It is a huge hotel was however only about 40% occupied, but the complex is very clean and well laid out. All nationalities rooms are it gegen900 16 floors in all 4 direction a wing as a x super pool several pools after i now have the 40'. Time in Turkey i can honestly say it was one the best hotels!

So the location is unique these views of Alanya and the sea wonderful. Ok the beach is about 3 kilometer but anytime with free shuttle to reach the city Alanya free of charge several times on the day reached also is a lake the many water sports offers bars were unfortunately nearby but not in all-inclusive go you are not out. The transfer about 2.5 st but dream view on the sea of the city Alanya and the Taurus.

In march we were a week at goldcity. All-inclusive and double room de Lux. That was it really, a massive room, very nicely furnished, clean. Wonderful view. Food and drinks always and sufficiently available. The buffet could be a little more substantial, but everything was fresh and very tasty. The hotel is actually huge large, but not uncomfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Spa area is huge, offer was good. We had massages, which were very good. The staff there very friendly. The area could, however, once condemned. Good inclusive (sauna, swimming pool, hammam). The only downside in this hotel is the long transfer time if you book excursions. Until all finally on board are fading fast 2 hours.

Wonderful view, location of the hotel is breathtaking. Shuttle to Alanya really great. In the winter time 3 times per day. Worked great, good, clean and new buses.

My suite was large and well equipped, the other rooms were only half as large and seemed cramped. Wlan was in the room easy to reach. Rooms were every day cleaned, but mostly only superficially. Dust collected in the entire week and the mountings were only partly cleaned. Unfortunately you could then the genauereren look also notice, that there is no clean cloth was, the cleaning used.

See hotel general... I thought the selection, in comparison to other 5 star hotels, not extensive and tasty. Failed due to a ' vouchers once in a (not on the 16 floor) à-la-carte restaurant food. Here was the service and the food tasty. 1 à-la-carte restaurant in the 1st basement and 3 on the 16 floor.

Front desk and customer service were very friendly and helpful. Which i unfortunately the other service, bar and restaurant, unfortunately not can say. Here are many other 5 star hotels a much kinder service trusts.

By the pool you had to beach chairs and drinks yourself. Empty glasses stood at of the pool bar and in the area the chairs, ( also with good weather also closed) partly still on the next day around there and nobody made for order. Tables by the pool were also not always immediately cleared and through the wind flew empty plastic cups on the floor. Wanted me an espresso get, was right on the coffee machines further expert, with cheap plastic cups, whether one inside or outside wanted to drink. Strangely the other drinks for the pool tables in glasses!?

The hotel has a very good location, directly on the mountain but not directly on a beach holiday is laid out. Many sporting activities from soccer, tennis courts to water skiing on a lake, are possible. There was also a spa area, the many amenities (indoor pool, sauna, hamam) offers. The hotel offers some à-la-carte restaurants in the 16 floor, but in the all-inclusive rate are not included. Tables are decoratively in these restaurants decorated and feature the standard of a 5 star hotels. Unfortunately the restaurant for the all-inclusive area not so furnished and the service there is unfortunately not offered. Drinks were partly in the restaurant serbviert, partly you had to it unfortunately also yourself. Unfortunately the tables only clean set. A knife, a fork and in addition there was at lunch and in the evening paper servietes. Napkins there were only in the à la carte restaurant. Furthermore, the tables the empty plates, nzr if one waiter came and it coincidentally sah, cleared. Selection of the food was unfortunately not very extensive and the dishes were quite carelessly displayed. I have already had very many 5 stars hotels in the winter visited and paid the same price, but a dining area for a 5 star hotel i fortunately have never experienced anything like that. For me, the dining area with more than one three stars level. Hotel has a shuttle, the 3 times during the day, a complimentary to Alanya brings I had a suite, the very big and well equipped was. I the other room and were only half as large and seemed quite small.

Distance to the beach circa 5 kilometer and to the airport one needed 3 hours. All activities are only on the hotel limited, there are also some, because next locality is 54 kilometer away and it is a steep downhill and uphill. Access to public transportation there is not, but 3 times during the day free shuttle to Alanya. I liked the location of the hotel very good, because right on the mountain. For a pure beach vacation certainly too far.

I a double room with a balcony for exclusive use. Beds were great, i believe 4 pillows per bed. Closet ok, were also clothes hangers in it. Tv available-many sportkanale, satellite. 1 and ZDF, air conditioning system very well and quietly, telephone even next to the toilet, for me it was sufficient, since i prefer in the open and only for sleeping in the room

I had booked all inclusive and was very satisfied. Although i no fish and geflügelliebhaber am, was still what i thought, available. It was also always kalbgerichte with enough. The food was pleasant seasoned. Certainly it came before, that i had my cutlery and drinks got, but it was hard, fast the tables again they quote. The dining room was functional, thus somewhat coldly working. But the view of the sea has made up for it. Was 2 times in the à-la-carte-restaurant, was good, but unfortunately the menu the same (free, 1 week distance)

The service was awesome. The friendliness the whole staff (spa except), i would like to particularly praise. The bellmen were so great and helpful and special requests, complaints and information will be charged to the relevant field and asked, if it is done. It was always there, which could german. The cleaning of the rooms was different from floor to floor. But by a complaint improved it immediately also with me on the floor. Toiletries were refilled, you don't need to bring. Bathrobes to size xl and slippers are available

The hotel is located on a very tall mountain, on foot by sporting endeavour. There was a free shuttle, so that you could reach everything (next places). For details was a supermarket direct in the hotel. From the outside looked the hotel top, very tidy and clean. This impression continued inside fort. There were all sorts of guests there, but no nationality stood negative out.

The transfer was already very long, 3 hours is to be expected. The transfers to the airport i found already borderline 6-7 hours before departure there is picked up. Excursions i hadn't booked. The shuttle drove sunday That easy shopping and still the meal back was. If you wanted a performance (massage, hairdresser and so on) outside book, was not a problem, they have a from the hotel in/out privileges and returned.

The rooms are big enough and well equipped. In every room there was a tv, but unfortunately only 3 german channels. On the whole hotel has wi-fi, which on the first floor until into the room remain stable. It was with the usual air-conditioning heating system equipped, the always worked super. The big balcony was definitely a plus. The bathroom was very well equipped. A great sink, with small surprises (tap under the glass) was great. Continue to was a bath tub with jacuzzi function and light in the bathroom. Facilities: tv, safe, fridge, double bed, telephone, hair dryer, jacuzzi, Housekeeping was perfect and to my satisfaction

Lobby bar was of 10-24 o'clock, since you got everything to universe inclusive had. The staff was courteous and very friendly. The beverages in clean glasses enough. Plastic cups were only in the pool area use, which i can understand. Who wants to glass or it in the pool find. In the main restaurant it was always clean, or the staff cleaned immediately after leaving of the tables. The food was varied and always enough. It is true, if guests say 'there is always the same', but the diversity you can never all at the same time food. The food was not very typical of the country, but i suspect it would have been even more unjustified complainers against.

Employees are very friendly, courteous and helpful. The most spoke good german. For questions they helped immediately. Example: i had two pairs of trousers bought, they were as always too long. Due to my demand, whether a schneider would be, i was helped immediately. The pants were measured and not times 15 minutes, at a very reasonable price back. The rooms were cleaned daily very properly. Thanks to the nice guest relations manager Caner, he was always with help and advice help. The waiters in the dining room very good.

There was a fitness area, i didn't use it. However therefor the very good spa, the treatments are professional implemented. Because we in the winter were there, we got the nice indoor pool. There was an occasional evening entertainment, i have only partly visit. But if it was good. The outside pool area we used for sunbathing, there are very good and comfy lounge chairs. The staff provided all sunshine the außenmöbel on.

Great hotel area After the, but longer prior (3 hours from Antalya), we achieved a great hotel. The time but worth it. It is a coherent complex with good offers. You will find next to the pleasant and accommodating staff (80% speak german). There are next to the pool area, home affairs pool, a large hammam, saunas and hairdresser. In the whole hotel area is seating to stay a while. The small shopping keep the nötichste before, but better one goes to Alanya.

The hotel is on a mountain, 30 minute bus ride from Alanya away. But already in hotelauftritt so described, i can therefore the frequent criticism of the location not understand. 'whoever can read is advantage ' but the hotel offers 3 times daily a free bus service. Tip; run would be for good hikers an option ☺. But the good view over the countryside, as well as great sunsets make dienlage perfect.

For turkish hotel are the rooms big and well equipped. There was a marble bathroom with a spa bath and flat-screen tv (satellite. 1, ZDF, ARD, super RTL and two german channels). Amenities were an airco/heating, safe (free of charge), refrigerator (was refilled daily with two bottles of water stocked) and phone beside the bed and in the bathroom. You also had wi-fi in the rooms and not only in of the lobby, as the otherwise often usual. In addition there were still two bathrobes (although single rooms), hotelschlappen and the quite gutriechenden hygiene articles were replaced immediately, if you used were. My room was daily thoroughly cleaned, the towels when necessary replaced and the bed linen changed every two days. Right on the first day i had a beautifully shaped handtuchschwan on my bed, the then on the 2 not used bed every day again one prepared.

In the hotel there were several theme restaurants, of which in the winter not all are open. We would, in which also offers an à-la-carte -can eat, we could only register must, however, we were with the food from the buffet satisfied. The food was very good in terms of taste, not really turkish spicy, however rather adjusted for the normaleuropäer but delicious. For breakfast there were different egg dishes (fried eggs and omelets were freshly as requested fried), pancake and different turkish warm gebäckteile. It was very lots of different cheese (on average 9), partly also marinated. In addition there was each morning 3-4 different types of sausage and also otherwise, what you from good buffets knows, tomatoes, cucumber and other greens. Furthermore, there were all kinds of cereals, several jams, fresh fruits, the different kinds of yogurt and especially tasty halva. The dinner was diverse and optically well presented. There were different meat and vegetable dishes, fish, shortly and the usual side dishes such as noodles, rice and fries. I liked sometimes a bit typically turkish as Couscous or so was missing but also i am every day delicious full. Also the salad selection was adequate, the usual gemüsezutaten with different dressings and then still different different more, such as potato salad, sausage salad, eiersalate, marinated vegetables and many more. Especially tasty were the dessertvariationen. Delicious small kuchenhäppchen, fruit salads nicely arranged, baklava in different versions and fresh fruits. The beverages there was at the beginning in a self-service coffee output in the glass and in the front area, where some grades sitting, there were plastic cups and Coca Cola-vending machines. The last days were the beverages to all meals. The lunch was a volume somewhat smaller version of abendangebotes and in the afternoon there was still a small very delicious cake buffet. Coffee and a really good tea on the whole hotel to take. In the all-inclusive were the most drinks at the bar until 24 hours included. The cocktails were depending on bartender delicious to drinkable. However also very gladly special wishes fulfilled. Most of the drinks were in glasses and cups, only in the pool area plastic cups been used, because of the possible broken glass in and around the pool understandable. On request you got but also as glasses or normal cups. The visible kitchen area was very clean and all dishes were orderly arranged. The dishes were also regularly replenished. We are only at 20:30 pm and enough food may, although 21 hours the kitchen closes.

With the service we were the whole time of our trip very satisfied. With inquiries and small drawbacks, they were always very professional and handled quickly. The staff was always very friendly and courteous and honest. I had my bag with the wallet and it was from the cleaning staff completely submitted, it has but also nothing at all missing, much to my relief. A majority of the staff understand at least a bit of german. With english you got on everywhere. Otherwise russian and of course turkish was spoken. The front desk was always manned and there was actually always someone who spoke german and if not, one was endeavored, someone to get. We had lots of fun with Caner, the us our questions always readily answered and for service a really good job made.

Despite nebensaison there were each evening program, during our stay, there was twice live music and also for diskointeressierte something was offered. Also there was the possibility to karaoke, table tennis and Bowling. Some brave the outdoor pool tested, the also at this time of the year could be used (water about 15 °c) and constantly cleaned. If you wanted it a bit warmer to have wanted, could the indoor pool use, the very nice located. In the spa you could a sauna and hammam and particularly the hamam was very nicely decorated. The bad assessments of the last time i can not at all understand. Okay, that the hotel outside of Alanya is, we knew the hotel but we wanted a relaxing holiday and we got it. The transfer time from Antalya was about 3 hours, there must one to stop adapt. In the large and whole we found a amazing hotel before, with a very nice pool area and landscaped grounds. In the hotel there are some shops (jewelry, leather, optician, clothes) and a mini supermarket. They are in my opinion a bit expensive and the choice is not exhilarating but in mahmutlar (is the next town) there are better stores with a larger selection and also quite cheap. In the hotel during our vacation international guests of all ages. Including were also some teams, but not further negatively noticeable, since the young people very quiet and actually only during the meals in the hotel to see. We had actually booked half board but then cheap all inclusive extra, it was worth it already alone because of the evening cocktails.

The hotel located 30 minutes from Alanya away on a mountain. If you like to hike, we also on foot the mountain down but i'd rather have the free shuttle used, the drives now in the winter 3 times daily to Alanya back and forth. But you should at the abfahrtsstellen his, since the buses very punctually from. In the summer the shuttle several times and there is still an extra shuttle bus to the beach, drives in the winter not. With car you can also on your own explore the area. Taxis sometimes bergzuschlag. The closest town is mahmutlar with the shuttle around 10 to 15 minutes. I instead of a booked double room for single use a junior suite. With a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen big balcony, and a bathroom with jacuzzi tub.

With the food does not exist very wide choice compared to other hotels, tasted the food always. Drinks in the all inclusive time are extremely overpriced there they require for a whisky Cola 7 Euro

The service in the hotel is very bad, the food the beverages better yourself as it no wonder is that you in the food no drinks could see.

The gold City Hotel in the low season, In december we were here as the Amelia Beach Resort renovated, and we offer an alternative needed. Compared to the Amelia Beach Resort Hotel & Spa cuts goldcity but rather bad from! The service in the food area is very bad if it took place. The selection of dishes is compared to the Amelia also rather small. As all know the this hotel bay, it is located on a hill and you are in the bus, instructed the free of charge 3 times a day to Alanya and back. There were all sorts of guests there most guests were germans and russians in all age groups.

As already mentioned the hotel lies on a mountain and one is all the same which one outside would like to make on the bus, except you could rent a scooter or a car. Until to Alanya where the next shopping or entertainment possibilities were one drives with the bus good 30 minutes, the shuttle from the airport good 3 hours take. But what you have to mention is the great view from the hill

My room s-513 was for me really great. I had always wlan front desk in the room, a big balcony, a huge bed (240 times 200 centimeter) for myself and a double jacuzzi, and a double shower. Besides that, there was a small sofa with a table. A table on a tv, a mini bar with two bottles of water, a telephone, air-conditioning, two closets. Every day it was to meinern satisfaction cleaned, the bed was made-not as i knew so far with nice looking towel swans but for the larger of the hotel is the limited probably not at all feasible. It was missing to me however truthfully either!

The lobby-bar was from 10 to 24 o'clock open. There one always got all drinks, the in the all-inclusive were, in clean glassware. Have no some time a plastic cup seen! The main restaurant in which there was breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, and midnight soup was big enough. The plates were also always clean. The food was not really typical of the country but nevertheless very good. If sometimes was it took a sometimes a bit until it is again filled up but then you got freshly prepared and hot dishes. Drinks were also quickly and served in glasses. The alloplastic were always quite quickly cleared away, if one was finished.

The service was always perfect. There was at the check-in, as well as whilst checking out no language problems and also with the language skills of the room cleaning there was no problems. The room was cleaned daily, in other words vacuumed, the bed made, towels were changed, toilet paper refilled and the rest of the bathroom cleaned-even the large jacuzzi was cleaned! If you wanted to sleep in it was also no problem - in the entrance area the room was right next to the light switch two other switch: ' Makeup room 'and' do not distrube'. Depending on what one was, it was on the electronic zimmerschild displayed in change with the zimmernimmer and the hotel name. So i knew the cleaning staff so, which room to clean and which not. Between christmas and new year's eve by the gästeanzahlung quite busy-clear, it was bulged-but you could still make you feel right at home. Though you had to then at the bar and my food a bit longer line up but the waiters remained in spite of the rising number of guests always friendly.

Since i already sufficient about the hotel informed, was thus already before clear, that the hotel on my mountain and is therefore somewhat remote is. As i knew which i in the shuttle from the airport to the hotel on 2,5-3 hours had to employ. My hotel room s-513, a junior suite, was for me alone big enough. Also the bathroom and the double jacuzzi and big balcony. The interior was perfect-anywhere something discover the was broken. Had on my room even continuous wi-fi! From the guest structure was very mixed; russians, british, turks and germans. It is nobody regativ noticed!

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel took on the journey about 2,5 hours, because we on the way only a lot of another hotel on the route. On the way back it was exactly 3 hours, as on the way there were four other hotels were on the route. The location on the mountain really gives a great view, not only from your private balcony, but also of all viewing platforms at the top on the roof on the 16 floor. The shuttle drove three times a day to Alanya and back. Duration around 20 to 25 minutes. You can but also anytime rent a car thus the area on your own to explore! In the hotel there is a small supermarket, but the prices one should avoid. In the gold-optics room i a new sunglasses bought. The prices there are ok. Was to compare in a optikgeschäft in Alanya, i would much have to spend more for a sunglasses. The gold-optics was really very good-almost a bit better as in some german optikgeschäften.
