We do not understand, why some people here about the hotel to suspend have.
We stayed over christmas 5 wonderful days at the Arosa spa Kitzbühel and
I can't report anything negative, completely on the contrary, we can it only each really recommend.
The ski shuttle to the lift was perfect, all of the staff were just warm and friendly (not fake ) the food was the absolute best. The buffet the streif restaurant was unbelievably varied and very tasty - everything was fresh and plentiful. Also the breakfast was absolute best, we have rarely seen such a selection in ... a 5 star hotel. Also the restaurant Monti mare was great and very romantic, very recommendable!
After skiing in the saunas and in the spa area-simply the perfect relaxation. Also the massages are really very recommendable, we had a st. Barth harmony few massage-amazing.
The place you can in 10 minutes on foot walk, not a problem.
We will definitely stay there again and the other houses the chain visit.
If you are looking for relaxation, good food loves and a warm hospitality to experience would like is in the Arosa spa Kitzbühel perfect cared for. Strong praise and thanks to the entire team for the wonderful days! read more

Beautiful, lavish designed hotel, quiet (s) room, good and large bathroom with generous shower. Well structured bar area, chic, open fireplace. The smokers lounge could be more spacious. There are probably more smokers than we thought. Sumptuous breakfast buffet in the something for every taste should have. Didn't try everything \u263a spa and pool were top. Prudent sauna, makes professional infusions. The 5. star purchases one however not with architecture, nice view, good food and wi-fi internet access, but with the people the people. Big praise the service staff in the bar area, which us attentive, discreet and friendly cared. ... Valley station Hahnenkamm is on foot not reachable, is however because of the shuttlebusdienstes no role. read more

Formerly beautiful room, unfortunately very worn. Stains in the carpet, view unfortunately in the inner courtyard, everyone can all into the room look! Very dirty, bad it bed, otherwise was not recognizable, the room service there was. Spa was crowded, which was probably due to the season could. Wi-fi free of charge, but only very limited merely at of the lobby/bar and not one step further. Breakfast was just. Half board means evenings below average buffet, rather in a three-star hotel to find. A culinary flop! This smell the food in the entire hotel. Staff overburdened, long waiting periods with ... the order. Our bottle came to the end of the 2. Ganges/piled up. Otherwise seems to at the front desk not for our complaints to have interested. We wanted because of the bad service and the quality of the kitchen the good faith in advance booked half board unsubscribe; was unfortunately not possible, a responsible not to speak. Location of the hotel good, only few minutes on foot away from the center.
Service had the whole range of unfriendly to very competent and ready to help we had every day the whole bandwidth, unfortunately for a five star hotel.
Half board likewise from excellent to dreist and cold everything was there,
Breakfast buffet was excellent.
Spa was disappointing. No supervision, evenings limited cleanliness.
Massages too expensive for the value, with exception the pool was good. read more

We had a little bad luck at the check-in, since here the staff completely overburdened was. Disadvantage of the hotel the few room with real balcony. The arrival was already great, we were greeted with a drinks and luggage, etc. Everything worked out perfectly.
The suite (we had the kaiser suite) was huge & the view wonderful. Cleanliness was perfect and also the staff really friendly. You feel very at ease and cared for!

It was really fantastic. A hotel adorable. To eat I can't say that we had only with breakfast. However the Standardfrühstücks -coffee you should not drink, that is not anything. But you can have a coffee his election order.

The hotel has a nice complex. The spa area is really nice, unfortunately you always had to over the entire 'marktplatz' to go with him to arrive. We had the half board. The staff at breakfast were is very friendly, evenings the staff were rather unfriendly. The food was rather average. But had a large offer. The fish and the vegetarian dishes were not so appetizing.
Our room was unfortunately small, dark and dirty. The floor was nasty stains and the lampshades also. Shower and toilet had water stains, in any cleaning fixed were.
The room was in the rear ... area of the hotel. We had loads of stairs and elevators take around to the spa, marktplatz or food to come. However the room was really nicely decorated (with roses and a gift of the hotel to our honeymoon). Really nice. Unfortunately, that the rest was not quite as nice! Room service was twice requested (refresh and luggage pick-up) and no only run. We have a day parking for free. At least. The staff has we didn't completely convinced: after the spa we came no longer in our room inside. We had loads of stairs and elevators to take to the front desk to arrive, the us three times a new card development, before the road with us is, to find out, that it is a further away and the battery on the door is empty! We had to go to the bathrobe wait and cold and we were not even a drink at the bar for the period or circumstances offered. And the for a five-star hotel? We were not really loved it! The marketplace information on half way in a deep conversation deepened and has also not hard.

The hotel fulfilles all wishes. It was by far one of the best hotels which I so far visited.
There is really almost no point of criticism.
From the check-in, over the room, the location and the view, the food, as well as the sporting activities ( the offer for courses and care the sport), the fitness room and wellness area - there is nothing to fault. The daily changing Saunaufguss offers something for everyone and very professional and friendly carried out!
Very convinced the so-called ' hostess'. With their can one all Info to the hotel, the region or ... excursions ask.
The booked wellness Anwedung was really worth the money.
At two days however was the service in the restaurant respectively terrace clearly understaffed. Thus it came to longer waiting times ( Bill, used dishes). The is however also the only small point of criticism I a-Rosa -hotel statement.
