A really large, clean room (Family Room), All-inclusive meals and drinks, a good, clean and safe Beach within short distance from the hotel and excellent weather made it a holiday to remember for us (2 adults, 1 child & 1 baby). The choice of menu at meals was outstanding and though we are vegetarians, we were never short of options. The staff are quite friendly and the Entertainment (Animation) & Photo teams were really good at their jobs.
Overall a fabulous resort and one that I would definitely recommend to my friends and even come back for a visit in ... the future. read more

I was before in other Hotels in Antalya but this Hotel was special for me and my Family.
My son enjoyed very much .I loved the staff and manager of hotel. The Guest relation (Nura) was very kind.
The foods was very tastey and varıous.Nıght comıc show for IRANIAN PEOPLE was very nıce.next year ı wıll come back agaın.Ahmet -abdollah and Ercın were wonderful.

An outdated hotel, everywhere seems like the tooth the time. Many glass are silicone repaired, the floors are scratched, the chairs in the lobby bar are worn. Here must once again investment, otherwise will soon be an sternverlust threaten. My personal sensation was three to four stars, as a comparison i Titanic from next door taken. I was last year, the hotel stands exactly long as the Kervansaray. The kitchen provides fantastic cuisine, the various sitting corners in the dining area in the colors of the hotel chain kept. The staff are always nice and helpful been, problem were actually ... always clarified. The spa area is inviting, there are plenty of offers. The swimming pool with a approximately 25 meters course we in the january gladly used, jacuzzi and worst quality round the winter abode from. The fitness area is well equipped, for children there are various slot machines (car race) or a tt-plate, basketballwurf and so on because the hotel a congress center offers, it can at meal times happen, the 100 participants at once the buffet storms. Seating is enough in the approximately 150 meters long ground floor, in the floor very lots of glass, and a led treadmill the whole day the vacationers welcomes or on their birthdays. At the cleaning of the rooms we have on any failure to forgive, the wochenendkraft (c.25-30-years-old) overlooked has. This ranges from glasrändern on the closet the papierschnitzeln on the floor to the smeared seat the whole weekend, until the montagsreinigung with a older lady everything again has been addressed.
We have tolerated, however reasonable in a star hotel it is definitely not.
In a star hotel but i am used to, for the return trip at night a lunch box and not a lbbriges rolls from the night before, this circumstance, us very dissapointed. read more

I stayed Kervansaray Hotel Lara for 2 days.Foods were great but hotel needs renovation and all of the glasses are broken.My room was cleaned everyday.Going to city center is really a problem.I had to wait a bus for 10 minutes.Taxi is expensive. read more

Because the hotel in renovation is, was probably on the cleanliness not respected. Which has helped, that we still were satisfied, is the entertainment team, especially lara was and Ersin. On the day of the trip there, between 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning, we had our heavy luggage itself to into the room tow. The room was the first entrance very dusty. The love nura very helpful and made sure, that the room is made clean. The front desk kept its promise. For the answer to our question we had to wait and the front desk promised definitely ... to call. Did not and the excuse was, that the issue has forgotten. There was the waiters, only partly not helpful. When i asked for a glass of tea asked, he showed me the maker and said it would be there tea. Please improves the above points. I was 2 years before also there and the hotel was great. What is now just happened? I would be willing to come back, if an improvement exists. read more

The charming mrs Nora from the customer service is the guests any special requests when completed available.
Mr yasar y. (kitchens, entertainment-and spa manager) speaks the guests personally at, and inquires about the feedback. The cuisine is excellent.
Also at the front desk welcomes a mr h., mrs Nadine or mrs suzan politely.

Stay in these four and a half weeks was very pleasant. The whole staff was very friendly.
Mrs nura from the customer service was by 9:00 a. m. 6:00 p. m. anytime available, she speaks a very good german.

We are already 1 time been in this hotel and since it was really great but this year it was really bad. Service is definitely not of course. The frontdesk employees you should better not disturb! The entertainers are generally good. From ultra all inclusive no trace. Only cheap drinks. The hotel isn't more well maintained. Rather it is on star hotel condition singing. The hotel is perhaps for a beach vacation ok, but not really recommendable. For the price find one which better. read more

We visited this hotel for 1 night, as our flight be postponed. You can say, the rush of about 270 persons in one swoop quite well have been. However left the staff's hospitality at the front desk therefore something else to wish for. They were annoyed-we but also!
The first impression of the lobby. Train station! In my opinion should everything very modern, open and straightforward hinüberkommen -it is noisy, high and uncomfortable. As already from other guests mentioned here is entirely on the concept of indirect lighting set. I could evenings in the room not time reading, because simply ... not enough light but failed. So also in the external dining area from the main restaurant, here one feeds next to an escalator and with a lighting the just is not.
The waiter cleared while we are still time to eat our half full drinks and ignored us from then on. The tables were not newly restocked. Subsequent guests gather a knife and fork from the neighbor table way, in case there still available. We had once dinner and at the following day breakfast, both not exhilarating-boring and unloving!
We saw evenings the hotel and the outside area at. The pool area and also the beach were nice, but we cannot say more, since we didn't use them. The attempt evenings in one of the bars something to drink failed unfortunately at sticky chairs, the pertinent sticky table packed with used glasses and totally carelessly prepared and therefore inedible, cocktails'.
The room was except for the lack of light ok. The bathroom was also reasonable, with light maybe I supposed to read. The balcony with lateral view of the sea is really nice.
We were really pleased just for one night here have to be. In presenting a total vacation spend to have.! In our opinion not recommendable. read more

Beautiful facade with wood, stone and many clever technical details, 36 metres² big room clean and modern,
The all inclusive food was fresh and delicious. The guests were mostly european, middle age. That little children, might have been due to the travel time.
Please note: the bay of Antalya has south-west location, therefore the rooms are with a view of the sea in the hauptsainson probably too warmed up by the sun.
Apparently the hotel soon be renovated. read more
