Staying here about 2-3 times a year, mostly business. This time stay was private, with entire family, incl child and Infant (3 rooms). All our requests were perfectly handled by saff. Staff is very capable; beds are super comfortable; breakfast buffett is awesome; airport shuttle service the moct convenient I have ever had.

A big plus is the viertelstündliche shuttle service to the airport. You get dust and reliable to the plane and for shopping. read more

Great facilities of the hotel, very friendly friendly and accommodating staff, spacious room with excellent soundproofing (hotel directly at the airport), culinary dinner, 24 hours bar and great breakfast.
Only drawback: 24 'crt tv instead of 40' flat screen tv, as in the hotel brochure described. read more

The single room is very small, at a price of 240 Euro per night an isolence. Dazunkostet the wifi extra (4,50 Euro per hour). The check-in wait 15 minutes, the pick-up from the airport 25 minutes. The tv was extremely small and not any more modern.
These are all faktorem for me to a very negative image sum - i can't recommend this hotel. read more

Easy access to the airport the free shuttle, the went smooth.
Disappointed us, that we despite reservation for 3 people with a child and despite automatic memory the day before-a hotel room with two beds had. On complaint with the housekeeping was first mentions, that no extra bed more and cots were available. In the final analysis, it was a bed for our almost 5 years old child, but especially in this hotel category we would have more reliability expected.
The dinner in the restaurant 'unterschweinstiege' was good. Only the payment at too much time taken into account. It is ... good to know, that this restaurant right at the hotel is, but one to the outside must be. The way is covered, in the winter but you need a jacket. Why the front desk staff to despite demand not say, remained veilful us. Also we were annoyed, that check-in only an amount of 50 Euro specially on the credit was reserved ('for the minibar or consumption') and then the mini bar is completed. We were not even asked, whether we the keys be!

I a few time in Steigenberger in Frankfurt and it is really on the room type on, as you the hotel evaluated. When i the last time there was my employers a deluxe room booked, before it i had one in the standard category. When i arrived i thought i would be in another hotel! In the standard room there was a small tiny single bed available, in the bathtub there was still hair! And it was general was rather in need of renovation. The i knew from a Steigenberger. After but several members had complained, we were this time ... in a room in the deluxe category. A difference as day and night! The rooms were bigger and quieter and very decorated up to date. In the bathroom there was a rain forest shower and everything was very clean. As one it from a Steigenberger and expected. read more

Similar to all Steigenburger hotels of which I stayed, the hotel was clean and the staff professional. Advised breakfast was included when I reseved the room from the airport Welcome Center , however since I reserved the room "from the airport" it was not, according to the desk clerk the next morning. read more

This time, we had only a standard room for one night - since we already at 4:30 o'clock to the airport had was for the aim only for sleeping absolutely sufficient.
We had the room over Galahotels. Com about 1 month before for about 58 €booked - for 2 people.
For us, it works-the reservation was on time arrived-to safety at the hotel a day before call and the booking number from Galahotels pass through.
With room 'standard' without breakfast we have about 50 €saved-with other categories please comparisons - Galahotels worth not always!
Spend the money we have ... to dinner again more than invested that is reasonably priced in the hotel rather high, but it was also very good!
The hotel lies opposite Terminal 2. there are every 15 minutes Zubringershuttles to the airport at Terminal 1 and 2 separate, that means you don't need the whole round drive.

After a 14 hours flight we had decided only on the next day to go home and the night in the Steigenberger to spend. A hotel shuttle runs every 15 minutes from the Terminal 1 + 2 to the hotel and back. At the reception we were for the first welcomed friendly, however the wife pushy and wanted to give us a conversation imposition. But since we actually only wanted to sleep, this was inappropriate. In a five-star hotel, the international airport is, should the staff this actually know. In terms of size, the room was ok. It was clean ... and with a TV, air-conditioning and mini bar equipped, however stains on the carpet belong certainly not. In the restaurant are delicious and rich cuisine, however the photo price.-)
