Window on the 8th floor very drafty, (at cold days I wouldn't want to live there). Water pressure in wannenbrause very small! Tv-channels for guests from German speaking room very little (only Eurosport and satellite. 1)
Location is very good, but own events it was loud in the house ( especially in the upper floor)
We were the room in floor 8 at the check-in very well advertised, was unfortunately it is not so good for a four star -category read more

The hotel looks from the outside very smart, is the location easy to reach and made a very good impression. The floors are very dark and looks quite old ( nevertheless clean), have but also their own charm.
The hotel we have including breakfast booked. The hotel is quite large and takes all nationalities and age groups.
The staff at the reception spoke good English, the room staff, as well as the waiters only speak spanish, a communication is however more or less possible.
Only points for us, that the hotel inside really dark is, our air conditioning not cool ... and the room to cold smoke smelled. read more

The hotel in the heart of Valencia is a ideal starting point for those on a city break, in brief (5 to 10 minutes walk) are Metro, EMT (buses) and bus touristy to reach. Directly in front of the hotel there are 3 nice and beautiful restaurants. A friendly and accommodating staff round the hotel positive from. Only drawback for German speaking: there are only 2 channels (satellite. 1 and Euro sport) and the picture is not good. However whose who want to already longer time in hotel room when television spend ;-) read more

Very good city hotel, however in need of renovation room. They are although it is very nice, but somewhat moldy. In the bathroom is in the shower mold to find and on the ceiling it was partly only scheme about pinselt. The strength of the hotel is the location, the size of the rooms, the bar and especially the breakfast buffet on the roofs of valencia. read more

Near to the center, lots of bars in the area from approximately 200 meters, everything to reach on foot. Parking in the garage around the corner ( approximately 50 meters). Beautiful breakfast room on the top floor with wide view and good and varied offer of the meal. read more

The Astoria palace is due to its very central location, right in the heart of the city, a first choice for a city break the in valencia. All attractions are within walking distance to. The hotel is for a city break to recommend, calm side street and nevertheless Central. Of the hotel from the distance can walk to most attractions. We have booked including breakfast, it was sparkling wine, fresh squeezed orange juice, a variety of coffees, Serrano ham, boiled eggs, ham, cheeses, cereals, fruit etc. so everything what the heart Friday desire. Warm dishes you had to order but with the service staff, sometimes some time use what has made. Directly in front of the hotel is a small square with a fountain and small restaurants. We can highly recommend the tavern las ... meninas, good price/performance ratio, clean and very nice operator couple. If you walked in one of the numerous Tabe rnas, restaurants etc. at the Plaza Ajuntament, or in the district of El Carmen food is it to some expensive and not necessarily better. One should absolutely visit the L Óceanografic, with the bus line 35, the bus ride cost 1.30 and across the street from the train station. you should plan a day but, because it is very much watch. The price of about 25 is more than justified, for an unforgettable experience! We are already the second time this year to valencia, where they have been and still not everything, this city has to discover always again new. We are coming again! read more

Well-equipped room with something to expensive Internet access. The location and facilities of the hotel make it ideal for business and/or leisure. We had booked the hotel as part of a five-day city break due to the good reviews. Our expectations were exceeded. The quiet location of the hotel without traffic within short walking distance to many attractions of valencia, the general competence and the foreign language competence of the staff and a relatively large clean room with a large bathroom speak for this hotel. Wishes expressed by mail at the reception because of the location of the room were met. The breakfast with a large dining fruit and beverages is served in a room in the ninth floor with beautiful views ... of valencia and completely corresponded to the standard of four star hotel.
