Straightforward hotel complex with short laufwegen with 127 rooms. For cleanliness large value, for example will whole day in the hotel and at the beach raked. Very good all inclusive services. Wi-fi in of the lobby worked well. Guests were from the entire world there. read more

    We had the most basic room. It had an appealing size with a balcony, free safe, refrigerator, kettle with tea and coffee, lcd tv and well-functioning air conditioner. The bathroom was very large, toilet and large shower through wall. It was everything available. Closets and storage space sufficiently available. For the plug sockets was no adapter is needed. Everything very clean. Water for brushing teeth was always available.

    There was a main restaurant, in the morning buffet, as well as 24 hours à-la-carte food there, sometimes in the evening buffet. A restaurant, which only evenings in attractive clothes can be visited, is only a la carte and very nice. In the afternoon you can still get some snacks. The beverages, especially cocktails taste very good, there is but also all sorts of wine, beer and all non-alcoholic drinks, as well as coffee, espresso... The pool bar from 9a 18 o'clock opened and the lobby bar almost always. Make sure you get all-inclusive book. Prices: lunch buffet 16 $, dinner 25 $, cocktails 7.75 $. The food in the evening had mostly a slogan, for example indonesian. And left no wishes open. Simply only super! Very well maintained atmosphere. White tablecloths and napkins.

    There were all very, very friendly. At the front desk was also speak german. Problems were solved immediately, for example rooms with 2 beds get, with a large bed. Everyday the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. Child care and medical care very were available. The service in the restaurants great.

    There were different offers the entertainers, for example air rifle shooting, table tennis, water aerobics and so on. And various demonstrations, for example mixed cocktails,, cooking... The entertainers were nice and not intrusive. The beach and pool are very nice. It were always enough beach chairs and umbrellas available. Everything in good quality. The pool always very clean. Showers by the pool available. Evening different shows or live music offered. There is a room for karaoke and billiards, darts... As well as a well-equipped large fitness room and a beautiful spa area. Everything is air-conditioned.

    The hotel is directly at the beach. The airport is about a 20-minute drive (no traffic) away. Shopping possibilities directly in front of the hotel. Restaurants we didn't use. Taxis and the driver you get. The nightlife is more in Kuta.

The area is wonderful with a landscaped garden, a real small paradise. All very clean and well-kept. The staff is extremly friendly and accommodating. Staff partly speak german. The beach is rather small but very well maintained. Blue ribbon in Ali was completely enough. Very nice hotel pool, with chairs, a bar and everything right paraphernalia. read more

    The rooms were correct big and spacious. We had the premium room with over 50 meters², very clean, with marble floors and bath with marble. Cleaning the room perfect. We had a balcony with a view of the garden and pool. Room had nice furniture, modern, flat screen fernsehe. Bed is huge and comfortable-could sleep very well. Mini bar is available, but with 'blue' not free of charge. Air conditioning worked well. Kettle and all utensils for coffee and tea were also available.

    There are 3 restaurants a pool and a lobby bar. Buffet selection is otherwise a good familiar mix of local and international cuisine. You can on the complex always, so 24 hours à-la-carte food. At noon there are by the pool a buffet and evening generally either at the beach or on a lawn directly at the beach a buffet was set up. In the main restaurant - the 24 hours restaurant there were in the morning and from time to time stop also evening buffet. By all means book all-inclusive. (it is worthwhile already alone because of the drinks). The food was really delicious and tolerable. It was always clean everywhere.

    The service in this hotel is very good, was exactly like we it from a multi-award winning hotel of the class are. Staff always friendly and tried the wishes from the eyes. Almost everyone understood english at the front desk also german. Room service always unobtrusive and thorough. Towels were changed daily. Cleaning staff zips always somewhere around, so that the complex clean. Complaints are immediately.

    By the pool was a table set up, on which all activities out went. We have these however not made. The entertainers were - what we were very pleased - not intrusive. At the beach and at the pool we have at any time of the day found a pool chair. Entertainment dinner was very nice-you could with the food beautiful show watch and listen.

    About the location you can say, very good, only 30 minutes from the airport. The hotel is located right next to beach. Small shops are also around the hotel to find. The beach with the chairs and umbrellas also very good. But there is directly in front of the hotel a 24 hours supermarket and atm. No mass tourism. The guest structure is mixed. While we were there, there were apart from german there were also english, dutch, australian, swiss, austrians and russians. Children were rather rare to see.

It was our second stay on Bali, the staff very friendly, the hotel is for a swimming vacation good to Highly recommend. Very good spa in the hotel. Otherwise everything is to the hotel already described. The hotel we can Recommend with a good conscience. The locals food was excellent by Spanish tapas and salads added. Wiener Schnitzel, black forest cherry cake and pizza possible, but not necessary. Almost every evening or at least every second evening buffet at the beach respectively in the garden. Of high quality Showprogramme. Service and staff simply great. Pleasant also the mix of nationalities. Freshly squeezed juices without extra charge and in the room coffee and tea available. read more

An all-round successful vacation, where everything was perfect. The warmth of Balinese people is amazing, as you can only be in a good mood. Excursions should you individually. We have 2 wonderful excursions done with our lovely and fun guide Hans ( hansregon @ Yahoo. Com) whom one could really ask everything which country, religion and people subject. And not to forget its driver. Simply an e mail time and already he is and one there can great excursions book. read more

It was a excellent vacation. All expectations have been met. The hotel was exactly so, as one called in the hotel descriptions again. Always friendly and helpful staff. The location directly at the beach is simply only ingenious. There is however Times, where you don't stay in sea swim (EBB). We could only the last 2 days from midday. If the flood comes, all kinds of greens drives in the water. The staff are tried, the as quickly as possible to remove. The guest structure is mixed. Many Australians, German, Dutch and Spanish. A few Russians. Recommendable a trip is ... into the inland. Can directly in the hotel are arranged. We had a driver and travel guide only for us in an air-conditioned car. Costs for 2 people: 80 euros. A bit of English you should already can, if you after Bali want to travel. In short: a dream holiday in a very beautiful hotel. By all means book all-inclusive. read more

The hotel is normally in a well-kept and clean state. The rooms are on three floors and stand out in a you shape around the gardenand pool area. Directly by the pool closes beach section at. The hotel offers an all inclusive at, this is in 3 categories staggered. The guest structure was very international and consisted of couples, families with children but also alone travellers and small groups.     The rooms are generous and equipped with everything that you need. ( mini bar, climate, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, coffee& tea facilities, safe, telephone, tv is available) the standard rooms are relatively new furnished and you can tell that a renovation not very long ago.     Altogether has that Melia benoa several restaurants, which all with the standard (blue)- all inclusive booking to be able to receive visits. Directly below the lobby is located the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner always is available. Besides there is still another specialties restaurant ( for example indochinesische dishes...) a pool restaurant ( for example for lunch). Evenings partly at the beach or in the garden a buffet and you will have to sit by candlelight and live music and eats and drinks. The quality the offered food was very good and fresh, generally was very the cleanliness in the restaurants respected and very quickly served, cleared and again clean. To choose from we can say that we in the week in this hotel every day different food at the buffet or à la carte restaurant could try. Next to Indonesian dishes there were also normal international cuisine the offers will. One can assume that something there for every taste is. Special requests for example without garlic and so on are met. The selection a drink was also really reasonable. In addition to non-alcoholic drinks as water, juices, coke and so on you could also local beer (Bintang), red and white wine and cocktails free order.

    Immediately upon arrival you welcomed in a friendly manner. A welcome drink will be directly after arrival in the hotel served and one warm and welcomed friendly. Since we after 23:00 o'clock in the hotel arrived we were very glad that everything really quick and smoothly functioned and the luggage in the room. In the à la carte restaurant we could even a dinner get. During the stay they were all very friendly and accommodating. Also the room service made his job very thorough and reliable. For questions was at the front desk competent and understandable English one helped. On further services as for example Laundry, doctor and so on the hotel offers the desired standard in this category.

    Next to the usual activities was water aerobics, Boccia and so on offered. In the evening there was every day the possibility live music heard or locals as well shows evaluate. Any animation was unobtrusive offered. Beach and pool area were generally very clean and it was at the beach always enough chairs available. It was by the pool area was a bit tight with the chairs number. There was simply always still people who my you could lie reserve. The staff are but here accommodating if one inquires and helps also gladly to a free space and generates the problems with the love 'practice' sometimes that sea was very nice for swimming. Of course, the sea by the tides and you have at least once a day the ebb tide the bathing then a bit rough. However therefor is then a pool available.

    The distance from the airport to the hotel is on the average good 20 minutes. Subject, of course, from Balinese traffic. The area around Tanjung benoa in the the hotel lies is generally a bit quiet and easily from the commotion outside. Options for shopping (Malls, etc..) are in 5 to 10 minutes by taxi away. On foot you can at the beach along smaller shops and Massagestände on foot reach. As a starting point for Ganztagesausflüge the hotel is also in the best way suitably. Within the hotel complex you can reach everything very fast because the big of the hotel manageable and one of the lobby from to the beach really only 2 minutes had to go.

We booked over meiers world trips and were grossly disappointed. The vacation has 4000 euros cost and the money not worth. The hotel is maximum 2 stars European level. In the lobby we have 2 rats seen, to the way in the bar and kitchen made. The mattresses were after deducting completely ruined, with edges. So really only ekelig. we complained meiers and have only a minimum repayment get. the Meier world trips this hotel offers, I would not for possible held. Perhaps what one offered also know. never again I would this hotel be explored. We find, has never ... other seen. not recommendable. read more

Great wedding vacation with minor errors. My conclusion: the hotel you can only recommend. Highly recommendable trips were to do on the island. Downside: it is a very, very long flight from Germany. read more

The hotel is very nice, in the hotel's three restaurants taste the food was excellent. The beach was right outside the hotel. And it was hardly a request not met. All-inclusive is almost a must, as the prices in the hotel quite high! So can only recommend to everyone! We will definitely go back! read more

This year we were already for the fourth time in Bali and, after 2003 and 2009 for the third time at the Melia Benoa. We really enjoyed our vacation there again and we will definitely return. The welcome upon our arrival was very friendly. We were greeted by many people at the front desk, but also in the restaurants and bars recognized and instantly felt like home. The food in the restaurants was very good again, the service and the friendliness of the staff in the restaurants as well as on/in the bars stay exemplary. All staff in the service ... area speak good English, some have a bit of German spoken. If you see of us wanted to read, please look at our review from last year (about our profile accessable). On the positives: our previous stay nothing has changed. Also in this year were many tour groups at the hotel. Unlike the last year but this time these didn't stand out negatively. The hotel is now 14 years old. Since last year, there is a new management, with some points, which we are critical: - until the last year there was the possibility, waterball in the pool and basketball. We are now not possible anymore, since the baskets and gates were lost. We thought that was a pity, because we always fun. - Ds hotel has been that way for two years has progressively renovated and modernized. We consider this very positive. Unfortunately also work will be running performed, what lärmintensiv or facilities which are of the guests busy. So is currently the complete roof of the hotels newly laid ( inclusive. box springs). Especially when in areas around the pool area, this is due to the construction noise development not very relaxing. Also is now scheduled through December 22 the main restaurant "El Patio" closed due to renovations. Breakfast and dinner are now where appropriate in the auditorium "Paseban". Here would be advised to make sure the management for these works have been the hotel in off-peak times to close for a month and work on this time concentrated arrival. Work, which was in the back of the hotel (in direction front desk) carried out, but in the pool or beach area as good as not noticeable and therefore not disturbing. - That bothered us is that it is now the possibility to reserve tables in the restaurant. Has to be the hotel be careful not to this in the future Kapazitätsproblemen leads. It is safe no objections where, as in the past - for special occasions (for example childbirth or anniversary) tables for people and particularly decorated. But a general possibility we see very critical. This is particularly if groups - as was the case in our stay action - half of the restaurant with possessions drawn up and other guests may eat/need to tables in the foyer. Here the management should other solutions. - The hotel is at the pool bar for soft drinks from the staff at the bar in the glass on edition of drinks cans moved. With regard to the Müllproblematik in Bali we see this somewhat critical. Despite these negatives, who work exclusively for the management and not against the staff, we can thoroughly recommend the hotel. Here are some tips: The hotel offers three room categories: Deluxe Room, premium room, and executive suite. To this end, you know that the deluxe rooms for non-renovated rooms which we know not toward the garden, but only in the direction of the hotel adjacent market. We therefore recommend, at least "premium" to book. All inclusive is now available in three different categories, namely AI blue, all inclusive silver or all-inclusive gold. By default, by German Organisers mostly all inclusive blue. There is an upgrade, from our point of view it is worth making this but not. All inclusive blue covers all the key benefits with the exception of mini-bar and laundry service, which are included in the all inclusive silver. The additional price is up to $25 per person per night. read more

The Melia Benoa was the last our three hotels in Bali as part of our honeymoons and we stayed here for a week. We would have liked to two more of it. It is truly a beautiful hotel, of course, a bit older, but you notice it at any point. On the contrary, we had the impression that they really made an effort to the hotel, the food and so on. Still gr0ßartiger. In the lobby there are three beautiful Daybeds one with heaven. There is absolutely beautiful in the evening kuschelnd the drinks, all were ok. Of course, the ... cocktails were not as good as a local cocktail bar, but you wouldn't expect! At the pool there were always on request, the bananas milkshake is excellent. There was always and really always enough chairs at the pool and beach and the wet towels could be changed against dry at any time. On the beach there are also offered diverse beach chairs in which to relax and be able to make for two. The food is really excellent-we travel a lot, we often stay all inclusive, but this was auergewöhnlich good. Great choice, very good quality ( especially the Italian restaurant on the beach) and just fantastic romantic candlelit only always with live entertainment tender in the background. Very, very great. The room was huge, great furniture, comfortable beds, only downside - air conditioning is very loud and have to sleep at night. Otherwise it was super! From here we looked at us a lot in Bali and can therefore only recommend Jonli rep. Easy even look up under Bali. Not! R is fluent in German, has worked for Meyers and is now self-employed. Highly recommended are of course the rice terraces and a highlight for us was Uluwatu. The spa area was normal expensive, outside safe also cheaper, but really very good. Our treatments never regret it and the therapists seemed very competent. We can definitely recommend the hotel and we would also like to wiederhin at any time. read more

Very relaxing for looking to relax. All employees were very friendly and courteous. Our first room was a smoking room, but When we got without complications another. All in all a very nice holiday in a lovely hotel on a lovely island. read more

Rooms are tired, showering in the bathtub. Room was a bit musty, musty smell. Air conditioning was very noisy. Staff very friendly. From 14 hours the water swimming back then not possible. Around 6 :30pm, it is already dark. read more

The hotel was great, but be careful with delivery SUFFICE CREDITCARDS like eurocard Otherwise it could you would happen as we did. We spent 5 days that we were gone home, suddenly a direct debit from 80 euros from account And, even though we checked out properly and our bill as minibar paid I wrote a mail and after 3 days During our stay We had the signs of the restaurants for your belongings damaged and would charge us accomodated 80€ in The trick is, but we have done nothing wrong And if you could us Auscheckung aswer. Very nice hotel, the staff was super friendly. The entertainment was decent but if you wanted always found something to eat. The food was varied and extensive. When the hotel features 120 rooms was full during the people get lost in the evening was the buffet but with long lines. Very nice large rooms with a shower really deserves its name. The beach was cleaned regularly, the sea is very dirty. It is everything thrown away. The is the biggest challenge the government to solve the trash problem. It was very nice, again we want to do the long flight. read more
