    The 12 fly team was as always good, only the Barcelo the animation team was not so great. The Barcelo staff converses with spanish guests and they understand it the people to converse, by fun to make, so that other people something to laugh about. The rooms in the hotel (only apartments) are very spacious and well equipped. The staff - starting at the front desk to the waiter, was an absolute disaster! Never again - even if the apartment of the facilities was great. The food is bad, only lukewarm, the sverice is so bad, that you service not even speak! Never again! read more

Surprisingly good food (we were several times on the Canary Islands, the food was nowhere better). The staff in the dining room and on the terrace the dining room. Really makes an effort, but hopelessly understaffed. We had a not renovated apartment (renovated apartment against a extra charge of 18 € daily per person be rented locally!?), but only the bathroom in need of renovation was. In the bathroom lack shelf space. The animation was ok, it is however unfortunately, that stretching and so on only on the stage are offered. Sports program without large audience would maybe rather be ... adopted. read more

I am already several years to this hotel. Noticeable is, the doves-plage for example with the breakfast has increased. The cleanliness on the restaurant-terrace could be improved. Noticeable is that during dinner more and more guests in bathing slippers and shorts ( no standards) appear. Earlier it had a supervision given, which has suspended. Booked quite short term just to get a short break in the sun. Found Barcelo Margaritas - check in was friendly and helpful, gave us an apartment facing the back (towards children's play area and single pool. Thank god they did! Animation at the other pool area was very loud and very obnoxious all day long. The hotel is nice enough, room was large and well equipped for a family traveling with two small children. The buffet style dinner was truly below average. Everything tasted the same and there was very little variety. No real antipasti, just some salads consisting ... of canned vegetables or fish. Main courses were a few stews, french fries and paella. Plus a choice of fried fish or meat (f.ex. pork chops). None of it was really fresh or tasty. Plus, your clothes reek after spending 30 minutes in the dining room area. But the staff in the restaurant was super friendly and helpful. Another thing: Everything costs extra. Wifi is quite expensive and slow (try the balcony for better signal), you pay for the safe, the kettle etc. Hotel seems to cater mainly to people from Russia, Germany, the UK or Scandinavia. A nice mix, we enjoyed meeting some nice families there. All in all, very good for what we needed (sun, rest, a safe environment for our kids). Would never book half pension again though. read more

It is a large two-tier complex (total approximately 1000 beds). About the hotel rooms i can't write anything, since we were there in a apartment lived. Two rooms including bathroom and balcony, approximately 45 meters². In comparison to we had a very lots of guests an all-inclusive wristband. Drinks were so that until 23 o'clock inclusive. With half board costs a Cola 2,50 Euro, a club sandwich with fries 5 Euro. Very humane prices (just as expensive as at the beach). Wireless internet for a fee. Beside many german were many eastern europeans (mostly Poland) and scandinavian (mostly Sweden) ... present. The age structure was very mixed. There were parents with children, young/older adults and retirees at this time there. No group was in the majority. read more

    In the apartment there are two room. The living room has a flat screen tv with 100 channels. Separated by a table is the kitchen again, so that you on two hotplates or microwave is the food also prepare could. Of course there was even a fridge, coffee maker, telephone, air conditioning. No mini bar. In the bedroom unfortunately, there was no tv. The beds are normal large and comfortable (two single beds, the together pushed are). The closet is clean and spacious. A safety deposit box is also available (3 Euro per day). The bathroom was roomy, the toilet clean and the bathtub also.

    Next to the restaurant there are two bars, the from 10 o'clock until 23 o'clock open, and both drinks, as well as food. Costs in half pension for example 2,50 glass of wine / Cola, 3 Euro glass of homemade sangria. Club sandwich 5 Euro. In the restaurant is is breakfast, lunch and dinner as a buffet available. The lunch we didn't use. Breakfast and dinner were good. For breakfast there were no variation, but so wide choice (3 types of cheese, 3 types of sausage, 4 kinds of eggs, pancakes, jam, various breads, etc.) So we always found something have. The dinner was as varied and very varied. There were 2 sorts of fish, 2-3 sorts of meat, a wide selection of salads, various side dishes. No fear... There were of course every day also french fries. While you during dinner always immediately a covered table found, this for breakfast always a couple of minutes lasted until a table newly restocked was. The waiters were however very helpful and came quickly come running, if one itself somewhere seated.

    The animation was world class. Overall, there were 12 entertainers on site. 5 of which were specially from the hotel salemp, while the other from 1-2-fly had employed. The two groups have great cooperation and brilliant evening shows are organised. Mornings you with archery, air rifle shooting, darts, billiards, Boule, Tennis or various forms of gymnastics maintained. In the afternoon there were shuffleboard, water polo, bingo (free of charge) with profit (for example t-shirt, cappy, sparkling wine), table tennis, Volleyball and again with various forms of gymnastics animated. We had an apartment with separate bedroom. The hotel is decentralized in case peaceful location, nevertheless the beach is with promenade relatively easy to reach. The whole complex is very tidy and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and the entertainers welcoming. We would book it again any time! The size of the hotel you don't really notice it, as it is a quite extensive Areal is. 2 beautiful pools with a beautiful flora, around, and enough chairs there is. Only fly in the ointment was the expensive wlan, what with 25,- Euro per week accounts. read more

We were already the 5 time in this hotel and this hotel you can recommend again. The apartment have been refurbished and are very spacious and quiet. The beds had boxspringmatratzen, you could dadrauf sleep well. ( only a few hotels booked this). Food was good and diverse. Where it gehapert: for the waiters, not enough staff at the bars and above all in the restaurant area. In spite of the overtaxing they were friendly and helpful. In the evening events were simple plastic chairs set up, you should more comfortable buy. We will be back and can this hotel ... with a clear conscience recommend. read more

    entertainment was fantastic , always activities ,at sports pool ,but if you want peace and quite go to the another pool ,mario,ricardo,alica,david,miki,michelle,martha,avid,jose,fanny, raquel ,and new dance expert . , but cant remember name sorry. these guys deserve a nobel peace prize,got all nationalitys together ,which ive never had on any holiday before, no falseness at all from these very hardworking guys always had time for everyone.and they must work 14 ,15 hours a day. it would be a shame to split this team up ,because they have all clicked to give fantastic entertainment,in fact they should get a contract from a T.V company,but its there hard work and commitment that made all this happen . kids club also was great and they brought all my kids out of there shy shells, and to be on mixed teams for sports and make friends with all nationallitys was great and all down to all these guys.thank you .pools were very clean and lifeguards on each pool always their to help,SO THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU

The 1-2-Fly -entertainment was as usual great for children, as well as adults, unfortunately was the own hotel lift for German guests often already insulting and nasty, it was more for Spanish and English made. The hotel was also strong English will be charged. The food was good and fresh, the restaurant clean and the waiters and Kellnierinnen were very friendly and hard-working everything fast to clean. I was for the 3. Mal in the Barcelo Margaritas. With the hotel I was as always contently which however has slackened a lot was the variety of the dishes. It seemed to me as if the wrong end violendy will be saved. Therefore the hotel I can not more as my previous visit recommend it. read more

In general a lovely vacation, the food is a little bit underspiced, that meinenes think it is the lots of different Nations are so that everyone has his food so flavor as he liked, there are enough spices to the food after zuwürzen. Children's entertainment not taken into account since the people child already old. However there were enough children since the right content appeared. The bus Transfer to the beach was all right travel time approximately 10 to 15 minutes, the bus drove a team to play de Ingles and to Maspalomas respectively back although the bus in the ... direction play del Ingles and back always was very busy. We were morning rarely by the pool there the loungers from about 9:00 A. M. all were occupied and partly until noon not manned. There should be a Rigel protrusion, well is unfortunately everywhere the same. If you stay at one of the two pool bars seated you could also glasses get in the other areas you should plastic cup use. read more

In any case the hotel is recommendable. We had a wonderful vacation and want to go there. The hotel complex was very well-kept and the rooms very clean. Evenings is the entertainment very noisy, so that one does not before 23:00 o'clock sleep could go, but that is to be expected on vacation yes no. The only thing which us really disturbed, was the friendliness of the front desk. We were in the lobby almost always persistent ignored, but it has our vacation not spoiled. read more

Staff is spectacularly rude. The hike to the beach calls on everything from. The beach even is like a anthill. On the hotel buses you can't leave. You will simply not picked up. The food intake is difficult. One must partly even a table control, and that is in a hurry be. read more

For a one time vacation as friends the hotel is definitely not suitable, it is rather older or couple there. What party regards should Gran Canaria definitely not the first choice be. The food in the hotel is very delicious, it is something for everyone. Unfortunately was the food not always warm, rather lukewarm. The rooms are clean. And big enough for 2 people. The staff are very friendly. And there is a hotel's own show. The until 23 o'clock the whole hotel area played. If you're not at everything is the somewhat annoying. But if you are the shows ... at everything they are very entertaining. Nearby the hotel, there is a store where you groceries. The is no 2 minutes away on foot from the hotel. Shopping options offers Playa del Ingles also, approximately 15 minutes on foot from hotel. Excursions offers Cran Canaria also sufficient, since is something for everyone. read more
