We knew not what we expected. The hotel description was somewhat unclear. In short, it is a big hotel aligned families with small children. In the peak season it should because of the size and Kleinkinderdichte a density atmosphere give. We were middle September since, it was pleasant. Good starting point for Ekundungen of Tuscany. Weiterempfehlungnur for off-season. read more

Renovated older complex with nice in the landscape integrated buildings and beautiful old wood. Small swimming pool in the middle of the dunes, in between donoratico and san vinzenco. Very well run with good gastronomy ( half board). International audience from many regions europe's, seasonal families with small children ( not schulpflichtig) and some older couples. read more

Clean and well-kept complex. Friendly and helpful staff. Facilitities are rather for families with small children laid out. Typical Italian cuisine with much pasta and fish. Breakfast without warm food. Animation exclusively on Italian. Italian vacation pure in three stars complex. read more

Italian complex with appropriate noise level almost around the clock, beach and sea very nice, apartments all in all okay, the equipment was relatively new but basic, spartan furnished kitchen more a' built-in cupboard' is, complex even in the years, almost no paved paths therefore sand to the wohnungstüre, food rather bad, animation extremely simple level read more

    The apartment was clean, the furnishing relatively new. Spartan is the kitchen equipped, it is in an art built-in cupboard, the whole decor is incomplete and zusammengewürfelt. One has only two burners on the but unfortunately because of the size of the pots no two pots at the same time place find. Throughout the apartment there is no only chair, one must the campingklappstühle from the terrace and more, the however are so low that one of the shaky dining table as child not good. The bathroom is new furnished however quite small without places to put things. The air conditioning is basically not enabled, it cost for activation 10 Euro per day. At temperatures of 37 °C end of August, I think that you as good as every need. I know air conditioning in the meantime as standard, thus 140 Euro a decent extras. The 2. Bedroom offers enough space for 3 children, for the pool one should however a bettgitter carry forward, the existing is as security not suitable. The lighting throughout the apartment is' interesting ' designed respectively almost not available. We had extremely many ants in the apartment, although we any food already in the fridge had stowed.

    We had booked without food supply and the lunch buffet, as well as evenings the restaurant, as well as pizzeria tested. The food is altogether extremely greasy, the pizzas swimming in oil, the lunch buffet resembles greasy canteen. The restaurant has no map, offers only 'meat or fish' without further information, for children there is no matching food. On the hotelverpflegung we can't say anything. We are rather by car in the pizzapub after donoratico or to San Vincenzo dangers, where we ate very well. On the gastronomic offer on the complex itself we were disappointed, because we especially also because of the secluded location hoped on the complex direct more often once food.

    The animation is completely in Italian, why we didn't use it, however inevitably around the hour adventuorous sounds and had. The animation was essentially loud, and by the pool, at the beach, and at all worst evenings. The apartments the near of theater beach chairs (and the most), are evenings bad. The volume is so, that you directly in the theater hardly endure and even on the own terrace barely have a conversation. Children can until about 23 hours not fall asleep, if it has not already before the beginning the shows do. The evening entertainment itself was rather lower level. At the beach is a large stage, places in their closer offer little relaxation. Perhaps that is all Italian taste, and it is already after 2 days just on the nerves went. The pool is relatively small and too few loungers for the size of the area available. Around the pool are kunststoffgrasmatten this was extremely unhygienic was. Also on the complex are as good as every way with this grasmatten laid out.

    The complex is located directly by the sea, beach and sea are very nice and tidy. The car in about 1 kilometer away on a parking will be parked, to complex wrong 24 hours a small shuttle train. Direct on foot you can't reach, one always needs as car, there the complex absolutely remotely located. To place donoratico are it about 4 kilometer.

This complex we will in any case once again visit. It's also funny, that you from the parking to the complex approximately 900 meters with a shuttle bus drive. It is the complex but completely auto-free. As we self-catering on the way were, I can over the gastronomy say anything, but the kitchenette in the apartments is functional-with 2 kochplatten and even microwave- equipped. We felt altogether very good. read more

Very well maintained, large complex with nice equipped, functional apartments. Staff friendly, except for an incident on our way back the check-out: it was 40 Euro requires from us-on repeated requests for which the due would be had we suddenly not pay. For what the money should be we were not told - but we think the most had paid-it was half an hour hectic in computer herumgetippt and we had to wait. Definitely not BWZAHLEN! Otherwise everything was great- the beach and the loungers very well maintained. read more

The good things first : the beach was clean, the loungers very nice and the reservation of the screen and so on. Saved discussions. Otherwise rather recommendable for families with children, lots of children. The breakfast was absolutely badly, every day the same sort of ham, sausage and cheese, not times a cooked egg, let alone a warm way. The coffee and drink vending machines were behind a large table appropriate, so that in the morning a size crowds began. read more

It was a beautiful family vacation. Didn't bother the fact, that you are not 'adopted' feel. Entertainment, child care, general was only in Italian. One had the feeling, that the German business is taken, but also nothing. Have the children hardly any other children and were only with us. A shame. read more

95% of the guests had children under three years, so that for an appropriate noise backdrop to the night or in the early morning was taken care of. 90% of the parents were Italian, as for their children screaming, as the children themselves, in order to remind you. With a room/apartment nearby the pools or the entertainment with good volume until late in the night be expected. The pool is for the number of the guests clearly too small, but the beach is really great. If you came from the beach in the evening and the mass of the people ... from the pool was gone, you could make a few strokes. read more

C. N. is suitable for families with children up to 15 years. The complex offers everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. You got along with English at the Staff well (German is very bad), the willingness to help with problems is large. the complex offers a swimming pool, supermarket, restaurant and children's entertainment in the high season. The Ap. Are nice equipped and has everything you brauhct. In town donoratico (about five minutes by car) There are three supermarkets and various restaurants. All in all, it is the holiday the recommendable facility. read more

In their ability to communicate in horror. No park and Auslademöglichkeiten for luggage at the hotel But in our opinion -Poor Gepäckttransportwagenfahrer the seemingly deliberately mother (6 months) with a baby nearly over the bunch and suitcase. -Any assistance with the Gepäckauf and unload -Unattended, with huge potholes far durchzogener sand park place Unfriendly, incompetent seem, apparently verlogenes hotel staff and management We had the impression, that seemed to be no help in case of emergency was (sick child (from other Italian family) and apparently not even a doctor was called -Barrier of the pools, restaurants etc. because of the ... wedding without prior information -Apparently once leftovers from the day before (as a packed lunch) instead of lunch because bridal event without prior information -Stained elevator to the restaurant -Mice and roaches in the rooms on the ground floor -Mold -Our taste after outside Hui inside pfui Never again! read more

    The number of restaurants would have been ok, but unfortunately only one restaurant, in which one could eat only at the buffet for 25 € per person, was open constantly. The pizzeria was closed, it was sometimes possible for a pizza take away. To the quality of the food we can't comment, we just got pizza twice, it was ok.

    Most of the staff was not very friendly, foreign language skills were also rare. Most of the staff could only speak Italian. The check-in was ok with English. The trolley as I said was fine during the day, just in the evening one had to wait at times more than half an hour.

    Beach was beautiful. Enough beach chairs, umbrellas were available. The swimming pool was absolutely tiny, and unwelcoming, as we were like on display, but with the clear, warm ocean a pool was not needed.

    Although the beach was directly on the area, but everything else was quite far away. To the next town along the beach it was about 20 - 25 minutes. Bus service to the parking place supposedly ran every half hour, evenings after dinner one could wait longer at times. Ice cream or once buying a newspapers turned into a small excursion!
