We booked last-minute a 4. standard bungalow and probably because of low utilization a free upgrade to a 'select' will receive. The bungalow was very clean and except for a few minor flaws on the kitchen furniture really reasonable. The water park 'aquafun' is very nice and in very good condition. The staff were without exception friendly. Altogether a successful short break with excellent value for money (comment: there were no holidays in Belgium or in the surrounding countries or federal states). read more

As in the catalog, i would like to write, but there is too few. Area well. House was relatively spacious, nice the the sleep/games room above were. Firepit/grill was great, but the sofa set grünmosig slippery. Our house was really lousy dirty! Materials and much broken (for example tap handle and heizungst. Lay on floor, toil. Hui, no blankets, kettle without cable, only 1 pot, 2 forks.) Oh well! So nothing at all purely, on the terrace provided, from to the front desk, there were inevitably 3 people to clean, 2 craftsman, 5 deliveries and 4 hours subsequently confiscated. ... We were, thanks to a 99 euros offer' s since. Here very well pleased us. Only the building ( section 710) is in very bad condition. Here needs urgently time be done. And the cleaning ladies should be more on the finger be watched. Very bad work! We had after we washed had a great holiday. And our daughter ( almost 3) had fun in the swimming pool. read more

Rather spend a little more and go elsewhere!

Nice holiday park, our house 532 was clean and absolutely okay, even a Spülmascine was in it. The pool was fantastic with great slides. The indoor climbing tower in the park was great for the kids. We really enjoyed it. Our tip: Kempensenmeren beach is great, we were just walk, but a huge playground, great lake and clean beach. read more

The park itself is very nice and with the beautiful lake and the somewhat small, but nicely made swimming pool. The houses are the absolute horror! Dirt and mold everywhere. In the upper bathroom and in the adjoining bedroom PVC pleasant procedure. Mattresses, pillows, blankets, curtains and sofa cushions were changed obviously have some decades and smelled terribly. On the walls were stains everywhere and the paint was falling off are no longer available. The furniture was old and worn, the closets so broken and dirty, you don't want to use like. I paid a coupon only 229, -€ for 1 week at the standard bungalow for 5 persons. In fact, the whole cost rich 719, -€, plus service charge and tax. Nice holiday park with a lot of nature. Easy and fast check-in, perfect handling of complaints (we had problems with the heating, it was immediately sent a technician, further helped us!), nice market dome with restaurants, a supermarket and sports. We stayed for three nights (section 629) and can say, for a short break. Very poor condition of the houses and the grounds. The houses are very old and musty. The area was older and was NOTHING to compare to the Centerpacs. We stayed 6 times in 4 different Centerparcs and this was unfortunately A MISTAKE!
In the heat of the summer time they actually removed the kidsland so no INDOORFUN for the tots.
The houses just only had a few "new furniture" and had a little paint and then these were called SELECT HOUSES .?????????
You should better answer your own questions!
You should better clean the house yourself upon arrival. read more

The house was totally dirty, the bathroom was under water on arrival, we thought to go home, we wanted to wait for the breakfast on the next day, but after that it was clear to us to do was go home. Everything was full of dirt, have nothing against it if it is a bit older, but clean it should be.
