, courteous at the front desk and The met. The binding to the public transportation is great, the rooms, as well as the bathroom are modern and equipped with a lot of attention to detail. Our room was daily to our complete satisfaction cleaned. A huge plus is this hotel for the in our opinion reasonable price 10 Euro/day for The parking in the hotel's, mehretagigen underground car park (for Berlin good value for money) Less we enjoyed the ' ... weak, rather lukewarm coffee ' for breakfast and the on the day of arrival criticized, non-functioning refrigerator also until the departure (after 3 days) still didn't work! All in all - a good hotel - really recommendable! read more

    The fitness center is 24 hours open and well equipped. A pool there are unfortunately not - however is right next to the S-Bahn station landsberger allee the ' sse swimming and sprunghalle in the Europa-sportpark '.

Trip to the christmas shopping Hotel lies a bit far away from, but the connection is good and you can have it at any time good. Decor is very nice. Modern, stylish, nice colors and everything was well thought out. Breakfast is ok. Fresh, delicious and reasonable choice of hotel standards in accordance with. But at full occupancy of the restaurant comes the service with the cleanliness not quite afterwards. But recommendable overall and very nice. read more

Very nice hotel, however there were in our case some glitches. We could our room not as agreed upon are, but only a later time of day, because it mistake at the cleaning there was. Besides was our heating defect. We both at the front desk noted. The heater repaired, for late available position of the room, it was half-hearted apology. The total was dealing with two complaints not satisfactory, because the problem though more or less resolved, the staff however nothing special friendly and not accomodating was. The hotel was fine for us, because clean and not too far ... from the city center away, especially good service but you should not expect. read more

The hotel is very spacious and decorated up to date. On the top floor there is a bar with a wonderful view over Berlin and good cocktails. The rooms were clean, big enough and stylish furnished. The bathroom could a bit bigger need to be. The waiters at the front desk was friendly, however not really fast and made a very bored to me. The breakfast was convincing, both in choice and quality as well as presentation of the dishes. Tram stops right in front of the hotel. Directly opposite there is a small shopping center with a pharmacy and ... several fast food stalls. Overall a good hotel for admittedly somewhat better equipped budget. read more
