The Viva blue i can only recommend! Clean, spacious, very pleasant and portaloo as the staff. We booked a room with royal terrace and private jacuzzi-sensational! If you wanted, one could without to be seen naked on the beach chair. Wlan was in the rooms available. The tv-program and the quality the channels leaves something to be desired, but one is not to the tv look in Mallorca. The bathroom with a bath and the shower curtain was a bit dark and small. A shower would have been much better. The food is in buffet form. It is very varied. ... The only problem: until one at the table is, is the food often not more warm. The rooms are quite badly soundproofed. We had a baby next door and on the other side the elevator. Next time we would require an external room. Really a great hotel! read more

    Large apartment with a separate bedroom. Royal terrace really great! We would again. Bathroom a bit small, but the sink is in a separate room. Very good. No Kleenex-towels available. Would a shower a bath with a shower curtain prefer.

    We know only the restaurant with buffet. Huge choice of meals and drinks. There are Cola Light! :-) The food is often not very warm, if you want to go back at the table is.

    Very friendly and portaloo as the staff. Specially in the restaurant. Hardly is the plates were empty, it will be cleared. The staff speaks next to spanish english and german. Room is very clean, only the used dishes in the small kitchen obviously itself be washed off.

A very nice hotel for families with children very suitable. But not for all inclusive guests, since this in the evening not with drinks to be served. The food is very good. Room and facilities also. read more

We had originally an apartment in the Viva sunrise booked, but at the front desk we were told that a couple of days conclude earlier wanted and therefore we were by taxi to the Viva blue ( about 3 kilometers away) dangers. Disadvantages were it not. A wonderful area. As well as our apartment, more than generous was. We enjoyed it not to have booked half board to this time to cook. The small kitchen was fully equipped. Except a cutting board and a screen, but not so much. The only gripe was the much too small unsteady balcony at ... our breakfast and dinner revenue. With wonderful views of the reserve. Once we in dinner buffet participated (per pers. 16 Euro) and for the food and the dining room included service there was also nothing to moan. The evening entertainment we took not part. The beach isn't very far and he is until 18 o'clock guarded of rescue floats. We had all days beautiful beach weather and the water was still warm. Bicycles have several days with a dealer on the way to the beach rented (6 Euro per day) Our car we have been to Germany from booked. The bus comes every 20 minutes and drove to, can ' picafort or in the other direction to Port de Pollenca over Alcudia where a stay in this beautiful old town again and again worth it. Ticket prices per pers. 1,50 Euro We enjoyed our summer extended. read more

    Our room in the block 2 on the 3. floor and with a view of nature reserve was perfect, we had also luck and quiet neighbors (the if you are unlucky enough you can hear the neighbours quite snoring or fence), kettle, coffee maker, toaster would be everything available been, but we didn't use, refrigerator with freezer is great, the mattresses are very soft, for 3 adults and one child we would the apartment too small find, for 2 adults and 2 small kids but ok, we had a freshly renovated room

    Delicious and the buffets are always very nice arranged, after a week will it then but a bit boring, with few drinks you have a surcharge to pay (all-inclusive), but completely reasonable and one also from the staff pointed out, restaurant and bar very tidy and clean

    The entertainment for kids we found so lala, entertainers spoke unfortunately only very little german, in the mini-disco we found, that the entertainers a little selbstverliebt and dearest itself on the stage celebrations left, instead of the children dancing to leave, every evening we received 15 minutes from the minidiscozeit' overdone ' with children-t-shirt- malwettbewerb -prize (but most of ambitious mum or dad painted ), the beach was clean and we always found a free beach chair (costs per day for 2 beach chairs/1 umbrella 10,30 Euro), hotelpoolbereich is very nice and the children- piratenbereich would be great, but our kids never used it, since the water way too cold was.

    The way to the beach takes about 5 minutes, transfer airport-hotel about 1 hour, in the immediate area from the hotel there are a few smaller shopping possibilities (spar) or a large drugstore Müller in aludia (taxi hotel –Alcudia 4 people including buggies Euro 16/ 4 people without strollers Euro 8), the market Alcudia is on sunday and tuesday of 10:00-13,30 hours (a bit boring, as many exhibitors the same purchase tout)

We were now the 3 time in Playa de Muro and 3 time in a four star hotel. In my opinion and in comparison to the hotels we have in Playa de Muro inhabited, the Viva blue the four stars not deserved. It is in the hotels in Mallorca circularly is, is well known. In the Viva blue is it however such sound-proofed, that the neighbor at night breathe heard. One might think, that the rooms only by a curtain are separated. The apartments are rather small and dated. It is an old, flackender tv in the room, the bathroom ... is very small and looks worn. In case of bad weather the hotel offers a small indoor pool, this is however so small, that it already with two families seems crowded. The staff at reception looks cool and distant but so far correct. The staff at the bar was very rude, is served one only, if one rises and a waiter the table will pick you up and these, although always at least 4 waiter without work bellhops and argue. The only positive was our charwoman, the always in a good mood was and the room always fast and perfectly cleaned. read more

According to the brochure and internet the hotel was to us as a family (2 children, parents and grandparents ) this is it. The entertainment, location of the hotel, big pool - everything seemed perfect for us. We have with the children a privilege apartment and for the grandparents a premium apartment. The all-inclusive offer was also a reason, to book the hotel. read more

    Privilege apartment had opposite the premium apartment the grandparents a small garden area with chairs and an umbrella in the direction the wetlands Albufeira, whereby the size the apartments was - but unfortunately not the price. The sofa bed in the living room was a disaster. You could a drawer pull out-a slept above and a bottom and could both because of the bad matratzenqualität not sleep and had back problems. In addition there was in the sleeping area of the couch no light switches. In the bathroom we found a circa 30 years old bathtub with a shower curtain, of the showers at the body remains sticking. The shower had a fixed attachment, could thus the amount be adjusted (we are between 1.80 meters and 0.90 meters). The joints between the tub and tiles were dirty and crumbling-times apart from mold on the ceiling. The fridge was used by us amongst others for cooling an drug for our son. The next morning was the drug frozen, despite lower setting. A door of hängeschrankes came, when we wanted to open.

    The food (all-inclusive ) was more than reasonable. The food tasted good and even for children was always something for everyone. The waiters were friendly and always make an effort, us to fulfill every request - a positive area of the hotel. The only negative was for us the atmosphere in the dining room - a huge, high room with a very loud noise. On our table with 6 people it was impossible, get together to converse.

    The service at the restaurant and the bar was friendly and tried hard, could however very bad german. The front desk turned out not very helpful and demanded that we with our complaint concerning of the room at the travel guide, the only with arrogance shine. The entertainment for kids consisted of daily t-shirt paint. This' event ' but had to per child a parent for everyone. The kids disco in the evening was also rather sparse and not german speaking (2 songs, output of the painted t-shirts and bufo (mascot of the hotel) was gone). On the day of departure we were at 17:00 o'clock picked up. We could the room also after 12:00 o'clock use-but at a price of 26,00 Euro for a from the hotel not used rooms. This was thanks for the trouble.

    The pool area - particularly the children's swimming pool with various slides-was for us reasonable - however way too cold. It was for children already borderline, to splash around. The chairs and umbrellas you have a certain age noted. Many umbrellas left not at all open or spot again and again together. The holzgeländer the bridges and absperrgeländer are very shabby, for example uestions nails from the bar out. The fliesenbereich was partly crumbly and slippery. The beach was clean and the sea a pleasure for children.

    The location of the hotel, the distance to the beach and the shopping facilities are reasonable - were it not for the immediate vicinity of the sumpfgebietes Albufeira. We were all in the week from mosquitoes, which is very unpleasant-just for children.

Nice hotel, only a short way to the beach. Not a problem in any case to walk. Very many children-as family hotel, but also as a couple without children reasonable. Encouraged by the good reviews we have at the beginning of October 8 days Viva blue booked. The hotel is really all together the catalog, that means well-kept, spacious complex, good gastronomy, good service. The pool we practically didn't use it, since in just 200 to 300 meters a fantastic beach is (ideal for small children). Something disturbing we felt the very small apartment ( for 4 people) - is only to stay. Possible alternative nearby: Viva Bahia, with 3 room apartments are provided with. Despite low season and probably only 60. Load it was in the main restaurant always ... very busy (if you like it quiet should probably rather a Finca book). Would be nice a play area in the restaurant been, so designed itself the food but always a bit hectic, as the small because of the adjoining pools not just so after outside chic could. In short: good family hotel, for small children and more families but not ideal. read more

A very nice, hotel that is friendly with children. With very delicious, varied food. We had for one week the roof terrace included jacuzzi booked, wonderful. Only drawback, through the nature reserve you a nice view, unfortunately also very, very plenty. Without autan, mosquito plugs and so on we wouldn't to the hotel flies. Apart from that you can recommend it unreservedly. read more

A relaxing vacation in a hotel where we felt like at home have. For our two children it was perfect, and we ( mom and dad) are very satisfied. Everywhere clean, staff were always helpful. Great food! read more

Very beautiful hotel in almost best location. The hotel has a beautiful pool- and garden area. The size of the hotel is adequate and not too big. In the hotel and at the pool areas it is very clean. The all inclusive service is excellent from the selection of dishes to the mostly rich offered drinks. The hotel is visited by families more nationalities.     We had a great new equipped apartment with a balcony and huge terrace with a magnificent view. There was the peace and quiet enjoy nice. The bath with a shower curtain was not very nice. Unfortunately we had in our apartment sometimes with a disgusting sewage smell to fight. No matter wether window open or closed, somewhere it came. Supposedly at starkwind did from outside. The room staff but it was hard with sachet the air conditioning to-stocked. Then it left themselves also again to bear. Room could have been a bit thorough can be cleaned.

    The offer the restaurants and bars was very good. It was a lot and varied at meals offered. Whether in the morning and evenings from the quality and rich buffet or lunch at the à-la-carte restaurant. The children always made big eyes on the many sweet things on the buffet.     The pools were big and clean enough. We raved with the children more in the flatter pool. The shallow pool with the pirate ship was a sensation for children. You lonnten there have fun have. There is a quiet pool for adults, but we didn't use it. Liegeschirme were at our travel time sufficient freely by the pool. At the beach you pay for the public chairs and umbrellas.     To the wonderful beach with crystal-clear flat sloping water one runs about 5 minutes for the small a just good to have a way. You consider, that one some share has for example wasserkrokodile or air mattresses. Some touristic there are shops nearby. Unfortunately repeat these stores from the offer ago. Good things you can actually only in Palma buy. The best car rent and the beautiful island explore, if the small children is possible.

Unfortunately we can these good condition and the cleanliness, what our room ( standard -apartment) regards, 't confirm. The guests are mostly families with children and what the nationalities regards multicolored mixed, whereby guests from ...     We had a standard -apartment and would also satisfied. Therefore is the comparatively small size of the apartments also no reason to criticism, since the apartment a small balcony and a small kitchenette ( included fridge, a small stove and sink),. However everything is already getting old and anyway not really clean and tidy. In the bathroom it smelled more often unpleasant sewage, the joints and mountings in the swimming area were unappetizing dirty and under the bed or under the sofa was dirt, not only over days had piled up. Although we this to our 2. the day at the front desk had marked, has not/not much has changed. Furthermore we can confirm, which in other reviews also more often to read was. The rooms are really very badly soundproofed. Unfortunately, because it was definitely no 4-star standard and stops us from, a clear recommendation for this apart from that beautiful hotel fantastic. There is nothing, if the rooms with a modern flat screen tv equipped.

    There is a main restaurant and two ( pool-) bars. In the main restaurant there are breakfast and dinner in buffet form, the bars take the food of the guests unfolding day. One of the bars is evenings to the à la carte restaurant 'converted'. The food was varied and delicious. It was nice, that also here enough room and the focus on children continued. So there was a large number of tables with high chairs, a children's buffet, children's cutlery and -cutlery etc.

    The pool is in the middle of the hotel and then-typical for most hotel complex - many loungers surrounded. Many of the loungers have the best time behind itself and should be replaced. Nice is the shallow pool with a large pirate ship, at the same time the base for various water slides is.     The complex isn't directly at the beach - until then it is from the reception about 5 minutes walk, whereby the main street must be crossed. Behind the hotel there is the nature reserve Albufeira, that means in this direction, a wonderful view into the inland, in the evening but also the a or other gnat ( more).     We had an apartment in block 4 in the 3rd floor. The beds were great uncomfortable. The apartment was getting very old and was really beautiful worn. Soundproofing was. The neighbors below us were very loud. But could the hotel nothing.

A time the week there was a schlemmerbüfett for children with many sweets. :-) in the dining room was the atmosphere not so nice. But there are 16 tables, the outside on the terrace are. There it was pleasant.

The garden is very well maintained. The tiles by the pool are much to slippery. I have many falls from ongoing children seen. The remaining paths are slippery, after a rain, you could on the smooth tiles hardly run. read more

    Since second time at the vivahotel. As far as again pleased, but the pools are still too cold. Especially the shallow pool is intolerably cold. My 3-year old daughter wanted after maximally 5 minutes, totally durchgefrohren back from the water. The pool was not really clean. On the floor was the whole week over some black dirt times sucked neither could. Children's disco, animation and evening agenda are nicely decorated.

Great hotel especially for the price Familieb. The pirate ship together with further plants for children is very good. Especially the staff are very friendly. Especially good remember us Jose Miguel, Toni and Jesus. Food in all-inclusive is also very good. You could eat lunch between beach bar and Tex MEX choose. Particularly the fish respectively the dishes typical of the country ( next to pizza, pasta, fries and nuggets for children) are very good and varied. Hotel we can highly recommend - what the tour operator absolutely cannot claim (ITS). read more

    Wonderful complex with pirate ship included water slides, shallow pool ( a bit too cold ), big pool from 30 to 165 centimeter, higher located deep pool and separate pool only for adults with jacuzzi and spa loungers. Quality of the water very good! Loungers, sun screens and towels at the pool free and flawless! Super also the liegereservierern the towel after 40 minutes away and this afterwards should be collected! Very good idea! Animation for children ( mini club) very good and adults were not troubled. Entertainment in the evening very good and professional, but not exaggerated. Beach Playa de Muro was sensational! Gently sloping, white sandy beach. Temperature about 28 °C in September!
