The condition of this hotel is pathetic, from cleanliness you can't write, there is no! There was no show cooking however always the same breakfast: honey, one sort of jams and nutella in large salattöpfen the always only refilled! No tongs for the bread: each grabbed everything! Because the hotel middle September end of the season had we got the leftovers from sausage and cheese always on the same plates! In the rooms was only poorly the already existing dirt spread! The balcony was completely ignored! Rarely had you were lucky and got coffee even with milk:-) the' lobby- ... bar' was only sometimes unfriendly manned! Animation? Where found the because instead of? The other guests: only russians. read more

    A restaurant with cold food and always the same salads! A 'cafe' without cakes! A' lobby- bar' with listless service: drinks in plastic cups (the cold only even rinse out) usually without ice cube! The coffee machine: a bacteria centrifuge tap water was filled up! Altogether: dingy!

    The service staff in the restaurant were really nice, if there is no clean table cloths, but they can do nothing. At the front desk you could get by with English and hands really good navigate, in the restaurant only with hands. Cleaning of the rooms you can only poorly describe, because they so was! As a service, we see the hair dryer, we at the front desk could hire? Complaints were only half a day taken serious!

    The next place, we have not seen: only by taxi and rare bus to reach! The words of our travel guide: excursions you don't need to make, there is there nothing to see! The way to the beach was okay, and derselbige is beautiful and has us the stay much more bearable. Entertainment possibilities: the road up and down and back up! A disco? No! The complex lies directly in albena, I think the hotel has approximately 200 rooms. About the cleaning by the pool and in the room' n you can't say, the complex however is very run down, and know clear shortcomings. The hotel offers ' all inclusive' at. What but unfortunately not at all is, the food was freezing and has a few of us sickened. Nationalities are all available, but a majority (90%) Russians. read more

    The size has promised me as I as an individual a double room get have. The furnishings has its best days behind itself. Something like coffee machine or kettle you are looking for in vain.

    Number of restaurants: 1 bars: 2 or 3 Like mentionned above, quite bad food. The cleanliness in the restaurant, as well as in the bars is unfortunately not good, something none of us really understood, since the rooms and the pool cleaned daily are. In the kitchen is cooked internationally, so something for everyone. The atmosphere is also bad. Mass processing the food, too loud music for the food. To prices of food and drinks I can't say anything, because we booked all inclusive have.

    The general serving staff is a word to describe: rude! The front desk employees can speak the language and English. Cleaning of the rooms completely fine it was cleaned every day. With a complaint from the tour operator plain and simple; 'I know that now so not' said. Sounds funny is however really happens.

    Yes we come to this point, entertainers were available, but could these two pretty women unfortunately only speak the language.     To the beach approximately 300 meters. The next larger city is varna and is about kilometers away of albena. The airport is in varna. The complex is directly at a shopping street, with lots of shops and vendors. The possibilities for outings are numerously ( for example: Jeep safari, dolphin show and quad biking)

This hotel is German not recommend. The guests were mostly Russians, but unfortunately for our needs very bad manners have. The hotel is dated and it over the last few years No repairs or upgrades made clear. Even the curtains in the rooms are at least ten years old and partly moldy. The rooms cleaning was only sporadic to not take place, the entire hotel area was a joke. The pool is tiny (not of event. Photos are a little deceiving), but seemed clean. The cushions for the beach chairs by the pool are not all-inclusive (a Lev), the food ... was edible, but not varied. The kids menu is impossible, indefinable mush, mush and aqueous, not edible noodles. The hotel should be rated more than one star. read more

3 star 2zu much! Please don't book! Disgusting, dirty! Repairs in the bathroom were not fully repaired, ceiling was very verosttet, Kindrebett broken and various trinkets. Toilet in the receptionists with excrement smears read more

It was already difficult the check. The staff was completely overwhelmed. The all inclusive. Services left a lot to be desired because it is often came to the proceedings.     The walk to the beach was only a few Meter.Auf the way to the beach was plenty of shopping vorbei.Es was always a newspaper.evening, there were many entertainment possibilities z .B. Mini golf, karaoke bars, a small Funpark for children,restaurants with live Musik.Der transfer from the airport to the hotel took about 1 hour.

a wonderful hotel for all, not necessarily absolute silence. Excellent for families but also for couples and singles. You are in the center of the action and near the beach. Directly in front of the hotel is the shopping street. You and the small street on the beach invite for evening strolls. The all inclusive is with the best, we have experienced. From the normal meals offers light snacks, cakes, ice cream and all kinds of drinks is almost everything. Great looked after the kids are in the kids club. On the beach you didn't get the fight for pool ... chairs and umbrellas. There are always enough available. As well as of the hotel by the pool. The beach was flat, ideal for smaller children. We were certainly not the last time in this hotel. read more

My family had a very beautiful and relaxing holiday. We were in Albena from 1 9-7 9 and had wonderful weather, very warm for this time of year (30 degrees) The ocean was clean, warm water, hardly any waves. For children just a dream. The beach is incredibly wide and long and in september pleasant "empty". The hotel is located about 3 minutes from the beach and directly in the shopping promenade. You will hear music from the nearby restaurant, from 23 30 is but it's quiet. Many families with children, guests at the hotel to 80 % from Romania. ... Nice entertainment. In the evening from 20. 00 kids disco and from 21-22 00 entertainment for adults. Food very, very good and plentiful, extra small kids' buffet. Staff attentive, tables were quickly cleared away. Great service. The rooms are good. The beds are very, very comfortable. The bathroom is completely renovated, but after "Bulgarian Art", i.e. in a few years back in need of renovation cleaned the room sometimes at 1700 as the maid new turned on and apparently not fast enough worked Conclusion: highly recommended, especially for the good value for money. read more
