We had in return for friends, a "suite with balcony" - but there was also room, in which you couldn't open the windows and shutters, because behind the next Hausmauer was ... We had, as I said, a balcony, with direct (a)view in the across the residences, where one could really everything watching, if you wanted. So when we were also always the shutters and windows to ... Bathroom: NARROW, dirty, broken ... Terrible

Breakfast: Can I can't comment on, I only orange juice, coffee, - and it was both not good. I think there was half board, but considering the breakfast we did not impressed ...

They tried hard. But mostly without success. We even managed to get in the late evening, that we get a drink in the bar. But finally found then stopped. There were certainly 20 people there but they wanted to sell nothing more. Breakfast had something else (sometime the bread, then the coffee, ah yes the plates were sometimes ... ) and it takes forever to be yours.

Stopped comparing, dingy, unorganized - but for the price you can't ask for more in Greece! Other hotel guests it is for example. Happened that you are arrived back for the night and their room was empty. Not even the toothbrush was still there. The staff had commissioned a whole floor for a group empty rooms and so the guests move without their knowledge. Such a thing I actually have never experienced something like that.

Bahnhofsviertel, Rotlichtgegend, many shady characters. As a woman traveling alone I would never be. The walk to old town although within walking manageable, but in these circumstances can become very long ...

The room was quite small, simply furnished, not too modern, but if don\'t want anyway to spend too much time it is OK. The streets were very busy and noisy, so many vehicles all the time, so we didn\'t go out to the balcony. The room and the bathroom was clean.

It was very boring and not too delicious. We asked only for breakfast but is was more than enough. It was allowed to smoke in the restaurant and there were a lot of smoker (mainly local Greek people and Russian tourits) which is not too pleasent when you are a non-smoker and you want to eat your breakfast.

The staff was most of the time friendly and helpful, but some of them did not really speak English, or they did not understand simple questions. Check-in was ok. We arrived from the airport very early (before 5 a. m.) and they gave us the possibilty to leave our luggage in a safe place, and offered us tea and coffee. They tried to help us spending our time as good as possible. When we organized trips on our own (to Delphoi and Sounion) we could ask for information from the hotel staff.

No such facilities.

A too big hotel to feel good. Dark and grey walls and corridors, the elevator was very small, and not enough for so many guests, the restaurant was quite unfriendly, and the food is really boring if you spend there more days. Only some staff people spoke English. The hotel is closed to the metro, it is their advangate. And it is cheap in comparison with other hotels in Athens.

Quite in the centre, closed to the metro and bus stops, the ancient city is just some stations to go. Good shopping facilites, many stores, banks, restaurants in the neighborhood. No possibility to park. It is very noisy, and the air is very polluted if you go out to the balcony.
