Hotel in a great location. Bus and subway nearbyin the check in there were misunderstandings due to the booked breakfast. But friendly cleared up. Our children (9 + 11) received a 'welcome package' with toys and to redeem coupons 3 at the bar. Suite with 2 rooms, separated by the hallway, in which the 'kitchenette' (Micro, sink, dishes) is. Commodious bathroom. Room on the seventh floor with a view of London eye. Breakfast very good, staff are very friendly. Sauna from (broken?), Turkish OK. All in all uncomfortable.
Highlight for our children after sightseeing marathon in the evening: County hall ... on the London eye (10 pence) with slot machines and afterwards at the bar Redeem coupons.
the hotel is very highly recommended- overall for families. read more

I was with 2 friends for 3 days in January in this hotel, it is really super, very beautifully prepared and was also the rooms were large and comfortable. The employees all nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is also good. The hotel lies also very central, recommendable nonetheless if you sights london want to see. The room of us was something to cold, but that is the only negative. I would come back to this hotel. read more

A clean and very well located hotel, with easy access to local networks (Waterloo-train station right next door), West Mister in about 5 minutes walking distance.
London eye is immediate nearby, westmister abbey, big Ben in walking distance, not far from Buckingham Palace.
you can from this hotel many sights both on foot, as well as with REACH.
negative:
1) room was on the arrival day at 11:00 A. M. not finished yet, if you have wait to 1:00 P. M.
2) on our request for a room not towards the train station (, because loud) of the ... front desk with the clue answered: for about 15 pounds we could you a other rooms offer (, even though other with the same category available were).
we left our backpacks at the front desk around the city to explore, late in the evening we received after 19:30 repeated request a room without extra charge!
otherwise the hotel is recommendable nonetheless. read more

An excellent hotel for a London visit. Is very centrally located, 400 meters from the London Eye. From Heathrow airport you take the piccadily line to piccadily station, in the bakerloo line to Waterloo station, five minutes walk to the hotel. There are many sights within walking distance (Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London aquarium. Buckingham Palace) bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The rooms were very spacious, clean, with a double bed, a sofa, and two flat-screen televisions equipped safe. At the front desk was also spoken in German. Very good European breakfast for about €twelve 00. We ... will be back to this hotel. read more

The hotel is located near Waterloo Station and the Westminster bridge and is therefore a good starting point for various attractions. The hotel made a clean impression. The breakfast offered next to the usual beans, bacon and eggs, jams, cereals, fruit, sausage and cheese. Unfortunately, you had to wait a bit during rush hour, or you are in the bar. Drinks at the bar were very expensive. Our room was large enough, had two tv, kettle, microwave, some dishes and a minibar. In the bathroom there was a shower and a bathtub. We would definitely recommend this hotel because of ... its location again. read more

The park Plaza is a great hotel, if you möche to explore London. The location on the Waterloo station is great. You have a wide range of possibilities with the bus or the tube to explore the city. The hotel itself is no beauty from the outside, but inside it is very modern furnished. The check-in was no problem. but you should-as in the entire hotel-speak English. Can you relate the rooms at 14:00 o'clock. We had a studio with two rooms, a small corridor, a kitchenette with mini bar, and tea making facilities improvement was. Likewise there was ... an iron and ironing board. The bathroom is quite small, but very nicely decorated, and had even shower and bathtub. The rooms were very well sound proofed. The breakfast was for English conditions with sausage, cheese, various cereals, yogurt, fruit salad and the inevitable: sausages, baked beans and so on. The staff were on the ball and always cleared quickly. However the premises for the size of the hotel too small, so that one had to wait at peak times or in the bar or in a meeting room had breakfast. The prices in the bar in the evening were quite high, but there are enough other options in London. We would book the hotel again at any time! read more

The hotel is recommended!
the rooms clean and convenient equipped. But a bit small (superior double room).
To complain about is, the shower and bath were very high and unfortunately the bathtub. So there were problems at the hop on and off. We also loved the sliding glass door to the bathroom.
This rattled quite and is not as close as a normal door.
The staff was very nice and helpful!
We booked the breakfast was very varied and delicious. There is a hot and cold meals, fruit and fruit salad. Toast, rolls, muffins, Panncake, croissants and, and, and.
All ... major toppings and spreads. I don't know how much different sorts of cereals and much more.
At the end of our short get aways we were able to store our luggage until departure.
The location of the hotel is unique! Three minutes up to the london eyes (we could see from our hotel rooms). Five minute walk to big ben/pants of parliament, westminster abbey and only a bit longer to walk to trafalgar square.
We will at the next visit of london will definitely choose this hotel again! read more

The room was nicely decorated in a contemporary style, with many nice touches such as microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer ( at the desk to use because of safety rules in British bathrooms, and missing outlets there) and safe. The bed was comfortable. Disturbing were the loud flushing the toilet. If in the bathrooms in been washed, made the owned noise, the so loud and extremely was that I needed a while to understand that this is the sound of water as much as you like. A large drawback was the wireless internet. Although there was a ... free, slower option, just enough for me, but, from the room, because. too little signal could not be used. Just sitting in the hallway to the elevators I could connect. Therefore partly suitable for business travellers. For tourists who want to use the offer London, good location, directly behind the ferris wheel and its adjoining attractions on the Thames. read more

The hotel is ideally located. The London Eye, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey are only a stone's throw away. From there you can also an easy walk to the Buckingham Palace and beyond to Piccadilly Circus. We have incl. conspicuously in about 2 1/2 hours spades. The subway station Waterloo is only about 3 minutes away. Everything with the metro - 'over-ground' is mostly traffic and you probably need forever to need to do. Directly at the London Eye there is also a dock for the 'Thames-Clippers &' - you can go with the ships head ... eastbound toward Central London. So, but now to the hotel - everything is very clean, very modern and attractively decorated, the breakfast buffet was very good and the staff very friendly. Would always book this hotel again! read more

The park Plaza count hall hotel is a modern and chic hotel in London, which is because of its very good location perfect ideal for a city break.
the hotel has many floors, but it advisable is as high as possible to book a room, because the view a lot better is! However in the upper floors often only suites and studios.
I stayed for 4 nights park Plaza County hall and had a normal double room breakfast booked.
the guests came from the entire world, I was however the whole day on the way, so that I can make ... no further information.
furthermore there is a small sauna, which I once used. Except for us was still another German couples down in wellness area. This was always very empty, which I liked. read more

The Plaza is a hotel with 14 floors, our room was in the 10 floor with a beautiful view of the London Eye and Big Ben. madness!! The hotel had booked through TUI, breakfast included. To check in we were very fortunate as a very nice German speaking young man greeted. Our room was not ready at 11 without a problem, but we could store our bags (it is equipped with a note + removal order referred). The hotel was fully booked to our stay, with your family kids of all ages, Spanish, French, German, Indians, etc. read more

So we ended up in two rooms, because in our first no window open. Both were nice, with German "one's nitpicking" not quite right. The first room I was in had a minibar broken, the second bed sheets, pillows on the couch stained. The second room which by the way was the best in the house, the suite on the side of the London Eye, ( we allowed ourselves ) on the 14th floor, cool. But in the closet was once the lamp contrary to!!! As we stayed on the 14th floor, I can say that the elevators togo here ... so often! But all was well with the elevators, never waited more than 1 minute!!! The breakfast ( here often been mentioned) was such a thing. If you have a "executive" room, you got access to the VIP lounge and is at best alone at breakfast ( we were almost every morning). The breakfast sucks English. Ham, eggs, hash browns and ketchup. Dry cheddar completes the buffet. But in London I did not even a little nice ate somehow can not. The cereal and fruit have saved my breakfast: -) read more

Very nice, clean and big hotel centrally located in central London. The London Eye, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben were in the direct area. Subway stops are just five minutes, which made for a everything relatively quickly, and it was a great basis for the daily tours, however you could also all the bus to the part of some walk. The hotel was very nice and modern in design, very friendly and helpful staff, the 24 -hours available. The rooms were not very big but very modern and big enough for up to four people. It was cleaned every day ..., and towels replaced. The check-in and check-out was very quick. The Park Plaza County Hall is a place that I would not hesitate to re-book. I liked it very much. read more
