Hotel in a good location, for 2 times overnight stay/breakfast without prior reservation booked.
The 4. the sun, there are only for the location of the hotel, which however much in the price points! The value is unfortunately in no relation.
The furniture in our room with mosel view... 'ageing'.
Cleanliness was generally good, during our stay predominantly pairs of different nationalities.
Parking at the hotel only limited available.
The weitempfehlung is due to some ' disagreements' only limited, unfortunately there is this an option in the rating not. read more

A catastrophe! More there this hotel to 12 days not to say. I never a hotel booked, so incredibly rude and arrogant run like this. It is a disgrace for the city Cochem and an impertinence for the guest and now I know, why at the time of my reservation on the internet this the only hotel cochem was, the a room for more than week at the piece had free.
The front desk is basically never manned, so gave me on arrival someone from the kitchen staff the room key. Boss and boss thought it in 12 days not ... necessary, once briefly present. Such people should a hotel lease and a job in a factory search, where you 8 hours a machine serve and no need to talk.
Also the waiters ( consisting of 3 women one always available) has probably a sprechverbot imposed get, a atmosphere at breakfast and at dinner as church-the embarrassing the whisper and whispering behind the counter. Simply impossible, I have never experienced something like this before.
The for a three-star hotel, the breakfast is a cheek and on a scale of 0A 10 in 1st a so unbelievable unloving buffet I have never seen before. Wordlessly and with fossilized mien morning its bread basket with 2 rolls on the table, a glass orange juice (, whether you want to or not-but other juices there is only not at all) and a burette coffee. I have 11 breakfast once, not a only once you have 'a good appetite, ' desired.
As a older mr asked, you like him but bread bring, because the rolls too hard if, as I have only seconds later, wordlessly and in passing by, a 3. Rolls in my bread basket geschmissen. I would have my room not over 'booking. Com' booked in advance and paid by credit card, I would have stood up and left!
The menu in the restaurant does not contain a only full or vegetarian dish. My 'special production' a vegetable dish was very fresh, the cauliflower partly still frozen was.
Booked in advance and paid for I, as already written, a double room. Normally contains a double room, two beds with the appropriate bed sheets - you could actually than normal sleeping man assume. The room staff had however on 3. the audacity, the bed linen the second bed for the rest of the 9 days to 'dispose'. Was probably someplace else used. Mind you: booked and paid for a double room. There is also no mini bar, however therefor I had a non-functioning room safe.
From other guests in Cochem I found out, that it the hotel already therefore did not book, because you have the telephone so incredibly rude had been. Surprise.?
I in any case discovered by the nice weather my vacation in Cochem around 1 week extended-and opposite in the hotel 'Germania'. There should the hotel management including staff time a company holidays to make, then you would see, what hospitality and service means.
Cochem is in the summer of tourists very busy and the hotels accordingly good. Need you to regulars kampfen, could be the' hotel at the port' likely to make. Unfortunately therefore it would not.
And if you in Cochem really fantastic eat out would like, I can really the 'christophorus' really warmly recommend. It is slightly above from the main square and the food and the unbelievably nice and friendly service was simply only fantastic! However you should bring some time, because all of the food only after the order freshly prepared. I was there several times and every time had people intentioned, it is so unfortunately, the restaurant only as late discovered. read more

A bit older hotel with nice restaurant and good food, cleanliness was Okay, new towels every day.
Service was very friendly, the chef was rather taciturn. Breakfast
there is every day the same sausage, the same cheese, etc., which didn't bother with a little longer stay. When it comes to choosing one should select a comfort room. These had no balcony, but a great view of the Moselle river, is a nice size with a large bathroom. The location of the hotel is highly recommended. It is located on the quieter side of the river Moselle, directly at the bridge ..., which leads into the center. Ideal to reach without a car. read more

Nice little hotel - clean rooms and tablecloths!!! Room was a little on the small side but the facility furniture, renovated condition. Shared-sitting room with sofa, TV, Internet corner, pool table and it difficult to generate a romantic atmosphere / books / children books. Food is definitely a must!!! Excellent kitchen! Very nice sun terrace - if you time seems to in the evening. Limited parking - 50 yards away but a free large car park ( I think around holiday should not be a problem) read more

A very good and recommendable Hotel. Cleanliness is largely written. Friendly front desk. Beautiful location-balconies with views of the Moselle river and the reichsburg castle. Price is reasonable and not overpriced. Absolutely recommendable. read more

We have visited this hotel in June 2008 and were very pleased overall.
It has a beautiful view of the vineyards and the reichsburg castle.
The cleanliness of the room and the hotel could we should not complain. The rooms were! any! Day cleaned. The only thing we did not like very much was the breakfast due to a lack of quality and preparation of the main us personally not so well known but this is a matter of taste.
Otherwise there were a couple of very nice days and we would go back to this hotel anytime! read more

Hotel is okay. Breakfast unfortunately only starting from eight hours. In the night desk vacant. No welcome or instruction on arrival. With problems the manager was unfortunately hardly be attained. Breakfast was very modest. read more

We didn't see the hotel from the opposite side of the river and spntan asked. We were very pleased with the facilities and the front desk. The restaurant and the food selection is very good and it was clearly from the general offer. We were very pleased with everything. read more
