Centrally located town hotel; very spacious clean rooms, large bathroom, all major equipment in the room given; extensive breakfast buffet with lots of extras to the otherwise usual breakfast buffet; a small bar with a few places to sit; garage available; sauna and Fitnessräum rather sparsely furnished; kettle in the room. Old town on foot easy to reach and in the immediate environment restaurants and bars. Good connection to public transport. read more

Have stayed here several times in the Mercure City stayed in, but I unfortunately this time particularly negative noticed, as partly arrogant and unfriendly the staff with the guests bypasses. The first times I was clear this positive ( there were all very friendly), this time was particularly the check out at impoliteness not more to beat. The check in was already a little chilly and a bit arrogant (a smile the staff one could not expect), check out the young dunkelhaarigen dame nothing at all more on their lips: no' thanks', not' goodbye ', no' good home ', overtaking ... the bill over the reception and is in the office marches. As I on the day before to extend my stay requested, the reaction the same lady also reluctantly and with a tight the Nächtigungsgebühr answered. Aha. The hotel would be apart from that reasonable, size and cleanliness of the room are ok, the location at the great Lend square top, and the price would be appropriate. Great hotel, everything is close by, Shrink, restaurants, bars. Short distances to the center. Everything wonderful. Staff very friendly and the know what they are doing. Gladly I recommend the building further. I am looking forward to the next stay. read more

Surely well suitable and very useful for a business stay. Positive free Wi-Fi, very friendly staff. On the negative side, I have the habit of the hotel and the really cramped rooms in memory remained. And the TVs are from the last century. But still principally not large points of criticism - overall I would 4.5 of 6 Sonnenr awarded! read more

From the airport one drives best with the S-Bahn to the main station. From there, it is within walking 15 minutes to the hotel, by bus it was only a few minutes. Tickets for bus and course one can at the automat buy, for throughout the city In the immediate area there are some restaurants, cafés and beer taverns with beer gardens. The town center you can reach on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. Also supermarkets are right around the corner. The breakfast buffet is good and more than enough. At the weekend there are extended breakfast Times. On ... Lendsplatz there is a great weekly market with products from the region. read more

It was dirty: pubic hair in bed, blood on the carpet, hair everywhere ( schrankgriffe, and so on), our previous had blue socks! Disgusting! Us said, the room would have cleaned us was only in the late afternoon ready. The staff (a help) the subsequent clean-it was embarrassing! A rating sheet-despite repeated demand at the front desk - unspent. Anyway-clear! (closet was locked, key shifted, arches would brought into the room are...) Breakfast was great! :-) read more

nice city hotel with very professional & very friendly front desk staff, you almost only five star hotels is used. Large modern rooms, nice large bathroom and views of the lend square, to boot for a very reasonable price. Underground parking for Graz a bit pricey(14 euros per night), but there are areas, parking in the area. There is no doubt that one of the best 4 star hotels in Graz. Nice bar with good espresso, breakfast tested (but it looked appealing). Tip: Don't be put off by the lend square, within a few minutes walk to the old town. read more

Nice, central and comfort Ales hotel in the center of Graz. Ideal for exploring the city or a business trip. Public transport nearby, multi-storey car park right in front of the hotel for 14 euro per day. read more

In 37 degree was a cool room as a relaxing island, which allowed for a good night's sleep. Also otherwise it was everything in this hotel, especially the extensive breakfast buffet. Just a shame, that it is not included in the price. For guests, the morning not much need, is the price too high. read more

Very good location, very good breakfast buffet, free internet access in the lobby and in the room (Flex don't forget, there is none to borrow!). Carpet in the room was a little dirty and stained. Had a somewhat strange pattern curtains, is however probably a matter of taste. read more

The hotel is both with the car (parking garage directly below hotel) as also publicly (10 minute walk or 3 minute taxi ride from the Main Train Station) within easy reach. The hotel is located close to the historical city center of Graz. The Mur island is in 5 minute, the main square in 10 minute to foot. The external view but also the hotel itself is unspectacular (in a positive sense). It is not a slur design a gem. The same applies for the room. These are functional and modern furnished (in brown tones in particular), and surprisingly large. ... In the bathroom there was a bathtub, toilet and a sink with large mirror. The only defects is the lack of a safe in the room. The service is friendly, helpful and efficient service. for example a extra blanket, the we complained was delivered promptly at midnight. The selection of the breakfast buffet is large enough to the requirements to meet different requests. In short, the hotel met all expectations, the we at a city hotel in this price range have. read more

Hotel is located directly at the lend square. Right next to the hotel is a bipa supermarket (pharmacy) and a Billa supermarket (supermarket). Something a Interspar behind the hotel (supermarket) (Aldi) and a Hofer DM. A business and several restaurants are also available. It is possibilities in the proximity, inter alia, to play billiards.
