The hotel celler tor in large fence is about 5 minutes drive north of the city Celle. Public transport is possible. The families ostler and heine very personally run hotel is in our opinion a real gem in the südheide. 73 rooms in 4 categories. Friendliness and competent servicedenken we all staff know. The convincing service in the restaurant area, with our special wishes (allergies) outstanding handled is, can with hotels far higher categories at any time measured. The relaxation in the pool and sauna area after a celler schlossbesuch and christmas market a real delight. The food is already ... alone a trip there value, here was civil kitchen with much refinement and can perfect implemented. We went to each minute family-looked after and cared for home. read more

Although the hotel about four kilometers away from town center Celle is, the downside by the good atmosphere, the very friendly staff and the personal care made up for it. The room comfort, the wellness facilities, and bar and restaurant are all excellent. read more

We have a dreamlike weekends in the celler gate spend. It everything was great, the food a dream, the spa area very nice. The service was also more than friendly and attentive. The cleanliness there is also very big written. We are already looking forward to the next visit. read more

Actually, the reviewer before me everything said and with 100% recommendation the nail on the head met. Nevertheless here is my opinion, because it was just so a nice weekend: Perfect hotel for a wellness weekend as a couple. We had the package 'champagne dreams'. Outstanding for US were the perfect service, friendly and accommodating without being pushy. The sauna area is for a hotel very big and spacious, simply recommendable. We really wanted to on our 2. day in the celler waterpark but that we have left and in hotel's own sauna area relaxed. The food ( a 3 ... and A 5-course menu) were delicious, fine German kitchen. Merely the red wine was on the first day a bit too cold. The room was comfortable and large, only the bathroom was for two people a bit cramped. It was the toilet separately. Finally a word for breakfast: delicious, wide choice and the perfect start to a busy day. The ' Celler gate' is a really recommendable family-run hotel. Employee and management make a very good job and you have the feeling, they do it gladly. We would gladly come again! read more

Had the champagne package and was the second time in this house. Will nevertheless times for a longer period of time come. Breakfast good, kitchen evenings excellent with very courteous and attentive staff. The bathing area is sharpened. A visit here is worthwhile. Partly negative reviews of the kitchen I can't understand. The wines are however as in many hotels overpriced. read more

My rooms were big enough, however was the mattress worn out and there were hair. These were the only Flaws. The food tasted to me and for a night or two I would come again. read more

the hotel makes a maintained impression and the reception was friendly. The room was big and nice furnished-the mattresses were reasonable. the location of the room was quiet, secluded from street and therefore pleasant. the restaurant was on the only one (vegetarian) main course in the price range from 10 until 20 euros offered-all other main courses were between 20 to 30 euros. Salatangebote: none. the fish dishes were expensive, the portions rather than too small to evaluate and tasted bland and unseasoned. The offered salmon in sesammantel tasted like a dry sesambrötchen, the sauce had no whistle the whole ... dish was a big disappointment-from fish or lachsgeschmack no trace. apart from that the service was attentive, enough as compensation for the food without much fuss a brandy and espresso and was on the ball. the breakfast was good. The selection is not sumptuous but absolutely sufficient it was something there for every taste and timely fashion added. the bar area was newly decorated, the barman professional and friendly. on the second evening fell on despite snow and ice the zuweg to main entrance not dispersed and extremely ' slippery ' was. the stay was on the whole reasonable, not bad but for 130 euros for the double room I would have a little more expected. read more

Well signposted, sufficient parking spaces directly in front of the hotel, about four kilometres to Celle old town, very friendly, not intrusive staff, well arranged, but completely adequate breakfast buffet, very delicious dinner (here: 3-course menu with matching drinks recommendation), the furniture in the rooms of a high standard, a slightly more modern/ brighter decor but gefiele better, swimming pool with changing rooms and showers were very well-kept, in summary, a very pleasant stay. read more

We have our golden wedding anniversary with a weekend in families Celle-gate -20 people at the age of 78-three years. All were impressed by the hotel, the service, the food and the wellness area. The superior rooms are really superior. The comfort rooms are some of the size of the bathroom a small minus. All in all a wonderful very well-kept house, which we recommend unlimited. read more
