Complex was great, largely maintained, clean. Tiles around the pool were almost always wet and provided for considerable Landslide risk, we have seen some lintels watch. Rooms were large, in good condition, were daily well cleaned. A no-go were in the dining room the Papp-cups for all drinks and the totally dirty, backward, constantly broken coffee-Vending Machines, coffee looked like a mud-broth and was not enjoyable. The juice-Machines supplied sugar-sweet syrups, the with water diluted in the Papp-cups ran-terrible! The more you have to praise the freshly squeezed Vitaminsäfte /iced coffee at the juice bar, the GG. 2.- Euro ... fee to get goods - very delicious! Staff at the beach was very hard-working and always tried. Beach bar should urgently updated/renovated. Staff at the reception and in the dining room seemed mostly overburdened, spoke bad or no English, no German. Communication was rather difficult, seemed incompetent. Too few animation for adults, hardly any program-but much for children, whose animation took too long mostly until 22:00 o'clock, from 11:00 P. M. was then 'dead' on the complex. Recommendable for family with small children, otherwise not. read more

There were very clean everywhere and the housekeeping was very friendly and talented. I would have liked more of turkish food in the hotel. Turkish people were so nice and kind after you have get used to their culture. read more

For a hotel with 3 stars it is really good. Everyone is hard-working it the guests right to make. For questions or problems was helped immediately. Pool and beach are both recommendable both very clean and tidy. The food was OK could however somewhat with whistle use. The cleaning ladies were in the morning already early in the morning so our room always by 16:00 spick-and-span. Location from the hotel is super on foot about 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the shopping center, about 8 minutes with the Dolmuş after side to the center. There are ... Norwegian, finnish and English guests in the hotel too many been represented. In the good one and whole okay but for us it next times something else his. read more

Really recommendable for all age groups. Had many Scandinavian families, the baby to the grandmother were there, but also young couple, older couple, very pleasant ambience. The variety of food and the presentation respectively the presentation were partly very lovingly and lavishly. Short walk (less than specified 700 meters) to the beach, before and after eating gladly in purchase took. Who at the beach remains, can also at the smaller lunch buffet serve. Uncomplicated Dolmuş connections to Scala dei Giganti. Beautiful hotel with large rooms, two Terrasssen respectively balconies! No idea, why this hotel only stars and not at least ... 4 has. read more

Excellent hotel with the best service and facilities. They have something for everyone and a big star to the animation team. Very nice restaurant with awesome food and great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It is a paradise for children but also for parents and adults that wanna have a relaxing vacation. read more

We were in the first September week in this hotel. We were already 2 times in Turkey. The state of the hotel was actually ok. One sees the whole day staff, which tried the complex clean to keep. The guest structure consists mainly of danes, Sweden, norwegians. German were hardly to be heard or seen. The guests in several buildings (no elevator available). Offered in this hotel all inclusive. Drinks there are from o'clock until o'clock. read more

    We had a double room had. The room consists of living room and bedroom. So nice and big. The room had a balcony from the bedroom and the living room out. The furnishings was very new. But it was very poorly installed. The bathroom was with a shower equipped. On tv we could ARD and ZDF welcome. Otherwise only English channels or channel from Sweden. The safe has 2€ per day cost.

    There was a restaurant. This was always very overcrowded and there were long queues. The restaurant does not have enough seats for all of the guest. The food wasn't very varied. In the beach bar there were every day pasta, fries and a sort of meat the choice of salads was also always the same. The same in the main restaurant. The food was very greasy. Dirt was in a corner and eventually came someone, the it away. The staff there is different clothes and even flip flops. Was great in the hotel is, is the vitamin bar. There are tasty cocktails without alcohol for 2 Euro. Really recommendable!

    We are at o'clock morning arrived. Unfortunately was our check in not optimal. The staff could not speak German. We tried in English. Could the lady unfortunately anyway not really. We were then a note before the nose held we fill should and then our suitcase grabbed and that was it. We were not told, where we on the complex find. Signs on the complex for example where the restaurant is also missing. We also got no bracelet. These we determined only feast, when we other guests had seen. The staff in the restaurant is only the tables clearing and let half fall. It will be a no drinks or if you are looking for cutlery had asked, you had to it yourself. As we are from the Turkey really other used. In other hotels one half on hands carried to the table. Each 2 minute are plate. \u263a also has one of the dirty plates from the next table over our table were handed to the we about the food were. When I asked this please to not only stupid looked at. The cleaning of the rooms was very superficially. On the day of arrival was our room still full of sand from the guests before. The other days was once on the soil deseamed and was the towels exchanged that was it. We once had a blütenherz on our bed, that was great. In the hotel there are beach towels. Every guest gets a towel which every day can be changed. You get every day a 1 litre bottle. Very friendly is however the driver of the shuttle service! :-)

    The hotel offers animation at. The entertainers are really very nice and anxious. A kids club is also available and every evening there was a program. Except sundays, there is peace announced. The pool area is cleaned every night and you could see that, no dirt available. At the beach was enough room. We even at o'clock still places are. The only thing which it is negative. Walk there dogs rum, the everywhere make and nobody makes this way on the lawn. From time to time you can smell the also. The water is very nice and clear. There is loungers with cushions and a protection from the sun was curious.

    The beach is about kilometer away. But there is a shuttle service, the several times during the day to the beach goes. In Kumköy you can very good shop. To shoppingmaile is about 5 minutes. A Dolmuş you can on the main street stop and for example after side approximately 10 minutes out the airport is about 1 hour from the hotel.

Great hotel with good food and good service. Some of the staff had some trouble understanding English but they were always very helpful. On the downside people reserved the deck chairs so if you came to the pool a bit later all the good ones were taken even though no one were there. read more

The hotel consists of several 3 story buildings. The complex has approximately 210 rooms. The hotel is very well-kept. Very nice green and you can tell, that much on the cleanliness respected. But due to the variety of children of course not always worked, but always someone for the food ready, on the cleanliness and where appropriate response. We had booked all inclusive. With in the services was a towel for each of the day included and in the room there was a water bottle, Beginning september were right lots of scandinavians in the hotel, that however not didn't bother. ... All the nationalities were well mixed. read more

    Our double room was about 30 square meter large. We had a room with a beautiful terrace, which we also used a lot. To the there was a tv (german channels ARD and ZDF), hair dryer, kettle including tea, air conditioning, fridge and a clothes rack in the room. The bathroom was not new, but clean and everything worked. The room made a good impression. The electricity and therefore also the fridge in the room works only, if the key.

    The food was very tasty and there was a very varied selection. Very nice to look at the figures, the cooks from melons, pumpkins, etc. Carved were. There was breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel and lunch a snack at the beach. The food was more than adequate, considering, that you in the all-inclusive holiday anyway way too many eats.     The staff were always very friendly. It was a lot of english, but some could also speak german. The room was cleaned thoroughly, from time to time we got also very nice animals from the towels and bedding were formed. We had no problems therefore we can dealing with complaints nothing say. The only minor problem, the we had was, that our guide to the agreed deadline failed, whereupon the manager from this immediately contacted.

    There was a lot of entertainment for children and in the evening a varied program. However, we could barely use it. The squares were also always quite limited. To the pool we can say only few, since we mostly on the beautiful sea lay. There was a quiet and to the other was more space including shade. By the pool are the loungers but very narrow and umbrellas rare. But we can the sandy beach only praise. Many pool chairs, pleasant staff, shade-and lie is, hotel private toilet and changing rooms. The beach was very clean. There are also many external water sports, which we didn't use. In the hotel there are free wi-fi.

    The hotel is in a nice location, only a few minute walk from the long, sandy beach. We are almost always to the beach run, what about 7 mins. There was also a shuttle bus, the very regular to the beach drove, faster, however, one was mostly not with him. On the shopping street you can comfortably go shopping. To side with the Dolmuş about 15 minutes and to the airport we have about 1 hour needs.

Overall it was okay, we would however not a second time go there. At the check-in us nothing about the hotel said we had the way to the restaurant itself. We arrived in the morning at 2 o'clock at but we got still a soup to eat. Rooms were large and clean, friends had ants in the room. What me at our room bothered me was that we only a Zubettdecke for 2 people had, I need always my own-) from the breakfast I was very disappointed. No omelets no toast little sausage and cheeses. The coffee was not ... enjoyable and the machines were dirty. If you choco wanted only water this. Lunch at the beach was also not recommendable. Every day fries and noodles \u2639 a day there was even liver \u2639 beach clean and beautiful! The pool was not recommendable, peace you can not find, pool was way too small for the many guests, are very close to each other! The dinner I must praise! Evenings it was very diverse and tasty. What I also didn't bother us that no softdrinksautomatem was! Even for a Cola you had to queue, and the queues were more often more. On pancakestand I have 30 minutes wait. Lots of Scandinavians there hardly German, but that didn't bother us! read more

A very nice familyhotel with friendly straff. Good standard at the Roms and very clean! The poolarea is a little bit small for all the guests at the hotel. The beach is nice and clean, a bus takes you there when you dont whant to walk, we walked to the beach and took the bus back ;) The food was nice, a Good variation of meat, chicken, and a very fresh saladbuffe. Really nice rooms, we stayed in a family room which was a big room with a double bed and also a bed on the side, tv, fridge, ac, sofas. All inklusive stay with two children 3,5 & 6,5 years. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were so happy with our room, we had a dublette room with a separate bedroom, two balconies and two air conditions. We had a problem with the airconditions but they fix it when we told them. We really need the airconditions with 37 degrees every day and about 30 all night. The cleaning of the rooms were a bit so-so, carelessness was sometimes but on the whole it was clean and nice. It is an all inclusive hotel and the breakfast was a bit boring in the long run even if ... the choices were many. Lunch and dinner were varied much and all found something you always wanted. The server was also a lot of snacks between meals if you wanted. They also had All Inclusive down at the beach with free sunbeds which was great when you do not have to carry a lot of money down. read more

    The rooms were large and spacious with a separate bedroom. Much storage space and incredibly fresh furniture. Two airconditions existed and safe boxes in the rooms. Kettle, fridge and telephone. They also had free Wi-Fi throughout the property and in the rooms.

    Staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and really looked to do the best for our guests. They had a Task Team, which organized a lot of games / games that you could be on all day if you wanted. Amazing people! There was also a kids club for the youngest children.

    There is a large pool and a children's pool. Nice sunbeds, clean and nice on the field. They organize games / sports games all day as such waterpolo, water aerobics, gymnastics, various water games, beach volleyball, etc. Kids Club organizes various games and crafts for the youngest children, mini disco, shows, etc.. They also have bingo and karaoke nights. The sea and the beach was clean and nice, nice sunbeds and roof if you wanted to be in the shade. There were showers in both the ocean and pools.

    The distance to the beach was not far, took about 5 minutes to walk but it was also a badbuss all day in shooting service between the hotel and the beach. It held a lot of trips with Ving if you wanted to embark on something fun and there were also a lot of travel agencies nearby that sold various excursions. The journey from the airport to the hotel took about 45 minutes. Shop could do right outside the hotel or go into Side town. Dolmus cost 2 lira and 25 lira for a taxi between the hotel and the Silk City.

Good hotel for couple with children. If couple but only for relaxation fly there it is also okay. Very clean and a very large choice of Meal gives it. The beach is on foot only 5 minutes away but there are also every 15 minutes a service there. The beach is very clean and without pebbles. read more

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The pool was great, although a bit smaller than the picture shows. The animation and entertainment was fun and very varied, although we did not join to much of it, we enjoyed it very much. The beach was ok, the distance between the sun chairs and the water was quite long so the sand got extremely hot but with shoes it's ok. The food and beverages was so good, and the selection in the buffe (both lunch and dinner) was very good. The breakfast was ok, but good enough. We were so ... happy with our room, travelling as 3 people can get crowded but as we had a dublette room we had a separate bedroom, two balconies and TWO air conditions. So happy with that as the degrees in Turkey in september can get quite hot (we had 37 degrees every day and about 30 all night). read more

For three stars ok, unfortunately to the breakfast, lunch and dinner only Plastiktassen and beer from plastic cups. For beach and pool reasonable. But not in the restaurant. Staff very young and sometimes headless. By its central location between 2 streets is a room in the middle the hotel advisable. The beach is on foot 10 minutes away. At the beach somewhat annoying, on each detail a tip expected. For three stars oK, is just on the price you paid. Spend a little more money 5 star read more
